This facility is a private bungalow detached house that has been renovated from an old-fashioned house in a quiet residential area of Hayama Town.It is a calm place where you can relax with your family. It is an old house, but it is fully equipped with air conditioning and wifi.There is a TV monitor connected to the Amazon Fire TV.(TV broadcasting cannot be received.) There is also a garden so you can have a comfortable stay. The Isshiki Coast within walking distance is the famous coast of the 100 beaches of the world.It is also a great place to take a walk, a villa for the Emperor's residence, and Hayama Park. If you are traveling by car, it is 15 minutes from Yokohama Yokosuka Road to our facility.We also provide free parking, so it is easy to use, and you can easily go to Yokohama, Kamakura, Zushi, Yokosuka, and Miura Peninsula.Access during public transportation is about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, Hayama Dai-do, a 15-minute bus ride from JR Zushi Station. There is a Keikyu store, Sotetsu Rosen, Suzukiya, and 7-Eleven within a 10-minute walk, easy to source daily necessities and ingredients, and there are plenty of restaurants. Hayama Town is rich in nature, so you can play sup or snorkel in the sea, or hike in the mountains.

Access from the city center is also good. It is about a 10-minute walk down a flat road to the coast. The view of Mt. Fuji and sunset from the Morito Coast are exceptional. There are plenty of unique restaurants such as delicious seafood and Italian food nearby. There is a hiking trail right nearby. 　From the top of the mountain, you can see the town of Hayama and the sea. You can enjoy the scenery of the four seasons. This house is the perfect place to spend a relaxing moment in nature.Surrounded by the beautiful sea and majestic mountains that stretch out, you can refresh yourself away from the bustle of everyday life.Access to the Miura Peninsula, Kamakura, and Enoshima is also good, and we hope you can create wonderful memories with your family and friends based on this villa.
