Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

Loved the stay here, as soon as arrival Jamie was there for us! Definitely felt like at home, everything was just right! Close to universal for those who plan to stay close by. Would definitely come back in the future. Recommend it for anyone in general!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Our family of seven enjoyed this home so much. We had plenty of space, everything was clean. The property is gorgeous. We spent a lot of time playing tennis and pickleball. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There are so many different plants and flowers. It felt very secluded and private, there is also a private driveway with a gate. After busy days out and about with the kids, it was so nice to come back and relax, cook, and hang out outside. The hosts were very responsive, always getting back to us quickly when we had a question. We would absolutely love to stay in this home again, our kids are already asking us about it.

This home is absolutely beautiful and located in a quiet, private area—perfect for a peaceful getaway. My family and I truly enjoyed the spacious layout, swimming in the pool, and preparing meals together. Everything was clean, well-organized, and made for a wonderful stay.

This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.

Stay Period: May 27th – June 1st, 2025 This home is exactly as advertised—it was a perfect fit for my family, and we had a great time enjoying the pool, the spacious layout, and the convenient location. We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation in Hollywood, and this home was an ideal place to host everyone under one roof. I had a group of teenagers who loved the pool and game room, and my 2-year-old nephew had a blast in the play area with swings and slides. The host, Jaid, was incredibly responsive—every message was answered in under 10 minutes. Great communication all around! The highlight of our experience was the property manager, Jesus. He was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. This place truly gives you your money’s worth—and more. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for hosting us in your beautiful home.

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

Lovely, peaceful, and cozy! It was the perfect place to unwind after being around hectic LA all day. Graham was also super helpful with anything we might need and checked up on us via chat a few times. I felt well cared for!! He also helped us unlock the door when I had difficulty with the lock. Lovely home and wonderful host!!

This Airbnb was beautiful, the area wasn’t far from the majority of the things we were looking for and I would definitely book again!

This little place was comfy and cozy for my sister and I while we were visiting my dad in the local hospital ICU. Clean, private, and had a little kitchen so we didn’t have to eat every meal out.

This was our second time staying in Tony’s place. It’s nice and quiet and close to the places we frequent. We like it very much.

Andrew's guest house is a great accommodation for one or two people in the Sherman Oaks area. All of the listed amenities and the appliances are contemporary and work perfectly. As he has upgraded the couch from the one pictured , the interior is even nicer than the picture. The neighborhood is also very nice. I definitely will book this guest house again for my next visit to the area.

Perfect place for the two of us and the dog. The Peloton tread was a huge plus.

Charlie's place was exactly as it appears in the photos and was very clean upon arrival. We had an issue with the internet cutting out at one point and he got right on fixing the issue. He was very responsive and gave us our privacy during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Had the best stay at Daniels and was out favourite. Absolutely loved the place and the views from the jacuzzi 😍. We would definitely be back and recommend to anyone.

The home was in a great, quiet location, just across from a beautiful school. It was beautifully remodeled, with everything finished to a high standard. Communication was friendly and responsive throughout. We’re looking forward to staying again!

The house was clean and the pictures matched the condition. The best part was how thoughtful and kind the host Fred was. I messaged him asking if they had dishwasher detergent and a wine opener. A wine opener is not something a host absolutely needs to provide; however, Fred had housekeeping drop it off in the evening with the dishwasher detergent. We had already bought one by then which was cheap and I was totally OK with it, but he still offered to reimburse us. He was responsive and answered questions promptly. We requested early check-in and he mentioned that he could not promise it, but would do his best to accommodate, based on housekeeping schedule and he did. The kitchen was very well stocked with clean plates, plenty of glasses/bowls/mugs/and wine glasses. Everything was great. Just one note – parking is street parking and it’s a busy street; however, it seemed like a safe area. Overall great value for a large family. We would totally stay here again.

This home was wonderful. It looked just like the pictures. Karen was so amazing. She even provided a booster seat for our kiddo because we didn’t have one. We will absolutely stay here again next time we visit LA!
