The ground floor consists of a small kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher and basic kitchen equipment and a dining room with a TV with flow TV or for connecting a laptop for viewing Powerpoint or similar. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a large double bed with a top mattress (2 beds of 90x200) On the 1st floor there is a large double bed with a top mattress (2 beds of 90x200) into an open space, and a small TV with the possibility of watching DVDs. Furthermore, there is a small bathroom on the 1st floor. The annex is connected to our own private part of the house and has a door to our utility room.

Close to Svinø beach, Avnø nature center and the Zealand trail. Close to shopping. Entrance to the house is shared with owner.

This unique residence has a panoramic view of Køge Bay with a view of Copenhagen and Sweden. There is its own large beach plot and nice bathing jetty. Private heated pool, which is covered, but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented on the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room/living room two bedrooms, closet hallway and large bathroom. The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Stay cozy in the countryside

Cozy accommodation at Flintebjerggaard, a recreational farm 12 km east of Næstved. Come and stay in our old farmhouse, where we have furnished a smaller home with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. From the kitchen/living room, there is access to the loft with a double sofa bed. From the living room, there is a view of the garden and chickens (rooster crowing may occur!), and access to a paved small terrace, which may be used by you - in the summer season, there is garden furniture. The property is open with fields and orchards around.

Our cozy cottage is located only 150 meters from Enø beach and is the perfect place for a quiet getaway. There are two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room with dining area and living room in one, as well as a wood-burning stove for the cool evenings. There are two lovely, enclosed terraces: with sun all day, dining areas, sun loungers and parasols - perfect for a quiet morning coffee, a book in the shade or a glass of wine in the evening sun. The area is quiet and scenic - here there is only noise in the form of birdsong and sea air

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025.
