Soggiorno spettacolare... Appartamento indipendente a due passi dal mare.. L'appartamento è munito di tutti i comfort necessari per poter trascorrere una vacanza in tutta tranquillità.. La signora Marika è una persona fantastica, sempre disponibile e sempre operativa a qualsiasi ora del giorno!Sempre disponibile a date consigli e informazioni, su qualunque cosa!! Il mare fantastico, acqua cristallina e spiagge ben attrezzate!! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!!

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the year, and these were by far the most lovely I’ve ever interacted with! The property is beautiful. We came in October so it was more quiet than during the summer, but the beach was wonderful and very closely positioned to old town Monopoli (though not walkable if that’s what you’re looking for). The kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything you’d need to cook (which we did) and the patio is spectacular looking at the Adriatic (we ate all of our meals there). The hosts provided tons of recommendations and I’d recommend to anyone!!

Great location, excellent host and flexible check-in/out. We had to leave early (and unexpectedly!), and the host was very understanding!

The photographers house was nothing short of an exceptional stay. The property surpassed expectations and is more impressive in person than in the photos, the interior design and photography are beautiful. It is very spacious and well equipped with everything you might need for a great holiday. The location is 10/10, in the heart of the old town and the views of the port are superb. Fabrizio was very friendly and so helpful, he met us at the train station on arrival and assisted us with our luggage. Similarly, he helped us with our luggage upon departure and dropped our suitcases to the train station by car. He also assisted us with booking taxis etc during our stay. Check in was brilliant, with a comprehensive bar, brilliant coffee machine and all of the basic ingredients for cooking included. We loved our stay, and would recommend the photographers house for anyone looking for an elevated Monopoli experience. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived the evening that Verizon telecommunications went down so we had no way to contact Maricina. We were to contact her by the AirBnB app but we were unable to do that because of the outage. Fortunately she was there waiting for us and we really appreciate that. She also suggested activities and gave us good instructions. I can see why she has earned super host status. The apartment has a sense of style and there is plenty of room for all your belongings. Also the appliances are very modern. We loved it!

This place is like a time capsule 100 years back. Set right on the beach, amazing property with great views of the sea. Would definitely stay here again. Only problem was that WiFi was not working as internet lines were down and our phone reception was minimal too, so we had hard time connecting with friends/family or even things like streaming music and planning our trips to surrounding towns. The host is great and very responsive.

Absolutely amazing place, and one of the best views for the sunset and sunrise in Polignano a Mare. We stayed a week and the house is incredible, with the sea view, balconies, roof terrace and rooftop. Walking distance from everywhere. Jacqueline was nice and very helpful, gave us plenty of good tips. Lots of steps and tiny bathrooms but we loved them too.

We had an amazing stay! Immaculately clean, great central location. Hosts were super clear, responsive and communicative, gave great recommendations. Only flag is that because this is right over looking the main square in old town, it was quite lively at night (even during week days), so worth packing a sound machine if you’re a light sleeper. It was what we were looking for though & would stay again.

Really and truly loved our stay here!! Just wished it was longer!! In our opinion it was better than a 5 star hotel! It was set up beautifully! The mini spa area was a perfect way to spend our evening after the whole day at the beach! There is a tv in almost every room which was wow! It was extremely clean! Its spacious! Modern and calming! The bed was comfortable! To make our experience even better was the prosecco we received on arrival!

Super Unterkunft. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus. Alles sauber, neu, gut klimatisiert, wunderschöner Pool. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos. Auch ein Check-in um 24 Uhr war kein Problem! Einfache Kommunikation. Ein Auto ist notwendig, wenn man diese Unterkunft mietet.

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

Perfect flat for exploring Polignano and the area around. There was building work next door, which was a bit unfortunate, but just unlucky. All in all the flat has what you need, and is super comfortable. The hosts were helpful with tours as well.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Giuseppe’s villa near Polignano a Mare, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, Giuseppe and his wife welcomed us with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The villa itself is stunning, combining modern comforts with beautiful Italian architecture. The spacious living areas were perfect for relaxing, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to enjoy meals together. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated and provided a peaceful haven for a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the outdoor space. The terrace and pool area were fantastic for soaking up the sun and enjoying the breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside. Plenty of areas for having breakfast outside and unwinding in the evenings with a glass of wine. The location is ideal, just a short drive from the charming town of Polignano a Mare.

Perfect place for a family. We had just 4 nights at Leo’s place and we were not disappointed. He returned messages promptly and any questions he responded with the correct information. On arrival the check-in was pretty simple. Automated pedestrian and vehicle gates. And once inside we were very pleased with the house. All pictures are correct and we half knew what to expect. It was also good to put our three boys downstairs while we had the upstairs room. Although one room downstairs wasn’t a proper room, it didn’t affect the boys at all. And there were two bathrooms downstairs to look after the three bedrooms. There was clean bedding, towels and also plenty of pool towels too - along with a football for the small astroturf 2 minutes walk away. The kitchen was stocked well with tea, paper towels, clingfilm, foil, sugar, bin bags and there was filtered water from the tap. There was also a great bean to cup coffee machine with milk frother - so great for morning coffees on the veranda.

This is a wonderful apartment—spotlessly clean, comfortably furnished, well equipped for cooking. Although it is located adjacent to a busy area in the Centro Storico, the apartment is quiet and private. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted or needed to go. Angelo and Gianni are great hosts. Gianni even offered himself as a contact for the rest of my travels in Italy. I was sad to leave!

De ligging was ‘perfect’. Je zit middenin het oude centrum van Monopoli maar toch is het rustig ‘s nachts. Enkel de kerk laat de klokken regelmatig luiden tijdens een feestdag of zondagochtend. De accommodatie was heel mooi. Wel niet ideaal als je slecht te been bent want er zijn 3 trappen die je moet doen vooraleer op het terras te komen. 1ste verdieping is de keuken + 2 eenpersoonsbedden. 2de verdieping de slaapkamer met een 2persoonsbed en een badkamertje, 3de verdieping terras. Pluspunten: ligging, prijs-kwaliteit. Minpunten: iets te klein als je er met 4 dames verblijft. Redelijk weinig opbergruimte voor de kleren. Mini badkamertje. Eén toilet. Verder hebben we echt super hard genoten van ons verblijf dus zeker aan te raden!

Claudia haar accommodatie was onze eerste tijdens ons vakantie in Apulië. Ze was heel hartelijk & verwelkomend in haar communicatie. Het appartement zelf was heel proper, had alles dat je nodig hebt en voelde ruim aan. Wij genoten echt van ons verblijf!

Perfect spot. Unbelievable sunsets. Great location to walking and restaurants. A little hard to get luggage to and from where you have to park but the host was great with helping.

Saverio and his wife Nika are super star hosts. After a day of travel we felt right at home with a bowl of fresh cherries and cold beers. The flat is in a great location, near lots of bars and restaurants as well as the port. We ran into a couple issues while in Monopoli, and Saverio and Nika were a great help. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, even after we left Monopoli. We hope to come back to this beautiful town soon and will definitely stay at their home again!

A Host Family That Feels Like Home – Unforgettable Stay Our stay at Filomena’s was beyond special. We arrived late at night and were greeted warmly by her entire family. Her son Elio helped translate everything, and her husband even offered to swap cars with us to avoid parking issues—unbelievable kindness. The apartment was spotless, but it was their generosity that made this visit unforgettable. When our rental car was unexpectedly towed, Filomena and her daughter Martina spent nearly an hour helping us search, then stayed with us through the entire retrieval process—paying fines, driving to a remote lot—all while juggling other guests. They never made us feel like a burden. Their patience, warmth, and selflessness went far beyond anything we expected. We left feeling like part of their family. If you have the chance to stay here, take it—you’ll experience hospitality that truly stays with you. Grazie di cuore ❤️

We had a really nice stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped — just as described. The location was great for exploring Monopoli on foot. Palma was kind and responsive, and her help with parking and local tips made everything easier.

Loredana was very kind and we could even arrive earlier, which was very helpful for us. The apartment has perfect location: centro within 3 minutes walk, but free parking is also 3-5 minutes walk away. The apartment was quiet in March. It was perfect for us (2 adults, 2kids).
