Family-friendly holiday rentals in Mlini

Just up from the Old town area, with view of the walls and fortress. Definitely have to be comfortable doing stairs, which suits for the majority of Croatia as well. You do not have access to the pool, however, jacuzzi was pristine and we used it during the day without any heat! Very friendly family, and Marija offered some local homemade beverage & dishes.

Gorgeous and relaxing space in a location poised perfectly & walkably between Old Town, beaches, and viewpoints (where else can you chill in a jacuzzi while looking at an island cursed by Benedictine monks, 100/10). Welcoming and responsive host, friendly neighborhood kitties, can’t recommend more.

Wow! What an amazing stay we have had! Hosts were always available with queries, supplied lots of information and tips in relation to Dubrovnik and left maps/guidebook also. Attention to detail was incredible and absolutely everything was thought of - board games, books, coffee machine with pods and little milks. The apartment was spotless, so clean, the views are out of this world - loads of room on the terrace to sunbathe, sit in the shade and then have a dip in the hot tub with the views. Air conditioning was great after a day strolling around the Old Town - the bus was at the top of the hill which takes you into Old Town Dubrovnik within 10/15 minutes. The hosts even sent us the timetable of the bus schedule - absolutely everything was thought out. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

Great location, across the street from the harbor. Easy access to public transport to the Old Town.

Sandra's villa is beautiful. we stayed as a group of 7 friends. its really we equipped, beautiful surroundings. Great bars and restaurants within walking distance and very easy to get further by cab . Great stay we'll be back!

Neven was an incredible host, who met us at the property and gave us a tour. We even had some snacks waiting for us (very much needed after our flight!) Prior to the visit Neven had sent an array of information detailing restaurant recommendations and places to visit, this was very useful when planning our stay. Among the cleanliness of the property and location one the highlights was the amazing sculptures at the property and the stories behind them. We came to celebrate my Husband's 40th and would absolutely come back. Neven is a credit to AirBnB hosting and we truly wish him all the best 😊.

We had a very pleasant stay at Mario’s property. The location was excellent especially if you are looking for a boat pickup for any activity. The place is very well kept and maintained. The highlight was the Jacuzzi by the river, which was one of a kind experience. Mario and his wife were excellent host and communication was spot on. We loved the property and would love to come back.

Kuca Mala was the perfect accommodation for my family of four during our three days in Dubrovnik. We rate it highly for cleanliness, location, appointments with all the necessities and outdoor space. The photos are accurate and we were not disappointed in any way with the unit. Ivana was very responsive and timely as a communicator and even assisted us by arranging a transfer from the airport. Luksa met us at the curb upon arrival and allowed us to store our luggage while the unit was being cleaned. We would definitely stay at Kuca Mala again and recommend it to others without hesitation.

Truly exceptional stay — the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever been in! This place was absolutely spotless — everything was pristine and felt so fresh and welcoming. It’s beautifully designed, very spacious, and filled with calming, positive energy. The views of the sea and old town were breathtaking. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always available when we needed anything. They also provided thoughtful touches like toiletries, soaps, black coffee, and tea — such a nice surprise! The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet just a 5-minute walk to the heart of the old town. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again. The apartment was beautiful and the location was private enough, but also close to evening. We really enjoyed it.

željka est une hôte très agréable et gentille. Elle nous a accueilli avec de quoi faire un bon petit déjeuner et comme nous sommes arrivées un 1er mai rien n'était ouvert. Ainsi qu'un joli bouquet d'arum de leur jardin. La literie est très confortable et pourtant j'ai des problèmes de dos donc j'ai très bien dormi. il y a une grande terrasse où manger avec une belle vue sur la mer et un petit balcon également. Chaque fois que j'avais une question elle a su être réactive. La location est bien située entre l'aéroport et Dubrovnik même. Nous recherchions le calme et ça l'est. Par contre il faut une voiture. Il y a une place de parking juste en face. Encore merci pour tout.

Mara and Mijo are great hosts! Mara offered that her son Mijo can come and pick us up as we were reaching late at night and were travelling with an infant. Next day morning I had to catch a bus and wasn't sure if they accept card for payment, Mara was so nice to leave me some money to make the journey, as I didn't have any cash with me. Both Mara and Mijo were supper responsive and always replied to our queries. The only discomfort that we faced was that the property is little bit down the hill, so you have to take stairs which is not a problem but since we were with infant it was bit of a workout for us. But again that is also the beauty of the property because it makes it away from all the unwanted noise. You can also access a beautiful small pebble beach just down the hill. Overall it was a good experience!

Smještaj je bio odličan, jako dobro opremljen apartman sa svime što može zatrebati za ugodan boravak. Putovali smo samo s ručnom prtljagom, a sve što nam je trebalo bilo je dostupno u apartmanu - kupaonski ručnici, ručnici i ležaljke za plažu, sve predivno čisto i mirišljavo! Imali smo perilicu rublja, kvalitetne šampone, regeneratore itd. Prostrana terasa i veliki stol, većinu dana je u hladovini pa se može doručkovati i večerati na otvorenome. Apartman je na odličnoj lokaciji, par stanica autobusom do stare jezgre i 5 - 6 min hoda do plaže uz lijepo uređenu šetnicu punu kafića i restorana. Odmah nasuprot apartmana je lokalni dućan, a na 5 min hoda je tržnica, pekara, drogerija i supermarket. Domaćini su bili divni, ljubazni i srdačni, uvijek na raspolaganju za sva pitanja, stalo im je da se gosti osjećaju kao kod kuće. U frižideru nas je dočekalo rashlađeno piće, više vrsta kave i slatkiši. Predivan odmor, bilo bi lijepo sve ponoviti!

Vi fick ett varmt välkomnande av Katica och vi kände oss genast bekväma. Vi var två vuxna och två tonåringar som bodde där i 3 dagar. Tonåringarna fick dela säng men det gick bra. Katica gav oss många tips om omgivningen och hur vi tar oss till Dubrovnik och andra ställen. Vi hade även intressanta samtal om livet och omvärlden. Det är 317 trappsteg ner (och sen upp) till stranden men det är verkligen värt det. En fantastiskt fin och lugn strand som vi besökte varje dag. Det finns en utomhusdusch vid huset som var ett riktigt trevlig. Vi tog Uber till och från Dubrovnik vilket var prisvärt och smidigt. I Soline finns bara en restaurang men den var bra och intill ligger en liten butik som har det mesta. Området är tyst och man störs inte av bilvägen ovanför. Jag sov som en bebis varje natt! Det var väldigt varmt i rummet om dagarna och kvällarna men fläkten hjälpte en del. Vi skulle verkligen bo hos Katica igen!

Perfect house in one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever been. Everything was well cleaned and smelling good. The neighbours were also very friendly. We loved it!

Ein traumhaftes Häuschen direkt am Wasser. Der Steg an dem man liegen kann ist sehr privat und man kann dort mehrere Stunden liegen und Boote beobachten. Die Terasse ist wunderschön und es hat Spaß gemacht dort zu grillen und jeden Morgen zu frühstücken. Sie Gastgeber haben uns mit einem Willkommens Drink begrüßt und ansonsten hatte man seine Privatsphäre. Dubrovnik ist einfach mit dem Auto oder Uber in 10min zu erreichen. Einziger Verbesserungspunkt wären neue Matratzen(die Federn konnte man spüren). Auch sehr angenehm fanden wir das es 3 Bäder gab und wir Handtücher für die Liegen bekamen. Alles in allem ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt👍

I have just returned from spending an amazing week in Cavtat the apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the town. The hospitality I received from Ivo and his family was the best I have ever experienced. Home cooked lasagne delivered to my door, cocktails when I was round the pool and sharing the fish they had caught that day all added to making this my best holiday ever I've never done this before, I booked for next year before I left if staying in Cavtat please stay here if it's not already fully booked! thank you Ivo and the wonderful Rosa see you next year

Swietna miejscowka. Piekne widoki. Blisko na lotnisko. Sklep spozywczy w poblizu. Bardzo mila gospodyni, ktora pozwoliła nam zostac dluzej ze wzgledu na nasz pozny lot. Dziekujemy. Bardzo polecam to miejsce.

Just spent 9 perfect nights at Aldos. Superb spacious apartment, spotlessly clean, had everything we could possibly need. Location was great, Cavtat is a beautiful place. Also helped us arrange a taxi transfer to pick us up when we landed and even took us back ro the airport at the end of our stay. We were really pleased withe nice touches in the apartment. He was very welcoming, even got used to the steep walk up from town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeks stay and well worth a 5 star rating in every respect. Great hosts providing lots of local advice and recommendations. Fantastic location with uninterrupted views and beautiful sunsets. Apartment very clean and comfortable. Great addition is a wee honesty facility where some basic necessities can be purchased - including wine! Thank you for a great stay!

My family of six adults and a toddler had the most wonderful stay at Mato’s Mlini home. It was perfect—close to Dubrovnik yet with the relaxed charm of ocean life. The villa had everything we needed to cook, unwind, and simply enjoy time together. We spent our days by the pool, sharing meals at the outdoor table and laughing late into the night over card games. The space was private, with breathtaking Adriatic views, and just a short stroll to the ocean, a bakery, and a convenience store. Our favorite day? Renting a boat to explore the blue cave and nearby beaches. Morning runs along the long boardwalk were a treat, and the toddler loved playing in the parks—especially the pedal cars with a built-in slide! Maybe that was more for me and my husband. Mlini had good restaurants and cocktail bars, but the surprise highlight was walking to the abandoned hotels at sunset. Mato was an incredible host, always ready to help, and I wholeheartedly recommend his home!

The attention to detail that both Sandra and especially Mateo did for our stay was like a dream come true. Everything you could possibly want in an apartment. Cleanliness, fantastic pool, fantastic host, ready to answer your tourist questions Just a great place to stay. Would highly recommend and definitely go back their again Colin & Lydia

We stayed at the apartment for 7 nights and we had a fantastic holiday. Ivona and Michael were amazing hosts. Micheal recommend plenty of day trips, restaurants and sightseeing spots. Michael gave us a tour of the apartment and pool area and helped with anything we needed. Ivona was very responsive and helped us arrange our return transfers. We loved all of the little special touches in the apartment, felt like home away home. This apartment and the hosts exceeded our expectations. Location is perfect! Thank you!

This was an excellent stay and the family loved every part of it. It was also not far off from Dubrovnik city centre (approx 15 min drive) and the beach was also a walk away. Emily was really helpful responding to any of our queries and overall customer service was great :)
