Hotel holiday rentals in Mohave County

If you’ve made it this far as to click on this post then look no more. The value and friendliness of the whole town was more than we expected. The inn manager Dave was literally waiting for us at the door in case we missed the building as we got in late (9pm). When he showed us to our room they had the heaters on so our rooms were cozy (it was 30 degrees outside) and the extra cots ready so that all we needed to do was tuck in for the night. Don’t let the pics fool you, the value is certainly there. 8 of us slept here for $120. You can’t beat that! Checking out was a breeze, since we got in late they offered to adjust out check out time. Dean the owner is hands on, kind, and the communication was amazing. Thank you for making our stay with you so enjoyable! PS THE RESTAURANT IS DELICIOUS BEST PANCAKES I’VE EVER HAD

My father and brothers just returned from a 10 day cross country road trip and stayed here on their 7th night. They each had different favorites (landmarks, views, meals, etc) of the trip, but they all consistently spoke about how amazing Dean was during their stay. He was personable, accommodating, and SO KIND. The history, scenery, stories, and eclectic nature of the place were all amazing, as well, but I want to yell from the mountaintops how incredible the host is. Dean: thank you for being such an important part of this "bucket list" trip for my loved ones. I wish I could shake your hand.

Great stay, feels like in Western movies

Very unique place to visit! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were all very pleasant. Would stay again for sure.

What a well maintained, well run park with a great management team! The special events at the park are nice! The one bedroom unit had everything I needed and more, was comfortable, and the A/C and heat worked great. I felt safe inside the gated community and liked parking next to my front door. If I'm in Bullhead City again this will be a place I'd go back to.

Great midway point to stay between visiting the South Rim and Las Vegas. It’s walkable to food and conveniences as well as amazingly big rooms! The hot tub was down which was one thing we had looked forward to—-bummer. But other than that it was a great stay!

We stayed for a week while moving. Had to bring our cat along & after staying in noisy hotels, really appreciated how clean, quiet & helpful the place & everyone there was. The property is very well kept, we would stay again just to enjoy the pool & beach!

This hotel is truly a hidden gem! It is the best kept secret in Laughlin. It was so quiet and peaceful, out of the way, wonderful hospitality and genuine friendliness from Melody the manager. It was the little things too. Like having regular keys, vintage rooms, and having the hostess escort us to our room. The hotel also has its own launch which was very convenient. Did I mention the cleanliness? Outstanding! After a great day on the river, then a dip in the warm pool, great water pressure in shower and the bed was so comfy I didn’t wake up once during the night. We have already made plans to go back next month for my birthday weekend. Thank you.

Very good experience-space on river was gorgeous, providing peace and safety with many amenities. Brandy is an excellent host-available for any needs, very personal, and friendly. I recommend this oasis for families who are looking for a place to enjoy the Colorado River

While it would have been great to be closer the London Bridge, the drive was short and our stay was great! Sara checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. Bed and furniture were comfortable and we also enjoyed the pool.

Very nice Hotel with an excellent location and very friendly staff, Shawna was always very attentive and communicative with us, there was a little confusion with the name of the reservation and Shawna immediately communicated with the reception of the hotel and clarified everything ,Thank you Shawna very nice your apartment and very nice your decor without a doubt if we return we would stay there again.

Sarah, MORGAN, the front desk receptionist was amazing and extremely helpful was able to check in early. We love going to Havasu dunes.
