We had a friendly welcome from Deborah, Simon, and their dog. The Coquet Cottage was beautifully decorated with lovely touches like linen bedding and a nice kitchen area. The grounds were beautiful, our dog loved spending time outside. The outdoor tub was very welcome on a hot day. The hosts recommended the local lake and some dog walking routes. A beautiful part of France, only wish we could have stayed longer!

Accueil irréprochable. Petit logement facile d'accès, propre, bien entretenu, il y a tout ce dont on peu avoir besoin dans le logement. L'hôte a pensé à tout pour que notre séjour soit des plus agréables. Réponses aux questions / demandes très rapides. Je recommande vraiment pour un court ou plus long séjour. We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

Le logement est très accueillant et confortable, il y a de nombreux atouts : une literie impeccable, une cuisine vraiment fonctionnelle, un superbe jardin calme où se ressourcer, une piscine en plein air accessible et surtout des hôtes de qualité, très accueillants et enthousiastes pour donner des conseils utiles sur cette très belle région, férus d'histoire et très attentionnés. Un cadre idéal pour des vacances réussies.

Kti’s place was beautiful. Very spacious and clean. Walking distance to restaurants, cafe’s, shops and the river. Kti met us when we arrived and explained all we needed to know about the apartment. Kti was very friendly. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely apartment and just as described. It has been very tastefully renovated and the fixtures and fittings are high quality and comprehensive. The location in the old quarter of Bergerac, near the river and close to shops, restaurants and tourist opportunities is first rate and it would be hard to find something better in a 2 bed apartment. Highly recommended and I am sure we will book again in the future.

Jean-Guy and Christine were the most welcoming and accommodating air BnB hosts we’ve ever experienced. They were very understanding when we needed to check in later, tried to find us an adaptor when we realised we had bought the wrong one, and even left us chocolate cake and home made fig jam which was delicious !! The flat itself is stunning, and we loved sitting on the balcony listening to the stream below.

We really enjoyed our 9 nights in this beautiful comfortable apartment in the old historic quarter of Bergerac. Even though it was still middle of June there were some quite hot days and it was good to have 2 powerful fans and possible to open windows in 2 directions. It was extra bonus to have the balcony and have the breakfast our there

Le logement est situé en pleine campagne, au calme; idéal pour se reposer, même le temps d'une seule nuit. L'accueil par les propriétaires était très sympathique et le fait d'avoir une bière au frais dans le réfrigérateur en arrivant était un petit plus appréciable.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We were met by Laurent's colleague who showed us how to lock the door from the inside. We didn't realize that locking the door from the outside (and unlocking it) would be such a challenge. But Laurent and his wife were readily available both times we needed instructions. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. In addition to the Nespresso, we appreciated the electric coffee maker with filters provided so we could make a pot of coffee. What stood out- 2 towels plus face cloth per person, the terrace, and a typewritten booklet by the owner with specific info in French and English about the apartment and area. Highly recommend this apartment and we would definitely stay again!

Nous sommes très heureux d'avoir pu passer un agréable mais court séjour chez Jacky et Marie-Claude où nous avons été reçus chaleureusement et cordialement ! Le logement est bien équipé, clair, suffisamment spacieux et conforme (et même plus !) à la description dans un environnement propice à la détente et proche de la nature. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Logement conforme au descriptif, et très accueillant. Endroit paisible pour se ressourcer, site magnifique et animations à volonté aux alentours en cette fin de période estivale. Hôte réactif et conseils avisés qui nous ont permis de faire plus que ce que nous avions prévu.

The village of Gensac is tucked away in the lovely Saint-Émilion countryside. The one-time convent feels like a special place, a quiet and peaceful retreat to return to after our days visiting Bordeaux, Saint-Émilion, Bergerac, and environs. The suite is spacious, very clean, has useful amenities, and we settled in easily. A vase of fresh flowers on the dining table and a bottle of local wine were nice touches that we especially appreciated. John was a helpful, informative, and friendly host. We enjoyed meeting him and will remember our stay there fondly. Thank you, John.

My wife and I stayed at this apartment recently for seven nights. Communication with the host, Muriel, was excellent from start to finish. Check in and out was straight forward as Muriel picked us up at the station and her husband dropped us off. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, only a two or three minute walk from the centre. It is well equipped for making meals, despite not having an oven, has a lovely balcony and is quiet, especially at night. It also has the bonus of an underground parking space although a small car is required. I would certainly recommend this apartment as a base for staying in beautiful Sarlat and visiting surrounding areas.

J’ai réservé cet appartement à Freddy pour faire un week-end mère-fille. Nous avons été séduites par l’emplacement au bord d’un joli petit lac. Le logement se situe dans un village vacances au pied du beau village de Monflanquin. Freddy s’est montré à la hauteur de sa réputation de « Super hôte » en étant très réactif, attentionné et arrangeant. Nous étions autonomes grâce au système de boîte à clés. L’appartement était parfait ! Face au lac, propre et équipé de tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. La literie était tout confort, même le canapé convertible. Les oreillers à mémoire de forme bien appréciables. Le petit plus comme la machine expresso et les dosettes à disposition, tous les produits de nettoyage nécessaires, les brochures touristiques, le livret explicatif complet (wifi, sites à consulter, les consignes) étaient bienvenus. La table et les chaises de jardin pour la terrasse également. Vraiment un 5/5 bien mérités car tout a été pensé avec intelligence et générosité.

Merci à Jean-Paul pour son accueil chaleureux, discret et souriant. La confiance de notre hôte et la disponibilité sont appréciables. L'appartement est agréable, très bien équipé, et la terrasse avec vue sur Belvès un atout majeur. La terrasse couverte est un plus et les couleurs, l'aménagement de la pièce de vie vraiment super. Nous avons passé un séjour au calme et les activités ne manquent pas : visites de châteaux, de villages .... Je recommande vivement ce logement pour un séjour au calme et de découverte de la région.
