Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Monroe County

Excellent space, especially as it was dog friendly! Excellent value; the space is enormous! We did learn upon arrival that the downstairs neighbor has a dog, and he was a barky boy for sure (but otherwise never would have known there was a downstairs neighbor!) Recommended!

We were so thrilled with this experience. The home is easy to navigate to. It has ample parking and is easy to access and check in to. The location is fantastic. There are tree lined streets to walk along. There are restaurants, shops and museums within walking distance. The home is clean and organized. There is so much space. All of the rooms are large and there are several areas for storage. The kitchen is modern and has all updated appliances. It includes everything needed during our five day stay. We appreciated the decor and ambiance of this location. The host is easy to work with and very responsive. We will stay here again when we return to the area.

This was an amazing stay! The location was great, and I was very impressed with how Salma had been so thoughtful in their amenities. Just little things like hooks for purses, extra towels, standard items in the fridge, were very appreciated. I can see why she is a Super Host! It’s the perfect location if you want easy access to the many museums and restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful time visiting Rochester and staying in Margaret's rental. As soon as we arrived, Margaret greeted us with flowers and made certain that we had all that we needed. She was the perfect host. Overall, it was clear that the apartment had been recently remodeled. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and very roomy for the two of us. In addition, the location was excellent. It was easy to get to, we felt very safe walking up and down nearby streets, and the architecture of some of the older homes was spectacular. The apartment is also just a short walk from the Genesee River, and one can walk/ride for miles on the nearby bike trail. Overall, we give it a 5/5, and we will definitely stay there the next time we are in Rochester.

This is the perfectly quaint apartment. Very clean neat and tidy. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Pet friendly airbnb that is centrally located in Rochester. It's got a decent amount of space and is the nicest house on the block; however, the stairwell leading up to the primary bedroom is quite steep.

This simple bedroom was all I needed for a very brief stay near I-90 on my long drive. Suzy is very communicative and helpful with this last-minute booking. She let me store all of my cooler contents in her garage fridge. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was very clean and it’s a very quiet neighborhood.

This place was just as described in listing..It was very spacious, very clean and in the perfect location. I will definitely use this place again when looking for a place in Rochester Ny

I had a great stay at Suzy’s place! The apartment was spotless and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Suzy was incredibly friendly and welcoming—she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. I especially appreciated her flexibility with check-in and check-out times. Highly recommend staying here!

The house made the trip extremely relaxing and comfortable. We lucked out and it rained all weekend. We couldn't pick a better house/ living room to watch marathons and play video games in. Evan was kind and responsive during each communication. The house was exactly as listed with no bad surprises. The house is someone's personal home, so you feel more comfortable in it unlike being in a staged home. Would absolutely 100% recommend and if we stay in Rochester again, we know where we're staying. thanks again Evan.
