The house is beautiful! The rooms are spacious, all rooms have bathrooms, ideal for calling several friends or family! It was perfect for my birthday, we had a lot of fun! The girls respond super fast and are super helpful. We love our stay!

The stay was amazing, the house is quite large accommodates several people in great comfort. The best part of the house is the little house for the children a charm, they played a lot. Location is excellent close to supermarkets (by car) and super easy to find. We will definitely return.

We spent nine incredible days at Ivania's home! From the beginning, she was extremely friendly, flexible and generous, making us feel at home. The house is perfect, very well equipped and with a wonderful outdoor area, where we take great advantage of the pool, the garden and the integrated space between the kitchen and the dining room. Our daughters had too much fun! The condo is very nice and safe, and we love to do our morning runs around the lagoon. The location is excellent, with easy access for those who come from Belo Horizonte. Also, the climate was much milder than in BH, making everything even more comfortable. They were days of pure rest and leisure, in a beautiful and welcoming place. We only have to thank Ivania for providing this amazing experience. We look forward to returning soon!

The house is very well cared for and equipped. The place is excellent for those who want quiet and also for children to play. We were made to feel very welcome. The freezer issue has been resolved.

Grandpa Paulo was a great host. Since check in, always very polite and helpful. The house is excellent and surprised us positively! In the outdoor area there is a heated pool and a SPA with hydromassage aquecidissima. The children enjoyed a lot, even though they didn't have a lot of sunshine. It has a stretchy bed on the lawn that had a lot of fun. Both the outside and the indoor area have space to cook and hold meals. There are four suites, two upstairs and two downstairs. The house has two social baths, one next to the TV room and another in the outside area. The view is wonderful and Grandpa Paulo was very helpful and friendly. We went to New Year's and Grandpa Paulo pampered us with a sparkling wine. The house with clean towels and bed linens. Everything is very well organized and clean! We left already wanting to schedule our next trip! We like it so much!

Great place to look for comfort, quiet and enjoy lush scenery. The host is a unique person, very considerate and helpful. I hope to return soon.

We spent an amazing day in this chalet in Brumadinho! The place is inside a super beautiful and quiet condominium, with a wonderful view of the mountains. All very well cared for and organized. The house of the host's brother-in-law, José Eduardo, is next door, but we still had total privacy — everything was very peaceful. And a detail that made the difference: we were greeted with a delicious cake in the apartment! Inside the condominium there are good restaurants and the location is great, very close to the Top of the World. A great choice for those who want to rest, enjoy nature and enjoy a beautiful and welcoming place.

If you are looking to disconnect from the routine and reconnect with nature, this is the ideal place. The environment was carefully planned to provide comfort, tranquility and a truly welcoming experience. Each detail demonstrates the affection of hosts in offering a haven of peace and well-being. We had wonderful days there-we really rested and enjoyed the cozy and pleasant atmosphere of the space. In addition, Thiago was extremely helpful and attentive with us throughout the stay, which made all the difference in the experience. The only point of attention is access: in the last 50 meters there is a quite steep and bumpy climb, which may make it difficult a little, especially at night (as was our case). Even during the day, it is good to be aware of this stretch. Still, it's very worth it — the place is amazing and makes up for any difficulty on the way.

Wonderful! Everything is very tasteful and comfortable. The location is also excellent, close to great restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket. Super helpful host and responds very quickly. We intend to return at another time.

We loved our stay at the cabin! The place is wonderful, with an incredible landscape and every detail thought out with great care to provide a moment of rest. We were able to climb the dirt road with ease using a Mobi, without any difficulty. Rodrigo was always very attentive and helpful, being available all the time.

The chalet is great, exactly like the photos and the view perfectly as posted, incredibly immense, beautiful and super natural, I loved it. The cottage is small, but well accommodated, the kitchen is well equipped, it has a 2-burner stove, microwave, airfryer, cutlery, cups, and a small minibar, I found it well equipped. The ladder is a bit small, depending on the way it is scary to go down, but we managed to deal with it by going down sitting. The mezzanine part is an acceptable space, the mattress is comfortable, with two good pillows and 2 blankets, all very clean. On the roof, even with a bird living in it and some crickets around, we slept well at night, it was averaging 13° at night and we were well accommodated... the view is incredible, the hammock is super safe, very comfortable, and we felt good. It's very close to the city of Lavras, not even 15 minutes, it's very close to the highway, so access is very easy, I really liked the experience.

Think of a wonderful place!!!! The Viver da Mata Space is simply pleasant, welcoming and cozy. Even more beautiful in person! The hosts Fabiana and Luis are excellent people. Attentive and concerned about the stay. You can rest, have fun... there are trails, kayaking, cycling and a lot of good things to do. The view of the dam is beautiful. The cabin is great, very clean, perfect bed and bath linens, well-equipped kitchen. An excellent accommodation with all infrastructure. It's well worth it!! I loved it... it's sad to leave. Thank you for creating such a nice space!

Excellent choice of place for those who want to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city, a few hours from BH. The place is in a condominium that is super easy to get to, with a very quiet stretch of dirt road. The view from the cabin at sunrise is incredible, and the place naturally brings a breathtaking morning mist! We simply love our accommodation, not to mention that the hosts respond quickly and give us all the guidance and tips we need to make the most of the place. In the region, there are also waterfalls and trails nearby (about 40 minutes by car to the places), so there are many possibilities to make the most of it. I recommend with my eyes closed.

For those looking for rest, the place is perfect, with a breathtaking view in the morning. Everything is very clean and organized, Jussara is always very helpful. Ideally, you should go with a high car or 4x4, if it is raining, only they can transit.
