The apartment exceeded all expectations. It has plenty of space, a comfortable bed, a beautiful terrace, and you can even see the sunset from it. Sylvia is very friendly and always responds very quickly. Thank you. P.S. perfect for surfers. It has space to put surfboards and you can dry your wetsuit on the terrace.

We had a lovely stay in Huanchaco! The apartment is very spacious and had everything we needed for our time there. The hot water in the main bathroom was great (which we really appreciated), and while the laundry setup was pretty standard for the area, it was a bit of an adjustment not having a dryer—air drying took a couple of days. The location is convenient, with several markets nearby for groceries and essentials. The beach is also just a nice walk away, which was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well for the most part. There was some street noise in the evenings from cars passing by, but it quieted down after midnight. We did get woken up by fireworks on three different nights—something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper. One thing to note is that it's not self check-in, which we're usually used to, but meeting Luciana was no problem at all. She's very friendly, lives close by, and made the check-in process super smooth.

The stay was very nice, Cecilia was always aware of our arrival communicating clearly, she facilitated our arrival time and the cleaning staff was also very friendly. Excellent if you want a quiet day with your family 👍🏻🥰

We loved the accommodation, it was very comfortable, quiet, clean, tidy and safe, in addition we had very good attention from Mr. Juan, very good host very attentive to us. The home is accessible to many places. We went with our pet and was happy as we had access to a nearby park and all the facilities. I would recommend the place 100%

Fantastic stay with a great terrace. In the evening, enjoy the setting sun with a view of the sea from the upper floor, it does not get better in Huanchaco. Maria was a great host and was always ready for help and advice. If we ever go back, we'll know where to stay!

Oswaldo's place is very recommended in Huanchaco. It's perfect for family trips, many rooms and is located in a calm area of Huanchaco. Place to go if you like surfing, Oswaldo is a passionate and the place is close to the beach. We spent very nice moments in family and would gladly return

I stayed in this apartment for a few days and the experience was excellent. From the first moment, communication with the host was very smooth and friendly. The place is as shown in the photos, very clean, cozy and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The location is also perfect, close to everything but in a quiet area. I had the most incredible 6 week stay here! I have stayed in many airbnbs and never felt so at home. It's only the 3 apartments, and it feels like staying with a local family. Jose Ignacio and his mother are the sweetest and kindest people and I loved living here. He is an amazing cook and even shared some delicious meals with me! The apartment is even nicer than the photos, so large and spacious. The yard is so nice and the wifi works everywhere so I was able to work outside and sit by the pool. It was a perfect remote work location with a view of the ocean. I was there in summer and was fine without AC, I left the windows open and the breeze is so nice. You are right on the beach and in the middle of nature so dirt/sand blows in and there are some ants, just keep clean and don't drop crumbs and they are small and don't bother you. It's a little bit of a walk from the centre of town but I love the privacy and unblocked view of the ocean. I can't wait to return to my Huanchaco home!

Excellent, this is my second time staying in a Sandra home and always exceeds my expectations, location, area, kindness from her, all 10/10
