Juana's place is ideal for those looking to visit the picturesque village of La Alverca, as it is very close, allowing you to go out to the village on foot. Despite being so close, we feel in a perfectly private and charming place in a corner of nature and tranquility. I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the area or just spend a few days in the middle of nature!

Wonderful stay - everything we had hoped for in terms of peace, beautiful surroundings and views, and a very well situated and equipped property. The property was very comfortable and practically every need had been thought about - we would have liked some hanging space for clothes and an iron/ironing board but these were minor inconveniences. We would happily return and loved the place. A great home, clean and well equipped. We didn't need anything. The town is quiet but has activity. There are a couple of supermarkets very close to the house, which is very convenient. The hostess's attention is especially remarkable. Communication with Victoria and all the facilities she provided us with was wonderful. Everything is highly recommended

A wonderful and super-equipped house (swimming pool, BBQ, fireplace) to spend a few days in a place in the middle of the forest on the southern slope of the Sierra de Gredos. Great for groups of friends and for a large family. Angelita welcomed us and showed us the house and made everything easier. Definitely a place to come back.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home. The house is full of charm and character, both inside and out, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into creating such a welcoming space. Waking up each morning to greet the chickens and enjoy fresh eggs in the well-equipped kitchen was such a treat. The views are truly breathtaking—especially when the clouds clear and the snow-capped mountains come into view. The pool was a real highlight and perfect for a refreshing dip on sunny days. We also loved discovering the local area, with delicious meals at the golf club and Casa Pepe in the village. Thank you for a memorable experience—we’d return in a heartbeat!

The wonderful place, very comfortable cabin, clean and spacious, ideal to know the environments of Arenas de San Pedro. The hosts are very helpful at all times; in a word, awesome. We would definitely choose it again.

The place is a real treat. The views of the Sierra de Gredos are incredible. Not to mention the facilities that Juan Antonio has provided, facilitating flexible check-in and check-out times. A great touch is the complimentary coffee, milk and water. Also the state of cleanliness, availability of towels and sheets, and the cleaning pack with everything new, scouring pad, mop, Fairy... We'll definitely repeat it!

Everything was great. Olga was very kind, she explained everything in detail and left suggestions. The accommodation is very good, with a beautiful view. Everything you need.

We attended Pepi and was super friendly and nice. We gave sheets, she asked us even if we preferred another apartment so that we were more comfortable. He brought us firewood and recommended places to see in Alburquerque, dinner and breakfast. Totally recommended to go for breakfast at Rodeo which is next door.

The stay was great. From the first moment Concha was in contact with me giving me all the details. She is a great lady. The ideal place to rest and be in contact with nature. The pool great and have parking also sum dots. Nice to have spent a few days there and looking forward to repeat

They gave us a lot of flexibility for check-in and check-out, it was very cozy and the environment is great.

Everything was impeccable, everything very tidy, there was a little dust in the living room, but nothing too much, what can be improved is the room that has a double bed and the bunk bed, put in an air conditioner, because it was not possible to sleep in the room with the heat that was there. Otherwise, we liked the stay, we had two children, and they were given food to feed the ducks and chickens that the accommodation had! Very good!
