Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Moltrasio

It was a wonderful stay and the people in Nesso very friendly. The little shop nearby stocks everything we needed and the 'Sport' pizza restaurant was very good. Managing the stairs daily saved me from the need to go jogging. Nesso is special because there is no traffic noise although, if you are driving then the roads are narrow and need 100% attention. The ferries are really worth the fares, buses too. So many thanks and it will stay in our memory as a brilliant BnB

Thank Serenella for hosting us. The apartment was pristine, view was beautiful, basket was full of complimentary items. Anyone that needs some time to collect themselves and be away from civilizition and think things through, this is the spot! Thanks again .

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Casa Tilde in Dervio! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und perfekt gelegen – nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum See und zu den wichtigsten Geschäften und Restaurants. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber: Die Kommunikation war von Anfang an super freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen oder kleinen Anliegen konnten wir ihn jederzeit unkompliziert über Chat erreichen und bekamen immer sofort eine Antwort. Das hat uns ein sehr sicheres und willkommenes Gefühl gegeben. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – absolute Empfehlung!

Simona was an incredible host! We stayed at her home in Lake Como for our honeymoon and we could not have picked a better place- the house was beautiful with gorgeous mountain views and the area was quiet and peaceful. We took the ferry to get to more tourist-y locations, and Simona was wonderful about giving us recommendations for places to go and things to do both in the town we were staying in and around the lake. The house was clean and she even provided us with a couple of groceries and a pasta recipe. The location in Carate Urio is walkable, but you do have to get used to lots of stairs and walking on the side of roads. There are a couple restaurants and a small market that worked great for what we needed for the week since we traveled to different towns around Lake Como. Once you get used to the ferry system it's so easy to travel as the dock is only a ten minute walk. It was a perfect stay and I would most definitely recommend Simona's Casina delle Rose!

Monica und ihr Sohn haben uns herzlich empfangen und uns mit unseren viel zu vielen Koffern geholfen. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir eine kleine Tarte mit unseren Namen auf dem Esstisch gefunden. Monica hat uns Sachen fürs Frühstück und auch was zum Abendessen da gelassen. Eine Minibar (gegen Geld) gab es auch. Die Unterkunft war super sauber. Wir konnten uns toll über die Terrassen und den Garten ausbreiten und die tolle Aussicht genießen. Würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Our stay at Lake Como far exceeded our expectations. There were six of us, and the accommodations were immaculate—beautifully designed with thoughtful, loving details throughout. Our host, Nicola, was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I especially loved being just a bit removed from the busier parts of Lake Como—it gave us a sense of peace without sacrificing the view or convenience. The comfort, functionality, and scenery were all next level. If you’re planning a trip to Lake Como, this place is an absolute gem. We were genuinely sad to leave

Das Haus hat eine fantastische Lage zwischen den Weinbergen von Brissago. Die Architektur, das Interieur und die Räume sind sehr schön und haben uns sehr gut gefallen - wir lieben puristisches Design. Viele Details im Haus und darum machen das Haus zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wenn man abends auf der Terrasse sitzt , grillt, die grillen Zirpen und man bei einem Glas Wein auf den See blickt - dann ist diese Stimmung etwas Uniques- welches man nicht kaufen kann. Eva - die Hausfee - ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Mille Grazie für den schönen Aufenthalt im Casa Largo. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Absolutely stunning place! One of those rare cases when the place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Every detail is charming, and we especially loved the honey made by Gloria’s family. The authenticity of the house and its surroundings is perfectly balanced with comfort — you feel both inspired and at home. Palanzo isn’t the easiest place to reach without a car, but Gloria helped us arrange a transfer and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

Monica was extremely helpful with tips and info both before and during our holiday, always responding quickly. Paolo was also super helpful and collected us from the bus stop and also taking us into town one morning when we missed the bus. The apartment is a perfect space for what we needed and had enough to get us by for the weekend, the view is excellent and apartment was super clean and tidy. The apartment is located at the very top of a hill so requires a bit of a walk, a bus stop is located at the bottom of the hill - however we did find getting back to the apartment late at night difficult due to public transport being limited and no Ubers / cabs etc - the buses are quite cheap but not frequent and very busy at night times. There are a few local restaurants located nearby and a small bar and shop which had fresh bread / olives / snacks / milk etc to fill the apparetment for a short time . Would stay here again :)

This apartment is so big, you feel like you’re in a pent house suite. We loved this place. We were able to cook some meals in the kitchen, the deck is beautiful. We were nervous about the drive and parking. Parking was fine, no issues. Yes it is a tight squeeze - but it’s Italy, driving in general is a tight squeeze. It’s easier than other reviews have made out to be. The accomodation is further up the hill and back from the town. The drive takes about 13 minutes. Not a scary drive, just a slow one with so many turns. We loved the location as it was already so busy in town that we felt like we got to escape the crowds. You would want a car here for sure. You can’t walk down to the town. And parking and driving around was easy, not as busy as you think it would be because everyone is taking ferry’s not driving. So we were able to drive down and park and go for dinner or breakfast easily. Highly recommend this place.

L’appartement très beau. Il a surpassé nos attentes. Secteur très tranquile. La vue sur le lac impressionnant. Très spacieux. Nous étions 2 couples. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Le seule inconvénient à été que ce-ci était loin du centre de ville et il fallait prends un taxi pour se rendre mais ça valait la peine. J’y retournais à cet appartement.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Como at Silvia's apartment. Everything was as described and we really appreciated helpful advice about parking, enjoying the town, and travel around the lake. We wholeheartedly agree with earlier reviewer: everything about the apartment and amazing view 10/10. Kitty 11/10. Be prepared to surpass your goals on steps/flights of stairs climbed per day :-)

Спасибо большое Maria Elisabetta за гостеприимство! Апартаменты были чудесными, со своим выходом к озеру Комо. Elisabetta встретила нас, помогла припарковать автомобиль, у нас был свободный доступ к парковке для нашей машины, что в тех местах очень важно! Нас ждал прекрасный прием: фрукты, вода, кофе, молоко, конфеты и печенье, что было очень удобно, особенно утром. На наши вопросы Elisabetta отвечала очень быстро, во всем помогала, также нам помогли с багажом. Нам предоставили полотенца для пляжа и обувь для камней. Постельное белье и полотенца были чистейшими, кровати удобными. С балкона открывается невероятный вид на озеро. Когда мы уезжали, Elisabetta проводила нас, помогла с багажом, угостила детей вкусным и полезным печеньем, которое мы могли взять в дорогу. Спасибо большое, Elisabetta, с удовольствием вернемся еще!

Andreas ist wirklich ein Super-Host: sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir durften sogar seinen Garagen-Platz benutzen. Die Kommunikation war äusserst unkompliziert und alles gut beschrieben. Die Lage des historischen Hauses ist einzigartig: einmalige Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore und die Berge sowie der wunderbare Garten und die super ausgestattete Loggia vor der Wohnung laden zum Verweilen ein. Der Dorfladen ist zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar und ist mit dem Wichtigsten für den täglichen Bedarf ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmacksvoll aber auch praktisch eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden (sogar Kaffee!), das Bett ist sehr bequem, und die Aussicht vom Schlafzimmer aus ist einzigartig. Während unserem Aufenthalt war es noch etwas kalt, wir konnten die Räume aber gut heizen. Alles in allem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt im Cà la Rocca sehr genossen und können's von Herzen weiter empfehlen.

This apartment is perfect for a stay on Lake Como. We did a week. Incredible views to wake up to every morning. Fresh croissants and pastries available to take away next door, a supermarket a few mins walk away and some lovely local restaurants. Lenno felt a lot less touristy than some of the places we visited on the ferry but we loved it for that. We also loved the “Beach Club” just 5 mins walk away where you can rent sun beds for the day and relax with cocktails and food late in to the evening. Our fav restaurant was Giglio, a few minutes walk away. Loved this place. Thank you.

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! My partner & I whole heartedly recommend you consider Enrica’s attic for you lodgings at Lake Como! Cameron June 2025

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Alessia was a wonderful and responsive host. She met us at check in and was very flexible with our arrival time. She helped us to get settled and immediately offered us some lunch recommendations and even helped us set up a boat tour to go on during our trip. Definitely ask her about this! The space was spotless and exactly as pictured. Parking was easy and free. One thing to note is that you should be prepared for the steep hill you need to climb to get back to the apartment! Do not underestimate it! But overall this was a lovely stay with an amazing host with GORGEOUS lake views and a huge balcony.

The views are even better than the photos! It was absolutely beautiful, what a special place to stay. We loved the spa facilities too and the host was really friendly and helpful. Fully recommend!

Was immediately drawn to the charm of this place! Loved the location by the waterfall, bridge and boat landing. Loved the walk past the boat landing that had incredible views of the lake, the flavor and history of the town…I walked on the cobblestones all the way to the church. I recommend taking the hosts instructions on taking the bus from the train station to his place in Nesso. It was definitely fun to walk from the train station into Como downtown and eat lunch, but getting the bus from there to his place is very hectic and crazy. The buses fill up fast from there with all the Lakeside people! You will save time by walking back to the train station and getting the bus from there. We happened to be there on a holiday weekend the end of May and the buses were not reliable. And the lines were long. I recommend the boats, they are more reliable. But hint… when we went to Bellagio, they said to get in line a half an hour before your boat takes off..you need more time! At least 45.

Wir haben uns in dieser sehr sauberen und sehr hochwertig eingerichteten Wohnung wirklich wohlgefühlt. Die schallisolierten Fenster und die super leise Klimaanlage ließen uns richtig gut schlafen. In der Tiefgarage unter dem Haus gibt es die Parkbox, welche ausreichend Platz auch für größere Autos bietet. Die Kommunikation mit Claudio war zu jedem Zeitpunkt hervorragend. Er stellt Restaurant- Tipps und kleine Videos zur einfacheren Ankunft bereits vorab zur Verfügung und ist während des Aufenthalts immer gut und schnell erreichbar.

This place was the perfect place to stay if you want a beautiful view of the lake and to be in a quiet neighbourhood. There was pros and cons with the location (cons- trouble finding a taxi to and from the train station and not much in close walking distance & pros- beautiful view, right beside the C30 bus stop) but if you’re up for adventure and fully able bodied it’s worth it! We bought some groceries in Como after spending a the day there and had dinner one night in, walked down the stairs by the bus stop to the lake level for dinner at Ristorante Vapore sul Lago di Como and spent a day at the Lido di Faggeto Miamilaryo, which was a beautiful beach club with good food and drinks. The house was everything we needed and the view had us speechless the whole time. The hosts were quick to respond and help when we had questions. We would highly recommend this stay!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Marco und Stefy gefühlt. Marco hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns direkt gut in Como und Umgebung eingewiesen. Ganz toll & sympathisch! 😊 Die Unterkunft selbst ist wie auf den Bildern, sauber und geräumig. Sie liegt hervorragend in der Nähe der Uferpromenade und man erreicht alles sehr schnell. Auch eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor Ort! Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen!😊👍🏽
