Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

The rooms (38 m²) are located on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. Washer and dryer can be shared for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

Welcome to my lovely and cozy apartment in Mönchengladbach-Rheydt. The small and charming 25 m² souterrain flat is very bright and has everything you need for a perfect stay: A queen size bed, a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a big television. Of course fresh sheets and towels are included, on request for a longer stay a washing machine is available.

Historic villa district by the Bunten Garten. The apartment is located in the attic of a listed house. It is fully equipped and has one bedroom and a living/dining room. The large kitchen, an intermediate space with a small desk, a balcony (south side) and the hallway complete the unit of about 78 m².
