Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Miyota, Kitasaku District

We were disappointed that we couldn’t use karaoke since there was no Instructions and even the staff didn't know how to use it. I was concerned about the hardness of the bed, but other than that I was very satisfied. The rock bath was comfortable and had enough space for a large group.

自然豊かな場所であり、とても良い時間を過ごせました。最後まで丁寧に対応していただき感謝しております。コンビニもスーパーも車で行ける範囲にあり、長野に来られる方にはとてもおすすめの宿泊場所です！

2024年9月中旬~下旬の時期に利用させていただきました。 エアコンがなかったですが、十分に外が涼しく、快適でした。 ホスト様の返答・対応も早く、楽しい思い出ができて、とても良い旅行になりました。この度はありがとうございました！

外見も、ヴィラのなかもとても清潔で綺麗で、素敵でした！ 困った時もとても親切に対応していただき助かりました。 冬の雪も綺麗ですが夏も涼しげでいいみたいなのでぜひまた行きたいです！ 今まで1番大満足だったのでみなさんぜひ行ってみてください！

We absolutely loved our stay in Matsaya’s apartment. Even before check in, she was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless, spacious and beautifully decorated and had ample room for our family of 4. There was great separation of areas so we make coffee and chat without waking up other family members. Beds were comfortable and could easily fit a family with 3 or even 4 children. The area was surrounded by cafes, restaurants (Maysaya recommended some wonderful places to eat) and a quick walk to a large, modern shopping centre. It was a two minute walk to Matsumoto Castle and a beautiful place to take an after dinner walk and watch the sun set on the imposing castle with mountains in the background. One of our favourite activities in Japan was taking the local train to Narai-Juku - a stunning, old town that we found more beautiful, historic and peaceful than more famous places like Kyoto. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The house was beautiful - we loved the design and the wonderful homely touches. Everything was very thoughtfully curated from the charcoal BBQ to the fairy lights welcoming us on arrival. Everything was spotless and we really appreciated that the house was dog friendly and our pup had a lovely time playing outside. Tsumagoi itself is quiet so one must be prepared to be a bit removed and to simply enjoy all the glorious nature. It was a good option to explore Karuizawa and Kusatsu onsen for anyone who’s willing to drive some stunning country roads.

綺麗で広くて、大変充実したステイになりました。 想定していませんでしたが、天気にも恵まれ、とても綺麗な星空を見ることができました。星を見るためだけにまた来てもいいなと思えました！

家族の記念日で利用させていただきました。メッセージのやりとりもレスポンスがとても早く、かつ丁寧な対応で安心して宿泊する事ができました。 全面がガラス張りなので部屋から見える景色も素晴らしく、特別感のある雰囲気と時間を過ごすことができました。 部屋の明かりが全体的に少し暗い印象でしたが、その際もスタンドライトの利用のご提案をすぐに頂けるなど、寄り添った対応でした。 帰宅時には「家族写真をお撮りしますよ。」と、ご提案頂き、想い出に残る写真も撮れました。 とてもホスピタリティ溢れるサービスに感謝しています。 ありがとうございました。

今まで利用させて頂いた滞在先でも随一の素晴らしいステイでした。 チェックイン時間は事前に連絡するように記載があったので、当日のお昼過ぎに連絡しました。時間に伺うと雪かきをしながら出迎えてくださり、荷物の運び入れも手伝ってくださいました。 室内設備はとても清潔でした。食器や調理家電類は十分揃っていて、料理をするにも不便はありませんでした。（備え付けの調味料はありませんでした。） お手洗いや洗面所も3ヶ所あって、10人での宿泊でも困る事はありませんでした。洗濯機は使いませんでしたが、とても大きな洗濯機がありました。 真冬の草津温泉でしたが、空調設備や床暖房があり、室内で寒さを感じる事は一切ありません。 入浴は記載の通りの入浴時間が決められていましたが、セキュリティの観点からしかたないかなと思います。シャワーは3ヶ所、浴槽は大人3人が足を伸ばせるほどの広さがあります。清潔の行き届いた温泉で素晴らしかったです。ヒーターもあり、湯冷めする事もありませんでした。 立地としては、コンビニが徒歩5分程度、スーパーが車で5分程、湯畑は歩いて10数分でした。坂道が多く、道路も除雪されていないので冬季に訪れる場合慣れていない方は注意が必要ですが、立地としては申し分ないと思います。 チェックアウト後に温泉街を観光するため荷物を預かって頂き、存分に草津温泉を楽しむ事ができました。 草津で利用を考えている方には是非おすすめできるステイ先です。

It is a beautiful place. Quiet and peaceful place. Will certainly recommend staying there.

We did a last minute booking for the place and it was the best choice. So peaceful & beautiful area to walk around. The sauna was a nice feat especially when it’s cold outside. Fire place was also another nice feature of the house too.

Joyce and Villa B were incredible. The pictures do not do it justice. The house is well thought out, impeccably maintained, and incredibly peaceful. The Onsen was relaxing and great to dip in after skiing. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook a meal for 4. Added bonus of complementary drinks and gelato was wonderful. The restaurant is a must and a unique experience. The bus station is a 1 min walk. I was able to grab my gear from the drying room, hop on with my skis, boots, gear and be on the mountain in 30 min. The staff made the trip so much better. Everyone was wonderful. They were there for any questions we had, went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and were the nicest people. I cannot wait to come back and relax again. Oh also the pajamas are some of the most comfortable lightweight things on the planet. 10 out of 10 recommend.

とてもキレイな空間で充実した休日を過ごすことができました。 子供達も、大はしゃぎで遊んでいました。 質問に対しても、丁寧に回答して頂けたので安心して準備ができました。

Good experience and cozy place

非常に静かな環境で家族とのんびり過ごすのに最適でした。 食材調達などもオーナーさんからの事前情報がとても役立ちました。

It would be great if the BBQ grill can be used free of charge (include in the price). Great host, friendly and fast response. Recommended for foreigners.

Enjoyed our stay of 4 couples and kids. Many rooms, good layout for hanging out and good appliances, hot water and heater.

オーナーさんはとても親切で、質問にもすぐご回答いただけましたし、温泉もとても気持ちよかったです！温泉では何種類もある手作りアイスが200円という破格で食べれて、子どもたちも大人も大喜びでほおばりました！マンゴーやダージリンも大人の味で美味しかったです。 9月下旬に泊まりましたが夜は長袖必須ですね。(14度まで下がります)でも日が照りつける朝は半袖で過ごせる気候でした。 サイトのトイレも水場もとてもきれいでした！花火を持っていけばよかったと後悔！あとバッテリーチャージャーもあるとよいかもしれません。(今後つくそうですが、現時点ではロッジに電気は通っていませんでした。)でも携帯の充電を快く受付でさせていただけて、キャンプ初心者、子連れの我々にはとてもありがたかったです。また機会があればぜひ利用させてもらいたいです！！ 近くの川の水はめちゃくちゃ冷たくて、マイナスイオン浴びれました！(道が整備されてないので必ず運動靴で) 夜の星と月がとっても綺麗でした！本当に良い経験ができました。ありがとうございました(^^)
