The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. The location was great for what we needed, and we felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed the stay a lot the house was so clean and felt very welcoming to be there I loved the walk way and the garden it was very lovely and they were very friendly everyone who was there was Chris responded very quickly and was so helpful lots of things to do not that far away and good restaurants nearby.

The place was clean, calm, and just wonderful. We went right before Christmas and ms. Deb had put up a Christmas tree and that was wonderful because we were going to be opening gifts and it just set the mood right for my family. It’s those small touches that made this location stand out. Would highly recommend and I plan on staying again soon!

This stay is absolutely incredible. It is sandwiched directly between both Springfield and Branson (about 20 mins from each), meaning you will never run out of things to do or see. It is also about 30 mins from Table Rock Lake, which is stunning. Judi and Mark are both incredibly welcoming and sweet, and we highly recommend this Airbnb. Additionally, while it does not have a desk (at the time of this review), the kitchen table is more than adequate as a desk (my boyfriend used it as one over the course of our 5-month stay). Overall, this is a fantastic deal and the Airbnb comes with a beautiful view, loads of fun things to do and incredibly sweet hosts!

We had a wonderful time at Annie’s. Although you feel like you are in the country, it is very convenient to Kansas City. The space was super clean and we had everything we needed. Annie is very friendly and proactive with communication. We hope to return the next time we are in the area!!

Wendy was an excellent host. The lodging was cute and cozy and had all the essentials. She was responsive and helpful whenever I messaged her, but provided us with the utmost privacy while we were there. She checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. This lodging had all the essentials and was located in a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this airbnb as it was not only affordable but in an excellent location and proximity to the vineyards and any other fun attractions you might want to do. Thanks Wendy!

I had never used air bnb before but my husband, daughter and myself absolutely loved this place. The host was absolutely amazing, sweet, helpful and instantly made us feel right at home. She got our daughter so excited about staying the night in an unfamiliar place by taking her around the property and let her do various things and it made for such a sweet memory. We did not come up to Missouri for pleasure but for a funeral and this place made the hard time feel a little bit lighter. For the 3 nights we were here for we always looked forward to coming back and relaxing because it took us away from everything stressful and just felt relaxing. I hope to one day stay here again because I cannot say enough good about it.💗

Location is close to Mizzou arenas and great shopping, restaurants, and groceries. Comfortable beds and great water pressure! I will stay there anytime I come to Columbia if I can!

We loved staying at The Overlook. It was very cozy and we felt right at home. It is in walking distance of many restaurants and little boutiques. An added bonus is their cute coffee shop just below you.

Susan was a great host! We stayed with her over the weekend for our anniversary. We didn't go to KC with any big plans in mind...mainly just a place where we could relax. Susan's place was perfect for that; TV, cozy fireplace, pool table and a covered porch overlooking beautiful backyard. The neighborhood itself was even very quiet. She was delightful herself, as well. Very kind and very helpful...she made sure we had everything we needed, even down to the coffee creamer lol. She recommended good restaurants for our anniversary dinner. And when we reached out to her after stupidly locking ourselves out while she was gone, she got back to us immediately to help us get back inside. The biggest downside was that we couldn't stay longer

Such a darling little space! I would stay here over and over again. They thought of every little thing that you may need and made the space extremely welcoming and comforting. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get around!

Host was very accommodating, especially because I booked last minute. Very responsive to all my messages. They had a book full of recommendations. Lots of space and privacy. Would recommend.
