Our peaceful detached apartment is located in Irvington, a beautiful historical neighborhood 7 minutes from downtown. You would not need a car as you can walk to the MAX train station. We furnished our space with a comfortable brand new king size bed and full size sleeper sofa. Bedding & duvet cover washed every time. The decoration is tropical inspired art and from Hawaii. There is a cute and equipped kitchenette with coffee maker, tea make, microwave, dishwasher electric range for small meals.

This cozy apartment lives under our brownstone home, with it's own entrance, free wifi, queen bed, washer/dryer and kitchen appliances. Street parking is easy, no restrictions or permits required! We have many guests in town to attend an event at the convention or the Moda Center, if that’s you, we are under one mile from both, and three blocks from the bus that takes you there!
