Located near A72 highway (1 km), tramway (300 m) and north hosptial (1,5 km). Very quiet street and easy parking. Possibility of patio use and lunch/diner on the deck with private use of swimming pool (to discuss). Ideally : 4 people, possible : 5. English discussion with owner.

Small charming house in the countryside

House located in a hamlet in the countryside between Monts du Forez and Gorges de la Loire, 20 minutes from Saint Etienne and Saint-Bonnet-Le-Château, about 1 hour from Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, 1 hour 15 minutes from Puy en Velay, come and rest, hike or mountain bike, many paths from the cottage. Caprice is the name we have given to our cottage. It is fully equipped for 4 people willing to sleep in the same room. The pool is available to our tenants during their stay between June 1 and September 30. The HOT TUB with a capacity of 3 people maximum is available to our tenants during their stay between October 1 and May 31. Pétanque terrain and balls are available for your use all year long.

We don't accept single-night bookings. If you wish to postpone your departure time to 5:00 p.m., we will ask for a financial contribution corresponding to 50% of the nightly rate.
