Charming cozy cabin with amazing view

Alps Mountains. Italy. Aosta Valley. A cabin in a small village at 1600 meters,in the peace of meadows, grazing cows and mountains. Snow (usually) in the winter. A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Our stunning 2-bedroom, ground floor apartment is located right in the heart of Lauterbrunnen. The sunny terrace offers unique views of both the famous Staubbach Waterfall and the valley itself. In summer enjoy the countless hiking trails; in winter we are perfectly placed in-between the ski areas of Murren-Schilthorn AND Wengen-Grindelwald. We've lived here since the apartment was built in 2012 and we love it; but now we are travelling, so we hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do.

Located on the side of the valley above the village, south facing it offers great views with plenty of natural sunlight The ground floor apartment has 1 large bedroom, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave. Le Dom, best views of Zermatt and Matterhorn!

Warm, comfortable apartment, with stunning view of the Matterhorn. Full view from the living-room and, of course, from the balcony. Sleeping 3-4 people, our flat enjoys plenty of natural light. Our flat is located within 10min walking distance from the city center/Sunnegga and 15min walking distance from the main train station called 'Zermatt' (of which 5min uphill). Alternatively, you can take a cab (2min) and then walk uphill (5min).

The amenities were plush, and my family had an incredibly comfortable and relaxing stay. Judith is a warm, welcoming host who went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Zermatt at its finest!

Great base for touring the area, including Zermatt! Blanka’s apartment seems purpose-built for vacation stays. It is very well organized and equipped. The train station is a 10 minute walk. We did not try the bus service. We would stay again!

When the weather is clear, you can see the Matterhorn from the airbnb. You cannot drive to this location as you have to take a shuttle that costs $17 round trip to Zermatt. The airbnb itself was beautiful and comfy. Very central to most stores which makes the walk-ability fantastic.

Loved this condo. It was spotless, easy to find and the location was excellent. It was not in the middle of town with the crowds, yet easily walkable. Loved the peace and quiet and the views were amazing. A view of Staubbach falls right in front of the kitchen windows and at night the falls are lit up and look magical. The snow capped Mountain View’s of Breithorn mountain from the deck and literally from the sofa as you are watching tv, were awe inspiring. Comfy furniture and bed and a well equipped kitchen. Lisa was great with recommendations and super responsive.

Nous etions 3 amis et avons passés 3 nuits dans le logement de Raphaël et Béatrice. L'appartement est top : plein d'équipements très utiles à disposition, parfaitement décoré avec de très beaux matériaux. La résidence propose une piscine, une salle de sport et des jeux (tennis de table, billard et babyfoot) que nous avons pris plaisir à utilisés. Raphaël et Béatrice sont très réactif aux différents messages. L'appartement est parfait pour accéder en moins de 2h de voiture à toutes les randonnées estivales du Valais. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Wunderschön renoviertes Walliserchalet. Mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Schöne Terrasse mit Bergblick zum draussen Essen und Erholen. Bequeme Betten. Sauberes, modernes Bad. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die uns an der Bushaltestelle abholten und uns ein Late-Checkout ermöglichten. Zentrale Lage im Dorf und doch ruhig. Einige lokale Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Umgebung zum Wandern.
