This was my first trip to Toronto, and I’m so glad I chose to stay with Charles & Em. The apartment was clean, tidy, and looked exactly like the pictures—maybe even better in real life. Everything was smooth, simple, and just fantastic from start to finish. I felt at home right away and had the perfect balance between work and rest throughout the week. We were a couple looking for a modern, comfortable, and convenient to shopping and services place to stay while our house closed. John's fit the bill perfectly! We were very happy with how well the apartment was supplied. We couldn't think of anything that was missing. All the furnishings were so comfortable and we enjoyed the view. We highly recommend John.

Perfectly located and so easy to get around! The place is just as described and very clean and comfortable. So many little items also included to make it even more like home.

This was the most incredible Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Super flexible check in and check out, so thoughtful with lots of snacks laid out and nespresso machine, soda stream, Amazon Alexa, Netflix etc access, washer dryer, beautiful balcony…the list goes on and on! All of these thoughtful touches made the place truly feel like home even if just for a couple of days. Could not recommend this place more!

Me & my friends got canceled on by another bnb host . I was nervous no one would respond in time or we would get scammed again being that it was the day before our trip. I messaged this host & got a response right away . The place looks exactly like the picture and the location is perfect from everywhere we needed . Check in and check out went very smoothly. I’m extremely happy with my stay!

Ana was a great host, from original booking to departure, communication was outstanding. Apartment is well equipped, comfortable and a great location. Was the perfect base for business trip. Ana was accommodating for a later check out which made a big difference to my trip. Will definitely be staying again and totally recommend this property.

Stayed here for a girls weekend, and it was perfect. Close to Square One Mall for last minute shopping, and in a building that truly prioritizes safety and cleanliness. The front desk workers were friendly and helpful, and Mohamed was always just one text away for any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!

Great home base when exploring Toronto. This was our first visit to Toronto and Alma’s place was convenient to all neighborhoods we visited- by walk or by car. Clean sleek apartment. Yorkville is great neighborhood with restaurants- great pizza place right around corner called Pala 148 - highly recommended. In short, great place and great location.

Highly recommend and would love to return. The listing was as described and felt very warm and homely as soon as we arrived. Very easy to find and the neighbourhood was lovely. We were able to Uber very easily and walk to the local shops. For a family or a group of friends I would highly recommend the property.

Brendan as a host was very courteous and always attended to all of our needs. If we ever had a question, he was very responsive and open to helping us out! The space was clean and very well put together- it fit exactly as it was shown in the pictures. Would definitely love to stay again if I am in the area!

It's a very luxury house in a good location. The kitchen is well equipped with a connected patio is a great plus. We all had a great time.
