The best place you can get to in Salamanca! Nelly is extremely attentive and eager to make her guests feel as if they were in their own home sharing with family. The neighborhood is quiet, you can buy everything without going more than 3 blocks and it is super well located between the train station and Plaza España. 100000% recommended, I will always return.

Cool spot in the city for a night. The bnb had a little pack of necessities when we arrived which was a nice touch. Fine for a night but probably would look for something else if staying longer term. Not sure if this is a Spain thing but the check in process was a little annoying with the form requirement before you can get access to the key, plus the separate app thing for the key... We also didn't receive the form until we arrived, maybe getting that sooner would have made things easier.

I had the pleasure of staying at Maria Jose's house for a month and I have nothing but words of gratitude. From the first moment, she was absolutely welcoming, kind and cordial, making me feel at home at all times. Their hospitality and warmth really made a difference in my stay. The house is impeccable, cared for down to the last detail, which made my experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely be happy to stay with her again in the future. This was the last of 10 airbnbs we stayed at on our 26 day tour around Spain and Portugal and it was most certainly one of the best. We love Salamanca and this apartment is so brilliantly located on Plaza Mayor which is the heart of this wonderful City. The general atmosphere around the City is great and we felt quite privileged to be staying on this hugely impressive Square. The apartment is very modern, clean and comfortable. It has a well equipped kitchen and clean bathroom and the bedroom had the most comfortable bed. It was amazing waking up and opening the shutters and looking out on to the early morning activities on the Plaza. We loved it and would highly recommend this apartment to everyone. Marta was easy to communicate with and a very responsive host.
