Close to the gourmet village of Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid (3* Regis Marcon), the Peaugres d'Annonay safari.

Villa on the ground floor, a room, veranda, jacuzzi / sauna, are for a fee of €200/per family on 2 days, no stop, free pool, fishing, water skiing on the lake. The RESERVATION is 2 days min, in July and August it is 7 days minimum . The rate shown is for 4 people if + an additional charge of €40/adult and 30 for children under 17 years old and free for infants - 2 years to be paid on site, no visits or parties or nighttime noise

No rent for party or only swimming pool use . House (90m²) in full ground floor part independently of the first floor used by the owner. 2 rooms (25m²) with 2 independant toilets and bathrooms. Located near A72 highway (1 km), tramway (300 m) and north hosptial (1,5 km). Very quiet street and easy parking. Possibility of patio use and lunch/diner on the deck with private use of swimming pool (to discuss). Ideally : 4 people, possible : 5. English discussion with owner.

Gîte de la Faverge

Charming duplex on the garden level. Featuring a large living /dining room including a sofa bed with an equipped kitchen (upstairs), an outdoor dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. You have access to a heated indoor pool shared with another gite. For the tranquility of all, access to the Pool is not allowed after 10 p.m. The sheets are provided but towels are not the towels (on request additional charge) Guests do the cleaning before they leave.

We welcome you to this charming 75 m2 cottage, located 15 minutes from Feurs and Montrond-les-Bains, with a private 15 m2 southwest-facing terrace. This accommodation has been refurbished, it is composed of a living room (TVs, game console, Wi-Fi) with an equipped kitchen (induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, oven, griddle), 2 bedrooms with storage, a bathroom and toilet. Domaine de Chamard, Suite de l 'Ay

An hour from Lyon and fifteen minutes from Annonay, come and stay in this beautiful home for a stay. Easily accessible, the cottage is located on the road between St Romain d'Ay and Ardoix, and close to the village center. In the vicinity, a multitude of activities are possible: Tree climbing in Pilat Park, visit to the Peaugres Safari, Vélorail and Train de l'Ardèche or discovery of the Facteur Cheval's Ideal Palace

Caprice... a small atypical cottage in a quiet area.

Caprice is the name we have given to our cottage. It is fully equipped for 4 people willing to sleep in the same room. The pool is available to our tenants during their stay between June 1 and September 30. The HOT TUB with a capacity of 3 people maximum is available to our tenants during their stay between October 1 and May 31. Pétanque terrain and balls are available for your use all year long.

"Au coin du Mont", a nice gîte in a completely tastefully restored old farmhouse, we are waiting for you for a pleasant stay in the quiet countryside of Haute-Loire. We don't accept single-night bookings. If you wish to postpone your departure time to 5:00 p.m., we will ask for a financial contribution corresponding to 50% of the nightly rate.
