Beachfront holiday rentals in Monopoli

Awesome home. Location is perfect for walking along the seafront and convent to the piazza and restaurants. The Adriatic Sea views from every floor are breathtaking. Extremely clean and everything needed is provided. Kitchen has a nice size refrigerator and dishwasher along with all glassware and dishes needed. Bed was comfortable and having bathrooms on ground floor and main bedroom was great. Michael and AnnaLisa gave useful local shops/activities information. Washing machine was wonderful after our seven day stay. Spent the majority of our time on the terrace enjoying the view and wishing we did not have to leave.

The best place to stay. Polignano a Mare didn't have many options because there weren't many hotels. I chose this accommodation based on the rating, and the friendly host and the view of the rooftop terrace were fantastic. I couldn't find the entrance, so I sent a message, and the host's family picked me up right away. All furniture is rustic and well organized. Perfect. Netflix and YouTube as well. Great recommendation!

A lovely little home situated a few minutes walk from a beautiful sandy beach with shallow water and a few rock pools. Perfect for a family of 4 with young children. The main road isn't very busy so it's still relatively quiet, we enjoyed eating outside every day. There is a water park a short drive down the road which the kids loved and Monopoli is a lovely old seaside town in the opposite direction.

We had a lovely few days at Rossella’s place, very characterful, clean and brilliantly located. Everything in the old town and port is walkable, plus swimming from the rocks opposite the door to the apartment courtyard. Rossella is very friendly and easy to communicate with, thank you!

Staying with my family of five was a great experience. Walking distance to beaches and center of Polignano is not an issue. Sylvia and Claudia were so helpful for assisting with check-in and even helped with reservations. We would definitely return! We cherish good memories!

The apartment is really nice and the area is super quiet but close to the center. Perfect!

House ideally located, with 2 terraces overlooking the sea, very well equipped, in a secure subdivision, perfect for parking the car. We loved staying there!

We had an excellent week at Anna’s villa. It was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, with lots of linen and towels. The kitchen was well equipped. The garden is a great area for enjoying the sun, and shade, with the sea and coastal path nearby. Anna was a great host, being proactively in touch to arrange to meet us for check in and departure, and also messaging during the week to check we had everything we needed, which we did. In easy reach by car of tourist attractions etc. Recommended!

It was perfect! Everything is as described

Very well located cottage, close to the sea. Our two-week stay at the end of May was very quiet, because the season had not started. The setting is very pleasant, in a very protected pine forest. The cottage is spacious, and very well equipped. The welcome was great, in a perfectly tidy and clean house. The owner and his family are available and very welcoming. Within a 1.5 hour radius, many tourist sites are accessible. I highly recommend it, especially in May and early June, when calm and tranquility are guaranteed. Great experience. Recommended!

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

Lanzilotti was a wonderful host— since we bike-packed to the location he made extra accommodations for us by giving us a safe place to store our bikes and made reservations for a taxi for our early departure to the train station. We were blown away by his kindness and the beauty of the surroundings, and the general setup of the BnB. However, the true beauty is in the nearby natural attractions and local people, you can’t beat the beaches and water of Specchiolla, it was a pristine and uncrowded paradise in October. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to return!

Beautiful house and quiet location, verykind host and always available

Good morning I stayed in this apartment recently. Very clean house, helpful and kind owners made me feel at home, even in the village and the people at the entrance in the guardhouse were helpful and friendly. In the evening by the pool they always organized something. I would say that if it weren't for the fact that my car broke down and this year the shuttle service didn't leave from the village, they would have been perfect. Simona

We enjoyed our stay at Valentina’s Trullo. The property is charming & very quirky, with pinnacled ceilings and pretty ceramics. Outside there are several seating areas plus a good sized private pool, with views of the sea in distance. Ostuni is a reasonable walk away (about 15 minutes) but on dark roads so a taxi home in the evening is advisable. The white-walled town has great restaurants & pretty streets. Valentina was very helpful and left wine & pizza on our arrival and responded quickly to a request for a kettle & clothes airer (thank you). Also surprised us with a delivery of delicious cream-filled pasticciotti on our last day. Things to note. A Trullo is not a conventional building and some of the doorways are low, so care needed. The kitchen was also small if you plan to do a lot of cooking. Our only real problem was the WiFi only worked intermittently during our stay. Despite our host’s best attempts to fix it. Lorenza’s palazzo was an amazing and unique place to stay. It’s situated in the historical heart of Giovinazzo,2 metres from the marine promenade. We had a spectacular view of the sea from our bedroom’s window. The special compliment and thanks to Lorenza’s hospitality: the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking,she generously left for us wine,beer,coffee pods,biscuits and even pasta . The bathrooms have all necessary paraphernalia and more. The place is immaculately clean,moreover Lorenza cleaned our bedrooms and changed the bedding/towels in the middle of our stay. You need a car or to be prepared to travel by train as no taxi service in Giovinazzo . There is quite noisy from morning to late evening around which is no hosts’ fault at all ,but it adds to the atmosphere of holiday.The bells’ ringing and birds singing gives additional charm to the palazzo. Very impressed and highly recommend Lorenza’s beautiful home . Unforgettable experience,we’ll definitely come back again.

Three adults visiting in June - we had a fantastic stay and would recommend! Plenty of public right outside the front door, and well located near the many beaches between Bari and Monopoli. The house is peaceful, comfortable and spacious.

Very nice place in Or stay monopoli and visit on foot. Easy accommodation, although there are bcp of steps, even with a suitcase it is very good. The private terrace and the one upstairs are very nice and relaxing after a big day. Place to come back!

Massimo is an amazing host and his place is absolutely gorgeous. If I could give 10 stars I would. Totally faultless and made our stay so pleasurable. The accommodation is authentic, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with modern touches. Everything you need and a very comfortable bed. Honestly there is nothing to complain about. The location is perfect - walking distance from everything and very quiet. Massimo went above and beyond as a host in recommendations from boat tours to restaurants and even making some bookings for us. Would 100 percent recommend this as a perfect place to stay in Polignano a Mare.

We had a wonderful stay at Dimora Apuliae! The apartment is in a prime location—just a short walk to the beaches, main attractions, and everything you’d want to see in Polignano. It’s cosy, beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfortable, with a lovely private balcony that we really enjoyed. Francesca and Valeria were exceptional hosts. Although we arrived around midnight and had trouble finding parking, they responded within seconds and guided us to a solution right away. Their kindness and quick communication made all the difference. Highly recommend this Airbnb—we’d definitely stay here again!

The two of them are a sweet couple. Everything was perfect. We felt at home. Everything was as described in the pictures. They even left us a present. Everything went smoothly; the keys were handed over personally, which made a very good impression on us. The apartment is just a few steps from the water, and there are three wonderful restaurants nearby. We give the Air B&B a 5-star rating and would gladly come back. We can only recommend it.
