Holiday rentals with lake access in Mohave County

I would definitely recommend Brittany's home to anyone traveling to Lake Havasu. Brittany was very responsive and friendly. Her home was immaculate and clean. It's very quiet at night which makes sleeping wonderful. I felt right at home. Super cozy. New washer and dryer which came in handy. Kitchen has the basics, but it worked for us. And no crazy rules or lots of cameras which also helped to make us feel comfortable staying there. Great location with grocery store and coffee nearby. Just 15 minutes to London Bridge and the channel.

Our stay at this Lake Havasu home was nothing short of exceptional. The highlight of our trip was definitely the pool—it was absolutely amazing. It felt like our own private oasis. Another standout aspect of our experience was the host, Brianna. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. Anytime we had a question or needed assistance, she was just a message away. It really made a difference knowing we had such a reliable host. The location was also ideal—just minutes from the lake, restaurants, and local shops. Whether we were heading out for a day on the lake or grabbing dinner in town, everything was conveniently close. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Havasu and are already looking forward to coming back!

Lovely home! We had so much fun here! Super clean, well stocked kitchen, LARGE gorgeous pool and big yard to enjoy. Only a couple minute drive to Riviera Marina to launch which is really convenient. The AC works phenomenal in this big house and their ceiling fans circulate the air so nicely and they are super quiet! That is a big deal for me, haha. Great family vacation spot!

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was gorgeously and meticulously updated, the beds and the pillows were so unbelievably comfortable. The yard and grounds were so spacious and lovely! The view, I cannot express how stunning the sunsets were everynight we were there, you can see the lake out the kitchen window and the front yard for that sunset. The house was stocked with everything we needed from the kitchen, to the laundry room, the bathrooms, and games to play with yoyr family, if there with you. Also the neighborhood was close to every amenity needed, and it was so peaceful and quiet. The back patio was lovely as well as the putting green. The only downfall I would bring up is the pool access. It is a daily fee of $22 to swim at at golfclub under their membership. Just so everyone knows it is not a community pool. Otherwise this home is a must stay especially for families.

We have stayed here before and love it! The house is spacious, clean and perfect for a family or a group of friends, we’ve been with both! Robyn is a great host, she is accommodating, responsive and makes the whole process so easy. We can’t wait to go back in a couple weeks!

The convenience of the home and James accommodations made our stay easy and simple. Amenities of the home was great after long day on the river. Myself and gusts were very pleased . Would highly recommend. Thankyou again James’

You feel at home as you as you enter this beautiful home! Everything about the home makes you want to relax and have a great time. Love the location, within minutes to great restaurants, stores and London Bridge. Definitely a great place to stay!

Very nice place with a great view and walking distance to the casino.

We have stayed at many of the condos within this location & I can say this one by far was one of the BEST!!! Location was great and condo was beautiful and clean, which for us is extremely important. We will absolutely be staying in this specific unit again!!

Our family of 3 had a great time at Kara’s place. We felt right at home. The location is amazing, right next to Rotary Park and walkable London Bridge. Highly recommend!

It is difficult to give only 5 stars. From my arrival, to the moment to leave, everything, absolutely everything was perfect. The apartment is great, clean, smelly, good vibes. 5 minutes to the beach and the London Bridge . I missed absolutely nothing and I almost didn't use my car, I did everything walking. What a pleasant place . But the highlight here goes to the host, Cory. Communication has been clear from the beginning. He did infinitely more than to rent the apartment, he helped me with absolutely everything, I can surely say that I would not have known even half the best places if it wasn't for him. Always smiling and enthusiastic, he made all the difference to my stay if noticed 20 of 10. I'll be back more often, I'm already excited for the next trip.

It was a nice place and easy to find. The water front area is really nice.

We love this place so much! The layout of the condo is perfect with a bedroom and bath on each side of the living area. Practically sits on the beach. We have super easy access to restaurants and some beach shops. And a magical view! What more could you want?

Great place to stay, right on the river! Home owners communicate well and we're quickly responsive.

I can't say enough nice things about place and Karen is amazing. I stayed a month and Its an amazing place to relax and enjoy the river. This is my second time there and hope to return next year.

Can’t beat this location, private beach, pool close to restaurants and stores. 7 minute Uber ride or drive across the river to Laughlin. Small but cute and so worth it.

Karen’s place is beautiful with AC, private parking and nicely located in a quiet, private, friendly and safe gated community with access to a private beach and to a clean pool. Nicky and Karen were very nice. The community We loved it and we had a great time! Definitely coming back!

The space is clean and accommodating. It was wonderful having a functional kitchen and being so close to the laundry facility is a great perk. Dedicated parking made transportation a breeze. Everyone in the office was wonderful and inviting! I wish I could stay here longer!

I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT STAING IN A MOBILE HOME THAT IT WOULD BE LIKE BEING IN A SUPER 8 OR MOTEL 6. OH MY GOSH, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. I RECOMMEND YOU STAY WITH THEM. THE VIEW IS AMAZING. THE UNITS APPOINTED IN A VERY NICE MANNER.
