Clean and cozy accommodation in a very quiet and peaceful residential area, a ten-minute walk from Grünbergalle station, with a direct line to the center of Berlin, the airport and the surrounding area. The house is cozy and surrounded by a lovely garden. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary services. Some reviews mention the noise of the train passing by as very annoying, but we didn't find it to be so. The train can be heard, but it's not that disturbing, especially when the windows are closed, and you get used to it easily. Gisele was very kind and flexible with both check-in and check-out times. Good value for money considering the prices of the city center. We had a great time :)

Very nice accommodation for a city trip in Berlin. Great location and also close to the S-Bahn for further excursions. Extremely friendly and accommodating hosts, thank you! I can well imagine booking the remise again for the next opportunity.

Petra and Janine are perfect hosts. They are there to help and advise when required, but also they don't infringe your space when you may wish to have a quiet time. The house is quirky having been reconfigured from a workshop and agricultural use. It is exceptionally clean. There are three restaurants nearby and also two kiosks where you can have food to go or to sit outside. The house is very central and easy to find. It is next to the terminus for tram 68. Alt Schmockwitz is a very quiet location, but ideal for those interested in nature, walks, swimming etc. Within easy reach of Kopernick Castle via tram 68,

I had a wonderful ten-day stay here. The flat is cozy and functional. The area is quiet and safe. There is a grocery store nearby (about a five minute walk) and there is good access to transit to get around the city. The location has a very interesting and infamous history that is memorialized well with information points around the area - it’s well worth checking out. The flat is also a few minutes walk from the Spree and a beautiful trail that runs along it. Would highly recommend this rental.

Would highly recommend . We really enjoyed our stay, everything was as described & within easy reach of the main attractions. Supermarket easy 5 minute walk. Claudia was very responsive & we really appreciated an early check-in.

Jwd. Last bus leaves KW at 8:10 pm. Those who take this into account will feel very comfortable, just like me. All the best.

It was the most beautiful bungalow I've ever stayed in. Indeed, Madame Birgit is a very pragmatic woman. And that her mentality should be that of a real Berliner, but always with good intentions like a master of the room, I could see that the apartment was not only very well decorated. But quite practical. Jacqueline was an amazing host and the summer house was lovely. We loved returning to it after our city adventures. The best thing was the coffee machines and the warm floor for the bathroom.

Beautiful apartment in a calm backyard. Ralf created an amazing place and it was awesome to stay there. I was in Berlin as a guest lecturer for building high-performance teams and needed a quiet place to stay. The minimalist style made it fantastic to work and sleep. Highly recommended place.

We booked with Marion because we needed a room close to the airport, but what we got was above our expectations in the friendly welcome we received. The room was very comfortable as described and it was easy to find in a lovely and quiet neighborhood outside of Berlin. It was easy to reach using public transportation, but would also be easy if you had a car. Marion was very helpful in suggesting a Chinese place nearby (I can recommend it) and was always easy to communicate with. We hope to stay again on future visits ☺️

It was a cozy stay at the cottage. The host Sebastian is friendly and ready to fix any issue. The surrounding area is very green and quiet. The supermarket and s-bahn station is withing reach by walking

My daughter was able to help us find the place seeing how she lives in Germany. It was very cozy and tucked away. In the garden area Im sure it’s beautiful to sit outside and have a morning coffee. Going in Nov-Dec is a damp and chilly time but the place was very cozy and plenty warm inside. The bed had warm comforters that were perfect. Every thing was marked well for recycling or use of their place. We were mainly there in the early mornings, left around 10am and back by 9pm. We had places to go everyday w/our daughter and had a chance to visit many places in Berlin. The train station was within walking distance and she would meet us there. Some of the mornings we made breakfast and a REWE was conveniently within walking distance. Also a great little cafe. We went to visit my daughter so I knew we’d see all that we wanted too plus. I choose the place mainly for the amenities and distance to the surrounding things. Erika and Hann were lovely hosts and I definitely would recommend.

The stay was really very pleasant. You never had to wait long for an answer, which I thought was very good. The entrance to the apartment was very easy to find and it was also really perfectly cleaned, you didn't see a crumb. In my opinion, the apartment is a perfect recommendation for this price. The apartment is definitely recommended if you want to take a vacation in Berlin, the apartment and the hosts are just perfect.

Excellent accommodation in Beate's garden house. Spacious, cozy with new bathroom and kitchen. Good communication with the host, within walking distance of S-bahn station (more than 10 minutes) and therefore good accessibility with the center of Berlin (35 minutes by S-bahn). Very quiet location and favorable price for the accommodation. Recommended as far as I'm concerned!

a real little home – we had everything we needed for this time – totally warm encounters – Jenny & Johannes are helpful and ask if anything is missing – uncomplicated... We enjoyed it!
