Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mödling District

Very good location, just 1min walking distance to the U1 subway station. Clean, modern and well equipped apartment, with separate living room and bedroom. The only thing is that this apartment' bedroom is just on the street side and may have some traffic noise, for which either I missed in the apartment description homepage or the host missed this information. Anyway, I strongly recommend and will consider for the next time in Vienna

Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt bei euch! Wir können euch auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Das WC am Gang (es war jedoch nur für uns alleine zur Verwendung) war etwas klein und für uns etwas ungewohnt - war aber OK! Da wir uns viel im Zentrum von Wien aufgehalten haben, war die "Anreise" dorthin etwas zeitintensiv. Ca. 1h (gesamt) mit den "Öffis" und ca. 35 min. mit dem Auto oder Taxi - wir wussten das jedoch, also war es für uns OK!

Milena is a excellent host. She kept in touch since I booked the apartment and was always willing to help us if we had any questions!

I can absolutely recommend Zvezdana‘s apparent. I really enjoyed the thoughtful interior decoration that made me feel at home instantly. Super cozy and great atmosphere. It’s located right in front of a busstop and next to a few big supermarkets. The bed is super comfortable and was my favorite part of it. No issues at all and Communication with Szezdana was clear, easy and very friendly. I would definitely book again.

We really enjoy our stay at Jan. It is newly renovated 1 room flat. Everything was new and nicely designed. Room was tidy, clean with clever disposition. Reality is exactly how it looks on photos and description is very precise. Neighborhood is very quiet. There is bus station in front of the house - bus takes you to subway (which takes you to the city center) within few minutes. There is Billa supermarket (please take in account, that in Austria supermarkets are closed on Sundays) behind the corner and pizza/kebap in the same house :). Pizzeria (with good pizza) is behind another corner :). There is small garden with table and chairs for relaxing. There is Tv with Netflix, which is very useful. Jan is very kind and communicative person - he replies fast and he answered all of our questions. If you have any questions - feel free to ask Jan. This accommodation is perfect place to stay for 2 travelers. Definitely 5/5 stars - we can only recommend this place.

Wir hatten einen absolut perfekten Aufenthalt. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir super herzlich empfangen - alles war genau so, wie in der Beschreibung (wenn nicht sogar besser!). Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht - man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert, freundlich und schnell - man merkt einfach, dass hier mit Herz und Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft wirklich jedem empfehlen, der einen sorgenfreien und schönen Aufenthalt in Wien genießen möchte.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben uns einfach pudelwohl in unserer Unterkunft gefühlt. Die Nähe zu Wien hatte uns seinerzeit bewogen, diese Unterkunft anzumieten und es war genau richtig. Dem Trubel und der Hektik, der ohne Frage wunderschönen Stadt Wien, konnten wir "entrinnen" und konnten, wenn wir es so wollten, auch einmal einen ruhigen Abend verbringen. Doris ist eine äußerst angenehme und sympathische Gastgeberin. Sie war immer erreichbar und konnte uns hilfreiche und schöne Tipps geben. Wenn wir wieder einmal Sehnsucht nach Wien haben, werden wir uns dort wieder einquartieren.

Eine traumhafte Unterkunft um dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Top ausgestattet und herzliche Gastgeber, die wirklich um Ihre Gäste bemüht sind! Wir würden immer wieder kommen :)

Catharina’s house is one of the most lovely places we’ve ever stayed! The moment we opened the door, we were amazed and felt right at home. It looked even better than the photos! The house is located in a private and quiet neighbourhood, with wonderful views of the mountains. A large supermarket is conveniently located less than minutes away by car. The kitchen had everything we needed, including some basics for cooking, which was very helpful. The smart lighting system took a bit of time to get used to, but all was fine. Catharina was very kind and responsive if there were any questions :) Hope to return one day to enjoy another stay here!

Very nice and big garden in the property, very clean and renovated house, was very convenient if you arrive by car because you can park inside the property, it’s about 30 minutes by car from Viene center and Erol communicates very fast, easy to find and to get in.

Alles war super! Kommunikation mit Nadine absolut einwandfrei. Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Meine Leute waren mega begeistert! Einrichtung, Komfort....alles da. Alles sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Ich habe mich gerade nochmal telefonisch erkundigt bei einem Mitarbeiter: 'Besser kann man nicht wohnen' Sehr gerne wieder.

Het appartement van Katja ligt heel dicht bij het Hauptbahnhof. Vanuit het Hauptbahnhof kun je zo op de metro stappen, die je brengt waar je maar wilt zijn. Maar eigenlijk ben je al met een paar haltes in hartje centrum. Het Belvedère is zelfs op loopafstand. Kortom: Wat wil een mens nog meer?

Tolle moderne Wohnung im Museumsquartier. Schnelle Anbindung an öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Sehr ruhige Lage zum Hinterhof und wäre auch an heißen Tagen sehr kühl, was uns wichtig war (obwohl es an unserem Aufenthalt nicht heiß war). Schön, dass Hunde willkommen sind!

Ronen est un hôte tout à fait charmant et très accueillant. Il nous a attendu personnellement afin de nous donner tous les détails nécessaires concernant son appartement et le quartier. Idéalement placé, nous avons pleinement profité du lieu, très propre et bien aménagé. Je recommande à tout point de vue!

Die Wohnung ist gut an dem ÖPNV angebunden, groß und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Es gibt einige nette Lokale, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Wir waren zu viert und hatten auf jeden Fall mehr als genug Platz. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Einziges Manko: Wenn die Fenster offen sind hört man die nahe gelegene, stark befahrene Straße sehr laut.

Appartement conforme à nos attentes,nous y avons passé 4 jours, environnement très calme, la communication avec Motti et AnneMarie était très bonne, logement assez proche du centre ( une vingtaine de minutes à pied) et proche de toutes les commodités, très bien pour quelques jours

Appartement moderne dans un quartier bien desservi par les transports. Parfaitement insonorisé et bien équipé.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Als wir durch Stau erst mitten in der Nacht ankamen, wurde uns statt der persönlichen Begrüßung spontan ein self check in ermöglicht. Es wurde alles ausführlich erklärt und hat super funktioniert. Die beiden Vermieter waren stets erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Eine spontane Verlängerung des Aufenthalts stellte kein Problem dar. Die Wohnung war zauberhaft. Sehr hübsch eingerichtet, sauber, ruhig gelegen, alles funktionierte und es fehlte an nichts. Die Anbindung zu den Öffis war top. Total einfacher self checkout. Der Parkplatz war vielleicht ein wenig eng. Dafür gab es süße Überraschungen und eine Flasche Saft zum Empfang. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful city! Wolfgang was super proactive :) The apartment was SO gorgeous and large and comfortable. In a bit of an off-the-beaten-path area but super walkable and close to the Hundertwasser house which I couldn’t recommend enough. Loved the stay and hope to come back!
