Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

Und wenn Du die Großstadt Wien besuchen willst, dann nimmst Du von Mödling aus den Zug nach Wien und stehst nach 30 Minuten vor dem Stephansdom in Wien im Stadtzentrum. Direkt von uns gibt es zahlreiche Wander- und Mountainbikerouten, und viel Kulturelles zu entdecken.

The perfect apartment for families and groups of up to four people who want to spread out. And even on a city trip, you don't want to miss out on a balcony and terrace. We are located in the middle of the beautiful Ottakring district, not far from the Brunnenmarkt and the Ottakringer Brewery. Tram line 2, which is located directly in front of our house, takes you to all the well-known sights in the center in 15 minutes without changing. To Schönbrunn it takes also 15 minutes by Bus 10A.

A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.
