It's just an hour from the city center.I chose this place by the beautiful coast, the sky, the mountains, and the natural and calm town of Hayama.I usually use it as a villa for our family.I wanted to bring this rich environment to more people, so I decided to start airbnb. There is also good access from the city center, and you can park your car in front of the house.It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach.Mt. Fuji and sunset views from the Morito Coast are exceptional.There are plenty of unique restaurants nearby, including delicious seafood dishes and Italian food. There is also a hiking trail just around the corner, and from the top of the mountain, you can overlook the town of Hayama and the sea, and enjoy the scenery of the four seasons. We remodeled this beachfront house ourselves. It is a 30-second walk to the beach and has a Showa-era feel. The name of the facility ”Hayamana" is a combination of Hayama (Hayama) and Mana (Soul). It's not luxurious by any means, but it has a nostalgic, soothing atmosphere. The property also has a stand-up paddle rental, and beginners can attend a school. The owner is a certified professional of the PSA (Professional SUP Association), so that you can fully enjoy the activities of the sea with peace of mind. There is also a surprisingly unknown trail entrance surrounded by the greenery of Hayama, 5 minutes away on foot. Conveniently located within walking distance to various restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, drug store, coin laundry, etc.

It takes a 20 minutes drive from Zushi and 30 minutes to Kamakura by car. ■Our villa is a 1-minute walk from Ohama beach. Hayama Park, next to the beach, is the site which had been managed as a stable for the imperial villa for a long time, and is still a special place for people living in Hayama. Also there are Isshiki beach which is very famous among the world from 10-minutes walk from the hotels.
