Holiday rentals with a patio in Monroe County

Very clean and well appointed apartment. We had a unique situation being there with 3 kids under 5, and my mother in law. The space was great for us. Great part of town- very walkable. One thing to note is that the upstairs folks walked around in the middle of the night and it was very loud. It kept my husband and mother in law both up, and they were afraid it would wake the babies. If you’re a light sleeper, something to keep in mind.

I'm familiar with Rochester and knew exactly where this place was...a 5-minute walk for my morning cappuccino and croissant and a convenient drive past Rochester's only Frank Lloyd Wright house to friends and family,. The apartment is lovely and tranquil - a new, modern kitchen, small but nice bath, lovely dining room and comfortable livingroom/bedroom with good lighting and a very comfortable reading chair, an amenity that is seldom provided. The furnishings are lovely and the closet has lots and lots of hangers. A 10-minute walk to Park Ave. restaurants and shops; a short drive to Wegmans. Culver Road traffic noise can be irritating, but it quiets at night; expressway noise is negligible. James was very responsive when I had questions. I will return.

The stars were aligned when we picked out Danny's beautiful location for our visit. Who would have known that Danny would share our same love of music and to learn of mutual friends we have in the professiomal music arena was amazing. With our love of music, it was an instant bond. It was a "kindred feeling" and one that has opened up a friendship for life. Danny made us feel welcomed from the first moment we met him. He was a very hospitable host. Within a short time, we felt we had known Danny for years. Since our families are in the Pittsford/Victor area, that are just minutes away from this location, we will be revisiting this pristine welcoming home for many years to come. I was very happy with Katy's studio AirBnB apartment. It had lots of light, was cozy and perfectly appointed. She thought of everything that I may have needed. It was so clean, I thought I may have been the first guest. I go to Rochester often, will return.

Very clean space in a great location. The actual space was just like the pictures showed. I had a little problem with the Wifi and they were very understanding and responsive. I would definitely recommend to anyone and if I ever need to stay in Webster again, I would want to stay here.

This was our second stay at Tamara’s. It’s exactly as described. It is spotless and perfect for our needs. We stayed to move our daughter and we needed a two bedroom with room to watch TV, do work and a functional kitchen. Thanks Tamara!

Heather’s place was great, located in a nice quiet area. She was super responsive and even let us drop our things much earlier than check in. The home was spacious and very clean. Thank you so much!

Clean and quiet in a beautiful building/renovated home. Fantastic location and wonderful to have parking available and reserved. We had a great day and will surely be back again.

DIana's place was great. We went to visit a student at RIT and there was plenty of space to be comfortable and accessible to everything we needed. The house was clean and parking was ample. Most of all, Diana was great at looking after our needs. I would highly recommend her place.

Great little house right near the airport and UR. Stocked with the basics one would need and Sara was a responsive and helpful host. I would recommend staying.

We had such a lovely stay and would highly recommend! We spent a long weekend in Rochester to visit a friend and we plan on staying again. Close to Park Ave restaurants and a short drive to the Strong Museum of Play (highly recommend if you have little ones).

Communication was primarily with Kristina and her response time was outstanding. Very attentive- even recommended restaurants. Very happy with our stay and look forward to returning!

Outstanding spot! The house was super clean and airy. Great for a family, great family room and outdoor space. VERY convenient - It is located close to shops/grocery/restaurants and University of Rochester. Also not far from Lake Ontario! It was the perfect solution for our family! Super comfy beds, plenty of supplies, great kitchen. Hosts were super responsive!!!

Incredible. Everything was perfect. This house looks even better than the photos, and it was spotless. The wifi is super fast, the tv is huge and has all the streaming services. There were complementary snacks, water bottles, even a bottle of wine. The location is great, so many restaurants/bars/stores etc. within walking distance. There's a firepit in back that is easy to use. Parking was simple. The beds are comfortable and everything is so fresh. The host gets back to you right away if you have any questions and is so accommodating and nice. No negatives, this place is a gem. Thank you, Tim!
