Das Apartment liegt mitten in einer Golfanlage, wodurch die Gegend sehr ruhig und sauber ist. Restaurants, Strände und Supermärkte sind ca. 12 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina wahr hervorragend, wenn wir ein Problem hatte, wurde uns sofort geholfen. Der Aufenthalt mit dem Hund war super einfach. Ich kann es nur wärmsten empfehlen und wir würden auf jeden Fall noch mal hinfahren 😍 Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich auch 10 ⭐️ geben.

Très bon séjour, la maison de Sébastien est fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Elle dispose d’une petite terrasse sur la rue avec une jolie vue sur la mer mais surtout sur l’arrière, côté cuisine, d’une cour calme entourée des jardins des discrets voisins. Il y fait bon se reposer et dîner. De belles plages dans le parc naturel de Cabo de Gata et aussi quelques jolies randonnées. Sébastien est en sus un hôte réactif Un maison pratique à recommander

This was an absolutely brilliant find for us on a longer holiday in Spain, and over a number of locations this was definitely our favourite stay! The apartment was comfortable and clean, and the outdoor space was amazing. Such a wonderful place to relax, have a swim, BBQ and have a beer or two! Martyn and Marie were wonderful hosts, quick to respond and very happy to give us privacy for the rest of our stay. We really enjoyed this and would 100% recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay and Laura was wonderful host. The villa was decorated well with nice homely touches. The outside was spacious and we made good use of the excellent pool. The villa was in a residential area but within walking distance to beach, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A bus stop was near by for us to go further afield. We stayed for the whole month and had a brilliant time. Would recommend the Villa to anybody wanting to come to this area.

We had a wonderful few days at Bartolome's place. The apartment has everything we needed to be comfortable, the view from the kitchen and dining/livingroom is spectacular, and overall the apartment feels really calm and comfortable. Sitting by the pool overlooking Las Negras and the sea in the distance was heaven. You can easily walk down to the village, for short trips or an evening drink. The pool is so nice, and gets sun pretty much all day. The outside kitchen/BBQ really make it convenient to eat-in during the evenings if you prefer. Great shower too. We felt super comfortable overall and communicating with Bartolome was smooth and easy. We'll be back for sure.

Nuestra estancia fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el primer momento, Carmen estuvo siempre disponible y atenta por teléfono, y nos recibió puntualmente con una actitud muy amable y cercana. Nos explicó todo sobre la casa con claridad y calidez, lo que nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el principio. El alojamiento es fantástico, cuidado hasta el más mínimo detalle, con una limpieza impecable. No le falta absolutamente nada: está completamente equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Además, la ubicación es ideal, en un entorno muy tranquilo y solo a 3 minutos del pueblo. Sin duda, un lugar al que nos encantaría volver.

The house was lovely and the view is beautiful the outside space and pool are small but was perfect for my husband and i . Very clean and a great base to explore the area from would definitely recommend.

Una casa muy bien puesta y con detalle. La estancia ha sido muy agradable. Viajaba con mi hija de año y medio y en la casa Olga tiene trona, bañerita, cuna de viaje baby bjorn (aunque yo no la he utilizado) y barrera para que no subiera la escalera, esto ultimo ha sido clave para estar tranquilos! La parte de arriba tiene una terraza muy agradable con vistas al mar, con una gran habitación. El baño es muy pequeño y no muy cómodo, es mejor el del piso de abajo, pero para 4 días nos hemos apañado. Para la gente sensible a la luz, hay que ponerse antifaz para dormir porque solo hay estores y cortinas y en cuanto amanece entra mucha luz, pero hasta el antifaz lo encuentras en la casa. Como digo, todo pensado. En la cocina me pareció raro que los cubiertos fueran de plástico pero bueno, no es un drama. En general, muy buena estancia, cómoda, buena ubicación y la comunicación con Olga, de 10.

Excellent séjour en famille chez Laura ! Merci beaucoup. La vue depuis la terasse est époustouflante, il y avait un air de baie de Rio avec de la brume en ce mois de février. La maison est très inspirante. La communication avec Laura est très fluide et Rosa nous a accueilli sur place de manière très chaleureuse.Elle est vraiment ultra bienveillante et arrangeante. Merci encore, nous espérons revenir aux beaux jours ! A très bientôt !

Vermits wij op zondag aankwamen en de winkels gesloten waren, had onze host een lekker basisontbijt met toebehoren klaargezet. Alle afspraken in vertrouwen nagekomen. Absolute aanrader. Voor minder mobiele personen ..."er zijn nogal wat trappen"... Fantastisch verblijf. Dank u Gordon en lieftallige echtgenote.

Pasamos casi una semana en el apartamento de Joe. Estuvimos felices en todos los aspectos: el piso en sí, que es mucho más bonito de lo que las fotos le hacen justicia, las vistas maravillosas, el espacio, la ubicación, el buen trato. Se nota el cariño y el cuidado que pone Joe en que estemos cómodos y no nos falte nada. Volveremos.

This is a really lovely Airbnb in a great Spanish fishing town. Both the apartment and Garrucha have loads of charm. The owners were great and communication was really easy. They had everything we needed for our baby too. The facilities in the complex are great too!

My husband and I stayed at Cristina’s apartment for five weeks in February/March 2025. We enjoyed a very relaxing visit to Garrucha. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and well equipped for a long stay. There were lots of towels and bed linens. There was a washing machine and dryer and pretty much everything we needed for our visit. The location was very good also, just steps from the beach. We enjoyed daily walks along the beach. There were lots of restaurants and two grocery stores nearby. I will definitely stay there again if I ever visit Garrucha again.

We have visited this area often in the past and it is by far the superior area to be located. Accommodation has had a tactful and modern re -fit with super bathroom facilities and as we were on an extended vacation the kitchen was fully used and comprehensively equipped with current appliances. Great views over the community garden with an excellent family pool all within a short walk to the beach , bars and restaurants .

Our 2nd visit and not disappointed, just 1 issue with the heavy rain but quickly resolved. We love the location, easy access to all amenities and the beach and a couple of golf courses nearby. Looking forward to next years visit

Świetne miejsce i spokojna okolica. Apartament na zamkniętym kameralnym osiedlu z super basenem dla dorosłych i dzieci. Apartament miał wszystko czego potrzeba do udanego pobytu. Świetna lokalizacja jako punkt wypadkowy czy to do zwiedzania Almerii, Murcji, Kartageny czy pustyni Tabernas. Gabriel i Ana zadbają o wszystko podczas twojego pobytu. Otrzymasz cenne wskazówki co warto zobaczyć w okolicy i gdzie można dobrze zjeść lub oglądać zachód słońca. Wkładają mnóstwo entuzjazmu w to co robią i widać że to nie tylko ich praca ale znacznie coś więcej. Dla nas ważne było żeby Apartament zapewniał udogodnienia dla naszego maluszka i wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy otrzymaliśmy na miejscu. Na basen z tarasu jest dosłownie parę metrów. Bardzo blisko do plaży i morza co jest kolejnym atutem. Doskonały stosunek jakości do ceny. Zdecydowanie polecam ten apartament. Pobyt u Gabriela i Any zasługuje na najwyższą możliwą ocenę. ❤️🏖️🏊🌞😍

Miejsce jest magiczne! Od pierwszego momentu można poczuć się jak w domu, jest bardzo przytulnie, czysto, jasno. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, można znaleźć wszystko czego potrzeba zarówno na krótki jak i bardzo długi pobyt. Lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna, blisko ośrodka sportowego, do plaży maksymalnie 2 minuty. Okolica jest też cicha, a jednocześnie blisko sklepów i restauracji (zarówno pieszo jak i samochodem).

Sin duda repetiría, una anfitriona increíble, nos facilito todas las indicaciones, la casa súper acogedora y encontramos tranquilidad en la urbanización como actividad en zonas cercanas. un 10 se queda corto. Gracias Susana

The apartment is very beautiful, everything clean, amazing terrace and all the nice decorations make feel us like home. The kitchen is great equipped, many restaurants very close to the flat and also to the beach. The owner communicates very well, quickly replied all the time and is very supportive. We would like to come back, we like our stay a lot ❤️ Thank you for everything 🍀

Hemos pasado unos días inmejorables en la casa de Monika. Es una casa para disfrutarla, muy bonita, limpia, en un entorno inmejorable! Monika siempre ha estado pendiente para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. En resumen, un paraíso de paz y armonía. Muchísimas gracias! volveremos sin duda!!

O lugar é excelente e o apartamento é excelente. Uma coisa que senti muito foi não ter um ponto de carregamento para carro elétrico, uma simples tomada na pilastra da garagem resolveria a questão. Fica a dica! Voltaria fácil!

Un pequeño paraíso!!! Este acogedor apartamento se ubica justo frente al mar, donde el sonido constante de las olas y la brisa marina crean una atmósfera de calma y relajación. Tiene una decoración sencilla pero encantadora,La terraza ofrece una vista panorámica del océano, perfecta para disfrutar del amanecer con una taza de café. El espacio es compacto pero funcional. La terraza cuenta con una mesita, dos sillas y un sofacito que completa este refugio costero, ideal para ver el atardecer o simplemente desconectar.

A really lovely apartment, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, superb views and large terrace. Easy, secure underground parking. Pedro who looks after check in/out was outstanding, responsive to any questions we had. He walked us through the apartment on check in and made it obvious that he was available for any problems at any reasonable time. We have had a perfect holiday ! Thank you, Brezo 😊

En primer lugar, Rocio la anfitriona, es una persona encantadora y muy pendiente de que sus huéspedes se encuentren agusto. Ha sido un placer conocerla y la atención que nos ha prestado en todo momento. Y en segundo lugar, su casa es una maravilla, venimos encantados de haber disfrutado estos días allí. Casa muy completa, camas comodisimas, sabanas y toallas de calidad y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Sus dos terrazas son un gusto, así como la paz y tranquilidad que se respira en las instalaciones. Todo muy limpio, y lo mejor las vistas al mar y ver amanecer, sin palabras!! Sin duda alguna la estancia en casa de Rocio como el trato con ella han sido inmejorables, muchas gracias y nos vemos pronto!!!
