This charming apartment in the heart of Berlin is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and museums, yet quiet. It is lovingly planned and furnished. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The bedroom is small but has a 160x200 double bed. The living room is equipped with a cosy sitting corner including a 140x200 sleeping sofa. Please know the sofa is not as comfortable as a propper bed. We finally got an elevator! The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short.

A light and airy bathroom and sleeping area are visible, featuring a spacious bed layered with white bedding. A modern shower is enclosed by glass, while a sink is attached nearby. A round mirror reflects natural light, enhancing the open feel.

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

In the living room there is a separate sofa bed, which is in no way inferior to a comfortable bed. You should not be missing anything during your stay, so everything is taken care of, such as bed linen, towels, WiFi, Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machines and fresh beans.

Beautiful, 160m2 (or 1700 square feet) apartment in an older building with stucco and high ceilings close to the main station in the heart of Berlin (area Berlin-Mitte). The nicely renovated kitchen/living room with a long table is perfect for friendly get-togethers. Wifi, linen, bath and hand towels, skin-friendly soap, and green gas and electricity included. There are no additional charges. We love families - children up to 12 years are free of charge.

A combined living and sleeping area features a spacious bed with a dark coverlet and decorative pillows. A sofa provides seating, along with a wooden dining table set for four. Art is displayed on the walls, complemented by a soft floor rug and warm lighting.
