My family and I met in Asheville for my parents 50th anniversary and this was the perfect spot for the occasion. Beautiful scenery and the house was amazing. I really appreciate the website that’s included with the rental. It was so well organized. Includes everything you need to know about the rental and more. The house had amazing amenities and plenty of space to comfortably host our family of 10. The backyard space and the game room were our favorite spots. All of the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. It was very evident the host put a lot of time and effort into making sure people have a great experience while visiting Asheville. We loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

Great spot right outside Asheville! Beautiful views and tons of space for a group that’s right near town. The only thing that I’ll say (they don’t really make this super clear when booking) is that the neighbors surrounding the house are the gestapo about noise after 8:30 PM. There are signs all over the house that are pretty invasive to make sure you’re aware of this. There’s also a noise detector on the outside porch on the ceiling right when you walk outside. My guess is it’s not actually the host who is strict about noise and they’re just trying to make sure the neighbors don’t get mad when hosting, which I get. So if you’re okay keeping all outside conversation to barely more than a whisper after 8:30 PM every night, this place is for you! The property is awesome, and is very spacious and open with lots of natural light. Host was communicative and courteous throughout our stay. Just watch your back for those neighbors!

Thank you to Gloria and Lorraine for everything! My family of four loved the accomodations! Everything was neat, clean, and the location was quiet and peaceful. Their communication was friendly and quick. I couldn't ask for more, and would definitely recommend this listing! I will have my family stay here again if needed.

The Mountain House - Awesome views, Peaceful place

Sitting on top of a small mountain just outside of Asheville, NC is what we like to call The Mountain House. Easy to get to, just a 30 second drive up the paved road & you are there. Then enjoy almost two acres of your only little mountaintop while taking in amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. And you'll also be able to stroll around on plenty of flat level, land....It's hard to find a flat yard and amazing views but we have both. It's truly a unique and beautiful spot and we love it!

The Yonder crew were very accommodating to our crew while in the area for disaster relief work - we had a late check in and they made sure everything was in order before we arrived and assisted with any requests right away. The space was a welcome and relaxing retreat after work each day! I would highly recommend choosing this listing when in the area!
