Holiday rentals with a pool in Missouri River

Had an amazing time with my friends and she was so kind and helpful with letting us stay overall 10/10 would definitely recommend for others

We came for a graduation for our daughter. She and her husband and four kids stayed with us. Deborah went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! There were graduation decorations and even bubbles for the kids to help Mom celebrate! She left little surprises all over the house for our grandkids and they were so entertained by such a well stocked home! The pool was way nicer than expected and we had so much fun in it!! You can tell Deborah takes pride in this home and in providing a memorable experience! This was actually a last minute booking because our original place was canceled and I feel it was meant to be. This was a better weekend because of where we stayed!

great property and super nice host , was nice and clean and had everything you could need ! unfortunately it had to rain on our mini vacation but that didn’t stop us from the hot tub and enjoying our time will definitely stay again the the future and add more days because we weren’t ready to leave! 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Matt’s property. It’s a little further from the fairgrounds than we usually stay, but totally worth the 15 minute drive. The pool was terrific after long, hot days. Kids enjoyed playing pool and foosball. Beds were comfy, everything was very clean and welcoming. He was very responsive to my questions prior to and throughout our stay. Will definitely stay again!

We absolutely love the home, our kids played in the pool every single day. Everybody said it felt just like home. We will definitely be back.

Loved this home! Pictures don’t do it justice. It is SO homey. The master bedroom bed is super comfortable. The kitchen is basically stocked 100%. The porch, deck, and patio have tons of furniture so you can stay cozy outside! Pool wasn’t opened yet, but it is huge with a diving board! Great communication from owners. You can tell they genuinely care about this home.

We had so much fun at your beautiful home!! I’m sure it would have been even more fun if it was the right time of year for swimming but maybe we will be back!! The house is spacious, clean, and includes all the extras! There’s plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. We loved the pool table, playing ping pong, being able to listen to music, play games, and have two TVs when we couldn’t agree on which football game to watch! :) The kitchen was well stocked and everything labeled. I forgot garlic and was relieved to see that some of the staples were provided! Thanks for making our family Christmas memorable!! The Christmas tree even made it feel more festive. Brandy is super responsive and everything went smoothly!! Thanks for accommodating our request!! Highly recommend!!!

I really enjoyed our time in Lenexa! This house was in the perfect location and was clean and spacious!! My dogs enjoyed the backyard, and the pool was amazing for the hot days! Thank you again for sharing this amazing property!

Overall a very comfortable stay. Felt right at home and beds were so comfortable. Location was great, just right off I-70 and about a 10 minute drive or 20 minute bus ride from Vail town. We enjoyed the Gore Creek trail that is just right outside the apartment that goes all the way to Vail town, then took a free bus back to East Vail where the apartment is located (the bus stop is right across the apartment). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Vail.

We had a great stay at the Cozy Home. The balcony was very comfy and the view of the lake/mountains was amazing! I enjoyed having my morning coffee out there. The outdoor heater was a nice touch for the chilly nights/evenings. It was also nice having the portable air conditioners, because I feel like it would have been hot without them. All in all, the condo had everything we needed and more! It was a great base location for everything we wanted to do in the area. Several restaurants and stores were just a short drive away. We look forward to returning in the future!

We had a gorgeous 3 nights in Billy & Desiree’s cabin. They have thought of everything you could need and the cabin is warm and cosy. The bottle of wine was delicious, bed super comfy, plentiful supplies of tea and coffee and the location of the cabin was so peaceful, on the edge of the river. There is a great Rec Center with pool, hot tubs and gym which was great at the end of a long day of activity. We couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable & restful place, assisted by super responsive and helpful hosts & we definitely recommend this beautiful place. Thank you so much Desiree & Billy.

Absolutely beautiful place with a kitchen stocked with food and utensils like you would have at home. Stunning view and the sauna was a unique touch!

This was a beautiful place to stay with spectacular views! The kitchen/dining was the perfect size for our weekend getaway and was equipped with everything we needed to make our own meals. Just remember to bring your own groceries and plan ahead because there aren’t a lot of local options as far as shopping once you arrive. The environment is quiet and serene with a little walking path down to the lake just steps from the back door. The unit is decorated with a rustic nautical theme which is fitting to the view of the lake. This was a perfect place to unplug from the busyness of life and that’s just what we did! We are looking forward to staying again soon!

Jerome is an exceptional host—very friendly and communicative. The place was just as described and very reasonably priced. I was there for a wedding, and it was the perfect place to stay. It was in a beautiful setting, easy to access, and very comfortable—it exceeded my expectations!

Great mountain getaway with comfy beds. Close to town and several mountains. Would stay again!
