Very complete apartment, well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and bedroom with wardrobe and clothes racks. I practically felt right at home The host was very attentive and always asking if everything was okay with the stay. The tip I give is in relation to the city of BH. The day we arrived, we went straight to a nearby bar for dinner. While we were at the bar, our car's window was broken and our belongings and some electronics were stolen. So, be careful where you stop and what you leave inside the car. The police informed us that this type of theft, especially near bars, is happening frequently. After that, we do not leave the car on the street or objects inside the vehicle.

It was an amazing first experience to stay with Risia, she was extremely solicitous, enlightening and respectful during our communication. The Studio is exactly the same as the photos, bath and bedding were clean and smelling. The space is impeccable, organized and stocked with all the utensils that are indispensable for its use. Check in and check out super quiet.

The house is just wonderful! Quiet location with great views. It is not possible to walk to the center, as there are many hills on the way. Cleaning of the impeccable house, with great bed and bath linen. Host Luiza was wonderful, friendly and always available when we needed to ask any questions. Not to mention we were greeted with delicious treats. One detail that caught our attention was the spontaneous exchange of towels and carpets from the bathrooms in the middle of the stay. We were very pleased with our stay in Belo Horizonte. The house is extremely organized, clean and faithful to the photos in the description - exactly as we expected. The structure is excellent and offers comfort and practicality in all rooms. The host was very receptive, attentive and flexible, always willing to help and resolve any need quickly and cordially. We feel very welcome all the time of stay. As a suggestion for improvement, we believe that the inclusion of more beds (or bunk beds) would help to optimize the space, especially for larger groups. An additional bathroom would also be welcome. Other than that, we have absolutely nothing to complain about. Congratulations on the organization and the excellent hosting. We recommended and would come back for sure!

The house was a find, as we wanted a space to spend family time and eventually receive family during our visit to Brazil. Great area to explore Belo Horizonte. The apartment is close to lots of restaurants and shops, with very cheap and easily accessible Uber rides. The room was well air conditioned and we had plenty of space. The only downside was that the hot tub didn’t work, which had been part of our reason for choosing this place.
