Holiday rentals with a patio in Miura District, Hayama

Loved saying at Umine’s place! She was very nice and responsive, and even let us store our luggage at her place after checkout while we continued to explore Kamakura.

This time, 2 of us stayed.There were two bedrooms, so we each had a room to ourselves, and we were able to sleep well. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we played games in the room, experienced driving a train, and time flew by in no time... At this age, I don't play games very often, but when I started, I had a lot of fun.There was a home bakery in the room, and I baked with excitement.Freshly baked bread is delicious!It would be great if the next guests could take the jam with them! The photos on the top page seem to be aimed at a more specialized audience.I thought so, but I can also recommend it for groups of women! There is also a hair dryer and hair straightener, and the hair dryer has a hands-free stand, making it easy to dry your hair.(There are 2 hair dryers) I was also happy to have a hair iron! This time, I will use it for a girls' trip! There seems🅿️ to be a parking lot, so I will come by car next time.Thanks for your hospitality.

The environment is very clean and comfortable, the bathroom is very large, and the host is very patient in answering questions. It is just a little far from the city center, and the stairwell is very small, so it is a little inconvenient to go up and down the stairs with a large suitcase. Other than that, everything else is perfect.

Had a great stay in this area and would recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Tokyo :D Everything was as listed on the description and the location is great for travelling around due to the nearby Musashi-Nitta station (quick access to Kamata & Tamagawa stations) Quiet area with very friendly locals makes this apartment a great home base for anyone travelling and I would look to stay here again when revisiting in the future. Katsuo was always fast to reply with any information needed leading up to our stay.

The place was super comfortable and cozy and we had a good time walking to the place. There were a lot of convenience stores nearby and a lot of restaurants! Thank you for letting us stay.

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at this lovely home. The house is functional, clean, and thoughtfully equipped—not very spacious, but perfectly comfortable for the three of us. It had everything we needed, right down to the smallest details like personal toiletries and cooking spices, which made our stay even more convenient. One of the highlights was the strategic location—situated near both Yokohama and Tammachi stations, making commuting around the city super easy and efficient. Mrs. Teng, the host, is such a kind and attentive lady. She checked in on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed, and even welcomed us with fruits and snacks upon arrival—a very thoughtful touch! She also generously allowed us a late check-out on our last day due to our night flight, which we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located, and well-equipped home with a genuinely caring host. Thank you Mrs Teng.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ota City. Natsuki was very proactive in providing instructions and communicating with us. Clear helpful instructions were provided on site along with many thoughtful local recommendations. Both the bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet so we slept very well. Clean and well organized with what we needed. We appreciated the extra touches like having plenty of hangers, toiletries, and a personal welcome left in the kitchen. Overall our stay felt throughout like we were being welcomed to stay at a friend's home, which was delightful.

It was a very satisfying stay. We stayed as a family of 3, and although it looks like an old house, the inside has been beautifully renovated, and it is a comfortable space with a mix of old and new. The water area was also cleaned, and there was nothing to worry about. My wife was also very satisfied. This time I tried it for one night, but next time I think I will stay for consecutive nights. As a note, WiFi is difficult to connect to, so I don't think it's suitable for people who need it.

It was a very beautiful and lovely home, partly because it had just opened.The design of the house, the furniture, and the appliances, all of them were well thought out, and it was easy to use.There was a table by the pool, and it was great to be able to eat together.Also, the host's response was quick and kind, which was helpful.Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee, but they were flexible.This stay was a wonderful experience.Thank you very much.

It is a very comfortable, stylish and lovely home that shows the good taste and personality of the owner.I was able to enjoy a relaxing bath while looking at the courtyard, and I was able to spend time away from everyday life in the living room and bedroom. Upon arrival, they prepared bread to welcome us, and since we were hungry, it was very helpful. It made for a good memory.

This was a last minute decision for us to stay here, so glad we did! The 2 hour commute to the airport the next day was worth it! So clean. Very peaceful. The sauna with the cold pool right next to it was perfect. And having our own private onsen was awesome! The house was really clean and looked recently redone and new inside. Loved it. Wish I lived here!

The room is very clean and large, the kitchen is well equipped, there is a bath tub, a vending machine at the door, and a 711 next to it.But it's not very friendly for people without a car, you have to go up a particularly steep slope, and it's inconvenient to take a taxi with your luggage.There are two rooms, the rooms are sunken, and it is not very convenient to take luggage.But the air conditioning is pretty good.I feel that it is suitable for people who have a chef and driver at home to come on vacation, and it is not suitable for students to come for team building.

Visiting from Australia - family of four with two teenage boys. We stayed 2 nights in Gora… it was a beautiful way to escape the Tokyo madness and enjoy the mountain air. The accommodation is rural but it’s super easy to get anywhere by bus (or, if you have a car, even better). The hosts are also incredibly generous with chauffeuring to restaurants (no cost) - in fact, they drove us 45 mins to Odawara to get our train to Kyoto and refused to accept any money from us for doing so. So kind. The naturally heated hot tub is also a lovely way to wind down after a day in the mountains. Spotless, and spacious - thank you for hosting us! Fully recommend.

Thanks to the very kindness of the host, we had a comfortable time.We were able to relax with all the BBQs and bedding.I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.
