Super beautiful place, safe, no bureaucratic excesses to go out or get in. Covered garage with easy access to the elevator with panoramic view. Large space in the Pool. We had a common maintenance issue with the shower in which the host resolved very quickly.

The house is very cozy and the leisure area is incredible, we really enjoy walking around, the neighborhood is quiet and close to the house there is a lake, a coffee shop around 1 km from the property, a fishing spot, a brewery… everything is close. The main thing is that my pet was super calm and loved the property.

I have been using the Airbnb platform for years, we traveled very often in Brazil and some outside and I don't remember a reception, care and attention we had with Ludmila, Marcos and Dona Cleide… It was really amazing and the whole structure of great taste, from bed linen, bathrooms, electros, all the kitchen pieces, to the high-end furniture…. Our stay was fantastic! The condominium is very close to the main street and, as it has a private garage, we were able to do everything on foot. Close to bars, restaurants and the city's main square. The apartment is impeccable! Very well equipped, we didn't miss anything else. Cozy, with very new and fragrant towels and bedding, it felt like we were in our own home. A great place to rest after a long day in the city. Maricy is very attentive and welcomed us with great affection, always very concerned with the smallest details. I hope to return soon!
