We had a great time! They were so nice about a flexible check in time and took the time to explain how all of the technology worked, very responsive. Would stay here again!

We gathered three families - aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents - for a weekend getaway. I can’t overstate how perfect the weekend was. The house itself is lovely. The layout is perfect for preparing and sharing meals with ease and gathering all ten of us in the living area, while also providing spaces in the house that felt more private for anyone looking for some solo down time. The furnishings and decor are perfect. The rest of the property is also exactly what we were looking for. We spent most of our time in the pool and the presence of the pool house made it easy to enjoy snacks and meals poolside. The open spaces enhanced the feel of privacy and solitude, despite the fact the home is located near town, which is nice should one choose to take advantage of the local shops and restaurants. The hostess was also very responsive and clearly communicated everything we needed to know. She even brought some hay to the house so our kids could feed the baby goats.

Cari’s house was perfect for our visit to the Quad Cities. It is spacious, spotless, very well appointed, and truly comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and we could easily get a good walk in for our dog there. The pool was a hit with our children (9 and 11) and we certainly enjoyed it cooling off in it as well! The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, appliances, and utensils; so it was easy to make and enjoy full meals there. There are groceries and restaurants nearby and it’s easy to get to other Quad Cities locations from this neighborhood. We loved our time here!

Absolutely perfect house for our group of 8. So much room and very clean. The backyard is private and a great place to hang out. The only small downside was the pool temp was cold even though we had communicated about the heater being turned on the week before. Trisha was very responsive. Highly recommend the home and would definitely stay again! Thanks for hosting us!

Beautiful layout with enough space for my whole family. Amazing time and all the amenities worked as described. Every room was filled with life. The backyard deck was very spacious and the pool was amazing! Manisha was a very helpful and very nice. Recommend this place to big families wanting to explore a spacious and homey Airbnb.

If you’re ever in the Bettendorf, IA area, this is the house to stay at! It’s so convenient and has all the amenities you need. I was so happy with our stay—thank you again for making it feel like a home away from home! I would definitely recommend it and come back!

This home was large and inviting for our weekend visiting Eldridge to see family. There are plenty of spaces to spread out and enjoy the home. We enjoyed the quiet and comfortable seating area on the back deck with our coffee in the mornings. There were plenty of extra clean towels and linens for our large family to use. The owners were quick to respond and proactive in giving us all the check-in and check-out information we needed. There is a really nice park around the corner we walked to with our kids. The neighborhood feels very safe and homey. This is a lovely home to have a family gathering.

Great stay only complaint is we had ti make an unexpected morning run for toilet paoer because there were only 2 for a week and we are a famiky of 7

I really appreciate how accommodating and responsive Maria was for my month long stay. I travel for work so it’s absolutely important for me to find a host that is willing to work with me and my schedule. Will be looking forward to coming back next year!

Grown kids and grandchildren were in town for a family funeral. This was a great place to decompress. Hot tub was a bonus. The host replied immediately when I had a question. LeClaire is a super cute town. Great place, great stay.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The place was cute, modern, clean, and we loved that we could walk to so many places! we had a little ant problem while there but Shawn was very responsive and helpful, so, overall not a big deal. Our whole family had a great time, and we'd recommended the place to others!

Awesome place. Very quiet neighborhood. Well kept and very clean. One of the few ABnB's that has an actual dedicated work space. Not everyone is on vacation when they travel and it was nice to have a desk and a chair to sit in. Maybe I am old school but I hate having to balance my laptop on my knees to respond to emails and do quotes after I have worked all day...so that was a nice touch. Also, everything from the thermostat to the washing machine and dryer have printed instructions near each item. It was very helpful because I have never used a Nest thermostat and that thing is not very intuitive. Anyways, it is a great place to stay and if I am ever back in the area, I hope it is available. Zero complaints from me.

Don't miss this GEM!!!! This home was so much more than what is presented...it totally exceeded our expectations and we can't say enough about it. The house was immaculate and decorated so beautifully, yet comfortably. You felt very much at home. The view of the river made it so serene and peaceful, whether sitting inside looking out those beautiful big windows or being outside sitting on the deck, or the chairs in back of the house or on the adirondack chairs around the firepit. We were even surprised with a fire ready for us one evening. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The location was ideal for Quad City activities. We highly recommend and are looking forward to returning!

Our family loved the peaceful, relaxing setting of Miguel's house. The river views are beautiful to wake up to and the house is very well stocked with anything you could need--especially the kitchen. Also, Miguel made certain there was plenty of dry firewood for us to enjoy the fireplace. We will love to book again and return next winter.

Great place to stay. Premium location, directly across all the shops. A historic house with a beautiful kitchen that has views of the river. Patio is relaxing and looks over river as well. No bedroom shares direct walls which is nice, and back bedroom has two queen beds! There is an event space downstairs but the event was over early enough it never bothered us. This would be a great place to rent out as a whole for reunion, retreat, or small gathering. It’s very charming and has been kept in great condition. Highly recommend

This place was absolutely perfect for my family to stay in. It had some many trinkets available at the house in case we forgot. It is very family friendly and a safe area. I would highly recommend staying here or any of the properties they have hosted in the Quad cities.

This home is perfect for any trip adjacent to the Mississippi River. You get a great view of the river from the porch. There are also a few barges you can see coming in and out from a nearby wheat distributor. The place is otherwise tranquil and very quiet. Perfect for relaxing outside during good weather. The bedrooms, restroom, kitchen, living room and sunroom were all clean and well-stocked. Only complaint would be that the lighting was a bit dim even with all the lights on and the sun coming in. The location is a perfect midway point between a lot of cities. Less than an hour away from the QuadCities in the South and Dubuque/Galena in the North. If you need any groceries or much of anything else you need to take the bridge to Clinton, IA (10 min). The other closest towns of Albany and Fulton don't offer up much more than a gas station, antique store, or cafe. Overall an excellent spot to stay even if you don't plan on getting out much.
