The tastefully furnished holiday villa lies in the unmistakable low mountain landscape of the Ore Mountains at the foot of the Fichtelberg. Built in the Tuscan style, the villa is one of the most beautiful houses in the Erzgebirge, surrounded by meadows and forests. The individual furnishings and furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and breathe the atmosphere of cultivated private spaces.

The bright 89 m² first floor apartment has a large balcony with beautiful views. The new bathroom with walk-in shower and two sinks is barrier-free. The fitted kitchen is well equipped... The spacious living area has a large sofa bed (+ extra beds as needed) with TV corner and a dining/work area as well as massage chairs and play corner and game cabinet. In the bedroom there are 2 double beds. Here it can be increased with 2 travel cots. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

Distance to the central station and the city center only 5 min. by tram or 20 min. on foot, a tram station is just outside the door. Our lovingly furnished 30 sqm apartment for 2-3 people in the resort town of Weinböhla near Dresden has a separate entrance, living-bedroom with double bed, also separately adjustable, shower and fully equipped kitchen. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included in the price. Car parking space on the premises. The nearby sights such as Moritzburg, Meissen and Dresden can be easily reached by bus and train or via bike paths.

With us, you can choose between two comfortable apartments or, as a large family, live together in the entire cottage. The holiday apartment "Abtwald" on the ground floor is completely wheelchair-accessible and can accommodate up to four people. The "Andreasberg" apartment on the first floor is designed for families with up to five sleeping places. The cottage has a plot of approx. 1000 m². You are welcome in every season!

The Old Bakery

The property is centrally located in Jöhstadt. "The Old Bakery" has been lovingly renovated and is now a guest house with several rooms and a large lounge and breakfast room, as well as being suitable for home office or co-working, there is also a separate office. "Die Alte Bäckerei" is also available as a seminar house. The location of the accommodation is very quiet – here you are happy to sleep in:-)
