The vacation home has 50 square meters of living space and 1000 square meters of garden. It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out due to the older cottage charm from the remaining new "vacation cubes." Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Kleines Sommer-Gartenhäuschen mit großer Terrasse mitten im Grünen. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast. Es befindet sich im Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Nicht richtig beheizbar daher nur im Sommer/Herbst buchbar! Bei Buchung im September/Oktober: Es gibt einen Ölradiator, so das es dennoch gut bewohnbar ist. Bitte warme Sachen und dicke Socken mitbringen und nur buchen wenn ihr nicht kälteempfindlich seid.

Tiny house with field view by the creek

This fantastic tiny house is located in the middle of the nature. Between wide meadows and a forest there are lakes where you can also swim. The view from the large panoramic window on a wide meadow is fantastic. On the edge of our idyllic property you have an area for yourself. Next door there is a little garden with herbs and chickens. In the tiny house, underfloor heating on cold nights provides cozy warmth. The perfect spot for a break in the great outdoors!

This great place is anything but usual. On approx. 27 m², it is located on 1.5 floors. It includes everything you need. Underfloor heating, walk-in shower, washing machine, dishwasher in a quiet location directly on the Dresden Heath. In 350 m is the stop to the city line and 50 m to cross-regional traffic. The golf course (18 hole) is 1 km away. 20 min by public transport to the city center / 30 min by car to Saxon Switzerland (Bastei, Königstein fortress)

Ideal for up to 2 adults and a small child, who can sleep in the baby bed or on the ottoman (0.85 x 1.35 m) next to the large sleeping area (1.30 m wide - high-quality mattress) of the sofa bed. Bookable individually or as a supplement to our larger wooden house right next door on the same property (photos) e.g. for 2 families or older children. Both cottages have an outdoor seating area, but the property is not separated. Grill & fire pit can be used.

Modern cottage directly on a small lake. Practically furnished to unwind for a few days in the middle of nature and to switch off. On the ground floor there is either a large double bed or two single beds. A staircase can be reached by the slightly lower sleeping floor with another two single beds. The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort.
