We loved our stay, the Villa was well laid out, very clean and had everything we needed. Joao was an excellent host communicating throughout our stay and provided excellent recommendations. Everything was easy to find and the towns nearby provided everything we needed within a ten minute drive. I would highly recommend this place for a restful stay.

We had a great week at this property. It was very spacious and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and complimentary water and bottle of wine. Beaches were a short drive, and Tavira was a lovely small town. Thankyou for a wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay in the house a lot, especially due to the really nice pool. The additional towels for pool and beach as well as the parasol were great. The area is a good spot to explore the region by car. The nearest beach is a 10 minute drive away. The only downside were the barking dogs in the neighbourhood at night.

lovely house with a pool and outdoor seating area. four bedrooms, three decently sized with double beds and one room with a sofa bed that splits into two small single beds. lovely lounge area and kitchen, fabio was very kind to provide us with coffee and some snacks in the kitchen.

We adored Michelle’s property, it was the perfect spot for us to relax and unwind, while having endless fun in the pool and watching the stars on the rooftop! The property is in a beautiful secluded area perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday with privacy, it was very clean, great amenities and the most stunning scenic surroundings to the property with a wonderful pool and dinning area where we have lovely dinners and got ready for evenings out together. Michelle was the most responsive and generous host we have come across who offered suggestions, instructions and help throughout the trip, replying with lightening speed. There is no wonder they’re a super post, if I could rate it 6 stars I would! Amazing.

Lovely and peaceful stay and a perfect location to explore the amazing area in and around Tavira, a truly underrated part of the Algarve. The house is perfect for a small family. Very chilled, off the beaten path. Great stay and super easy!

Fantastic town house right in the heart of this town. Very clean spacious with a fabulous bedroom and hot tub in the roof terrace. Great host!

Our stay was simply wonderful - we lacked nothing! The communication with Peter was excellent, he was always available, helped us with all questions and gave great tips for the area. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped - everything you need is available. We especially liked the large garden, which offers a lot of privacy, as well as the pool, which is perfect for cooling off. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be happy to come back! Uta's place is magical. Set up high, it overlooks a small village to the south and the sprawling sera to the north. The surroundings are peaceful, away from the tourist bustle of coast. The casa itself is beautifully appointed. All of the practical things are just as they should be (great dinnerware; comfy beds; plenty of sitting areas) and, beyond this, the place is aesthetically joyous. Plenty of art and other thoughtful touches, carefully curated, that make it so inviting. Surrounding the casa are small pathways walled with verdant plant life. The whole place is clearly a labour of love. Uta is a responsive and thoughtful host. We liked it here so much we immediately booked for a longer stay next year. One of the very best places we've ever found on Airbnb.

We had a lovely week in Tavira. The property was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable. We particularly loved the roof terrace.

We loved this house. It is beautifully designed and every detail has been properly thought through - from top to bottom. We particularly loved the plunge pool and roof terrace, the two shower rooms, the comfy bed and proximity to the town square (a 5 minute walk). The decoration is modern but Portugese in flavour and there are lots of lovely touches like the wonderful coffee machine, the extensive collection of teas and a welcome bottle of wine. We’ve just spent a relaxing week at Quinta do Sol. We loved that the location is rural and peaceful but there’s a supermarket 5 minutes drive and Tavira town about 10 minutes drive and beaches not much further. The house is comfortably furnished with good kitchen and bathrooms. We really enjoyed the pool and shady terrace area (which is about 100m from the house) Sophie met us at the house even though we arrived at 9pm and was always really responsive to any messages. We accidentally locked ourselves out and she came quickly to our rescue! She also recommended some great beaches. We would definitely stay again.

Nice house, well-equipped and quiet. Easy to park the car. Good wifi connection. Everything was very good.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Bonita, wonderful space and features, well equipped, comfortable beds. We enjoyed the outside eating area and terraces, once the weather improved. It was our first visit to Olhao and the eastern algarve. The Casa is within easy walking distance to the superb fish and fresh produce markets, ferries, restaurants and bars. We caught the ferry to Armona once and Farol twice and ate at the hosts recommended places, particularly loved the beach bar Maramais. We hired bikes from Cool Bike rentals and cycled the path to Fuseta and back, really enjoyed cycling through the salt pans and seeing all the bird life and wildflowers. Definitely hope to return.

Fuseta is a great place to stay if you want to explore the Rio Formosa. We were met by Iryna at the property who couldn’t have been more helpful and informative. The property was clean and well equipped with a lovely roof terrace overlooking the sea. It is on the outskirts of the town but is within a 15 minute walk of a selection of good restaurants and bars. We used the local train to travel both into Faro and towards the Spanish border and found the service both reliable and inexpensive. The weather during our stay wasn’t great but we enjoyed our holiday. The only negative point is that there is some building work in the vicinity( March2025) which detracted from what would otherwise be a great location overlooking the town, fields and sea.

Marie was a fantastic host. The villa was beautiful and perfect for our two young children. Highly recommend!

This is one of our favorite Airbnbs ever. Not only has Christian thought of everything to make for a comfortable stay, the original charm of the building is amazing, and the location was perfect for exploring both Olhao and other parts of the Algarve. We loved the atmosphere of this smaller fishing village and felt right at home living in the old town area. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a week in Noemi's nice house. We were here with 2 couples which is ideal because the house is nice and spacious with one bedroom with bathroom downstairs directly when you enter and reach one bedroom with bathroom upstairs via the terrace. This way you have privacy and share the living room, kitchen the terrace and roof terrace. The view from the roof terrace is fantastic on the sea and the market hall. The house is full of comforts and is located in the beautiful old town near the market hall and the place where the boats leave for the beaches is a 5-minute walk. There are umbrellas available. Noemi is hospitable and was there to welcome us and went up at 6:30 to say hello to us personally. The house has steep stairs that is good to know, it is an old fisherman's house. Thank you Noemi! We'd love to come back.

Wonderful accommodation with the highest comfort! This accommodation leaves nothing to be desired – modern, cozy and perfectly equipped. Ideal for families or a trip with friends. Especially practical: Even a late arrival is possible without any problems, as the check-in works very easily with a code. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and are always available with valuable tips about the area. Overall, an all-round successful Airbnb experience - absolutely recommended!
