Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Monroe County

Great place to stay in the Florida Keys. Modern and updated house, beautiful location, very clean. Plenty of space for 8 people and the entire house is spacious. Additionally, the dock is super convenient and we kept our boat there all week. Key Colony is a great location as well. Very easy access to the ocean and close to everything. The communication with Michel and Kim was great and they would almost always respond within a couple minutes of sending them a message. Great hospitality and a great house. Can’t wait to rent it again!

I was very satisfied with the host! They were there if I needed anything. I was pleasantly surprised of just how close we were to the ocean. The home was very clean and loved the huge kitchen! The pool is big! There was 8 of us and toddler and still had more room if needed! Plenty of linens and towels. To add kitchen had everything I needed. I also loved having g the back porch by kitchen it’s also screened! Publix is literally 5 minutes away! I would definitely rent the home again! Thank you to the host and best wishes’

Michel’s home was absolutely amazing. Perfect location, his pictures do not do the home justice. Everything from the exterior finishings, interior finishings, and the outside decor is perfect for a Florida Keys vacation. The 75 ft doc had ample space, and everything from manatees to tarpon viewing was a plus. The pool is a good size and was convenient when coming off of the boat, and a cool place to hang out at night with the family. There is a fire pit, ping pong table, corn hole to keep everybody busy and happy. The breeze through the outside location made is very easy to just hang out and watch a games on the big screen tv, and the furniture was comfortable. Their is a outside freezer for bait, and ice. The propane grilled was big enough to cook the fresh caught fish, and burgers/hotdogs at the same time. The inside gave everybody their own space when needed with each bedroom having their own private bath. The kitchen has everything a family needs to cook. I rate this 5 +

This home was more than we expected. The photos don't do it justice. It was very large and accommodating for 4 adults and 4 children. The kids had the upstairs to themselves, and adults downstairs. Very friendly neighbors, good fishing for the kids. They had plenty of towels for beach/pool activities, and as well for the 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen utilities were a plus a well! We will definitely visit again! Thank you for an awesome trip!!

Good location, within a few miles of beautiful beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. If you like to spend time on the beach I recommend that you bring beach chairs if you can. I asked before arriving if beach chairs were available, I was told we could use the cabana club membership. Although it was nice we didn’t care to go to that very small beach esp since you can’t even take a water bottle in with you, with that being said it would be nice if the rental had beach chairs for tenants. Master bedroom was very spacious and had a king bed. Maybe time to replace the mattress tho. Guest room was also spacious and beds were much more comfortable. Very nice outdoor space could use some type of cover over the patio to provide some shade. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

This was a great spot and lot of different things to do around one thing I can say is some of the bars is very expensive …. Overall I loved everything about my stay … highly recommend

First i wanna say any bad reviews you see just know that they are lying because this place is stunning check in was very easy and simple and had a sweet gift of bottle of wine from the host and it was needed after traveling if you want the real miami vibes this is the place for you the area is downtown less then 25 min from the airport and the shuttle is close by even the bridge to go to south beach is close so it won’t take long but the building has amazing pools yes i said pools The cafe when you first pull in it’s great lil pick me up in the morning before going out and enjoying the town

Beautiful, clean, bright space - and the amenities such as the pool were awesome. Not a complaint just a couple of tips for future guests to know- bring earplugs for sleeping. We’ve never stayed in Brickell or Downtown Miami before and did not foresee the extremely loud sports cars and motorcycles that would run all night! Even on the 26th floor, I guess because the windows face Brickell Ave, the constant revving of engines made it difficult to sleep until we bought earplugs. The other thing to note is that while you feel like you’re in a hotel, it’s still an Airbnb so don’t expect cleaning service during your stay (unless you pay extra); they also can’t hold your luggage after you check out. Our flight was late in the day so we left our luggage with a dry-cleaning place a block away for about $30.

Really nice view, big and comfort bed! The environment is also good which you can see luxury cars and buildings near and it’s a safe place to stay with great price!!!

We have stayed at this building twice before with other hosts and nothing compares to you guys . Since we opened the door you could smell and see clean . You know when a house is very good clean deep clean last longer ? Well this place stay clean for the week even with two kids. You guys should be proud of your cleaning team. Was this more expensive than the other ones we have stayed ? Yes . But worth every penny. We will stay with you guys again soon .

The air bnb was absolutely beautiful! It looked just like the pictures! I’ve stayed in the design district, Hollywood, and on Collins ave before and brickell area is where it’s located and ir definitely takes the cake. You really get the authentic Miami vibe! I loved it and the views WERE so serene. The amenities that you get with the air bnb are a plus too. The only thing I disliked was that there wasn’t a broom. I broke a glass cup and I really had no way to ensure there wasn’t any spec of glass left. Although I improvised the situation, it would have been way easier if I had a broom. Iverallll the best stay!

The condo was located in a beautiful area of Brickell, and was walkable to downtown Miami. The photos gave a great representation of what the actual place looked like. We were able to check in and find the room with ease due to the proactive messages and quick responses from the host. We would definitely stay here again!

The perfect stay!

The townhouse felt private even though there were other units. It is located on the end of the unit which made it even better. It was beautiful and very clean! I loved that we weren't required to strip the beds and start laundry. That is really helpful when needing to leave early extremely early to catch a flight. While there, take time to drive around the neighborhood and see the other beautiful homes. It was a perfect location for my husband and I to use as a home base while exploring all of the Keys. Just a great experience.

Lovely apartment with incredible views of the ocean and the city! Spacious, comfortable, and neat. Would love to stay here again once I’m back in Miami.

Great location. Didn’t have any problem and everything was on time

The pool was amazing. Great views of the water from the pool. The recreation building next to the pool was an added bonus. If you like ping pong bring your paddles and ball. They have shuffle board and corn hole with bags inside the building. There are puzzles for rainy days. As soon as you drive through the locked gate take the first right. You will be looking at the building for this unit. When we arrived it was dark so we had a difficult time locating the unit. It is nice that motion activated solar lights come on as you drive past each unit allowing you to see the number. I loved the furniture. The king sized bed is extremely comfortable. Excellent TV. My husband really enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
