Holiday rentals with a patio in Moncarapacho

We had a lovely stay in Faro. The apartment is exactly as described - spotlessly clean, well-appointed, minimalistic in design, and inviting. You have everything you need in the apartment - nothing has been overlooked. Access is simple and efficient with keyless entry and Tatiana was able to offer early check-in for which we were grateful. The roof terrace is a lovely addition. The apartment is perfectly located, just outside the main restaurant area - so peaceful, but within easy reach in literally a few minutes. The area does look a little run-down and graffiti is rife, but that appears to be the case for much of Faro's suburbs. Still, there is plenty to see, the restaurants are superb, and the people very friendly and inviting. We did a day trip to Albufeira which was fun, and loved returning to the relative calm and ambience of Faro.

The apartment was very nice, spacious and had all the amenities you could need for holiday. Anthony is a very good host, he replied to any questions we had and was very helpful while we were at his apartment. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Anthony and the apartment and we hope to return

L'appartement est encore mieux que ce qu'on pensait. Il est super bien placé, confortable, bien décoré, le parking est un vrai plus et Ivan est un super hôte. Allez y les yeux fermés !

Wir hatten als dreiköpfige Familie eine sehr schöne Woche in Casa Regina, Wohnung 2. Wir konnten auf der großen Terrasse angenehm sitzen. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Pool und Garten konnten wir schön nutzen. Waschmaschine super. Andrew und seine Mutter Lurdes waren sehr reaktionsschnell und kommunikativ. Bei Problemen mit der Dusche wurde schnell reagiert und es gab als kleine Entschädigung Kekse und Wein. Bei der Buchung weist Andrew auch darauf hin, dass es eine ruhige Wohneinheit ist. Es ist tatsächlich wichtig, dies zu berücksichtigen, da die Wohnungen recht eng aneinander liegen. Wohnung 3 grenzt an das große Schlafzimmer an und je nach Nachbarn kann es auch etwas hellhörig sein. Man hört auch immer mal die Straße, nachts ist es jedoch relativ ruhig und auch am Pool ist es idyllisch. Es ist noch zu erwähnen, dass der Eingang von Wohnung 1 auf die Terrasse von Wohnung 2 führt. Wir hatten sehr nette Nachbarn, so dass es für uns nicht weiter störend war.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. Close to beach and town center with plenty of restaurant choices and shopping. Place was just as shown and described in pictures. Exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. Communication from and with Liliana was excellent. She checked in via phone when I arrived and had someone meet me to show us around and explain appliances, etc. Comfortable beds/pillows and plenty of closet space. Nice view of ocean from the balcony. A large binder with local things to do, wifi info, and general information was provided. Highly recommend!!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Casa Maria 2. Die Lage ist super zentral und man hat Meerblick. Rita, die Schwester von Daniela, war immer für uns erreichbar und hat sich sofort gekümmert, als wir durch starken Regen einen Stromausfall hatten. Einzige die laute Lüftung auf der Dachterrasse von dem Restaurant im Erdgeschoss hätte erwähnt werden können.

Hartstikke fijn verblijf. We hebben ontzettend genoten. De ruimte is ruim en zeer centraal gelegen. De woning heeft alles ook qua bestek, lekkeren koffie etc. Enige minpunt; het putje in de douche werkte niet naar behoren.

3 nachten verbleven in het appartement. Heel duidelijke info gekregen hoe we binnen konden geraken. Anabela was zeer vriendelijk en kregen direct antwoord van haar. Appartement was heel proper, alles was aanwezig. Alles was ook op wandelafstand. Zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven, bedankt Anabela 😊!

Tolle Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage, laut Google Maps gut zu finden. Die Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität – wenn nicht sogar schöner! Alles war sauber, der Pool ist großartig und der Außenbereich wunderschön gestaltet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit vielen Geräten und ausreichend Geschirr. Ein paar zusätzliche Utensilien wie mehr Salatschüsseln, Salatbesteck oder schärfere Messer wären noch hilfreich. Handtücher waren reichlich vorhanden. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war herausragend – super freundlich, extrem hilfsbereit und antwortet blitzschnell. Der Padelplatz in 5 Min. Entfernung war ein Highlight – unkompliziert nutzbar, Schläger & Bälle gab’s vom Gastgeber. Der Kühlschrank draußen funktionierte leider nicht war aber nicht schlimmda innen viel Platz im Kühlschrank. der Pool wurde auf Wunsch wärmer gemacht – perfekt für Kinder. Tischtennisplatte top! Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Wundervolle Unterkunft mit höchstem Komfort! Diese Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen – modern, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Ideal für Familien oder einen Ausflug mit Freunden. Besonders praktisch: Auch eine späte Anreise ist problemlos möglich, da der Check-in ganz einfach per Code funktioniert. Die Gastgeber sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und stehen mit wertvollen Tipps zur Umgebung jederzeit zur Verfügung. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungenes Airbnb-Erlebnis – absolut empfehlenswert!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wunderbar – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Die Kommunikation mit Peter war hervorragend, er war jederzeit erreichbar, hat uns bei allen Fragen geholfen und tolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Garten, der viel Privatsphäre bietet, sowie der Pool, der perfekt zur Abkühlung einlädt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Lovely house, really well stocked with essentials like coffee, tea etc - a welcome bottle of wine , Cold cuts , chesse- 4 good size bedrooms, nice patio, pool and jacuzzi

Wir hatten einen wirklich fantastischen Aufenthalt in Ninas gemütlichen Haus! Von der ersten Sekunde an haben wir und rundum wohl- und willkommen gefühlt. Die herzliche Begrüßung mit kalten Getränken, frischem Obst, Brot, Käse und Wurst war einfach außergewöhnlich - so etwas haben wir zuvor noch nie erlebt! Jede von uns hatte ein eigenes Schlafzimmer mit äußerst bequemen Betten. Die Lage des Hauses ist traumhaft umgeben von den malerischen Salzwiesen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Algarve Radweg. Wir haben die Umgebung zu Fuß erkundet und sind mit dem Mietwagen (AutoRent - empfehlenswert) zu den herrlichen, kilometerlangen Stränden gefahren. Die charmanten weißen Orte sind ein Augenschmaus und die Portugiesen unglaublich freundlich und entspannt. Nina war jederzeit erreichbar und fühlte sich an wie eine gute Freundin, obwohl wir uns nie persönlich begegnet sind. Vielen Dank für Alles, Nina und herzliche Grüße von Ilse (90), Ute (60) und Nivi (40) - wir kommen wieder!

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr kleinen Nebenstraße, es ist ruhig und trotzdem nur wenige Schritte von Zentrum entfernt. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unseren 2-tägigen Aufenthalt in Faro. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Alle Zimmer haben Klimaanlage (was auch nötig ist, da das Haus landesüblich kaum gedämmt ist und besonders im Obergeschoss sehr aufheizt). Es war alles nötige vorhanden und in gutem Zustand.

We loved this house. It is beautifully designed and every detail has been properly thought through - from top to bottom. We particularly loved the plunge pool and roof terrace, the two shower rooms, the comfy bed and proximity to the town square (a 5 minute walk). The decoration is modern but Portugese in flavour and there are lots of lovely touches like the wonderful coffee machine, the extensive collection of teas and a welcome bottle of wine. We’ve just spent a relaxing week at Quinta do Sol. We loved that the location is rural and peaceful but there’s a supermarket 5 minutes drive and Tavira town about 10 minutes drive and beaches not much further. The house is comfortably furnished with good kitchen and bathrooms. We really enjoyed the pool and shady terrace area (which is about 100m from the house) Sophie met us at the house even though we arrived at 9pm and was always really responsive to any messages. We accidentally locked ourselves out and she came quickly to our rescue! She also recommended some great beaches. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay and were very impressed with the apartment. We know the area well so we were delighted. Instructions were clear and as we had a really late arrival flight and early morning departure the self check in was great. Edi communicated really clearly so that was a big help. The appartment is on the first floor with street view and we loved the shade in the heat. However there was some building noise from a new appartment block across the road so some noise from early in the morning but hopefully that will finish soon! We loved the large balcony and had everything we needed in the apartment. We have already recommended to friends and we would certainly return.

Nous avons passé un super séjour à Faro. Un bon emplacement pour pouvoir visiter L'Algarve. Le logement de Miguel est très bien, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine. La douche est grande et pratique. Le lit est confortable. Il y a la climatisation aussi, nous la mettions la nuit car nous avons eu une semaine très chaude. Miguel nous a très bien accueilli, il est venu nous chercher sans problème. Il nous avait mis des boissons à disposition dans le frigo, quelques gâteaux et il nous a même offert une bouteille de Porto. Nous recommandons à cent pour cent Miguel pour sa gentillesse et son logement impeccable.

We arrived late after our flight was delayed and Rui was there waiting to check us in and show us around. Apartment in lovely location close to shops, restaurants and beach. We were there with 2 small kids and had great time. Rui was in contact during the week to make sure all was ok and very quick to reply to any questions. Had a fabulous week here would highly recommend.

This was one of the best airbnbs we stayed in, and we have stayed in many! It’s such a beautiful apartment, so nicely decorated with a lot of style and high quality. It really felt like a cosy home. And the surroundings are sooo pretty, so many flowers and plants! The outside terrace was amazing, and the small playground was the best for our kids. It is a short drive to the coast or Silves, yet away from the touristy and busy crowds. The owners are super responsive and flexible. The value for money was great, we stayed somewhere half as nice but double the price near the coast before. It was the best and if we ever visit the Algarve again we’d definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

I cannot say anything but positive things for this place! It truly felt like home. It was in the perfect location to not only a beach nearby, but walks around the area. Highly recommend this location to couples and solo travelers!

The apartment was really lovely and spotlessly clean. Maura provided a list of recommendations such as places to visit and local restaurants and welcomed us with a selection of local produce.
