Holiday rentals with a patio in Mirties

This is an excellent Airbnb and I’d highly recommend it. Nikitas is a fantastic host and went absolutely above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is even better than it looks in the photos, it’s bigger and everything is super modern and well designed. It’s also in probably the best spot on the island, with the incredible view of Telemnos, and some of the best restaurants and bars on the island right next door (including Micki’s cocktail bar, which Nikitas runs with his uncle; and Aegean Tavern, Panos restaurant, and the goat of all gyros places- On The Road). A couple of extra creature comforts not mentioned in the listing: 1. Nikitas has a filtered water tap installed, so no need to buy bottled water 2. Nikitas has a special system on site so you are able to put toilet paper in the toilet (something you’ll almost never find in the Greek islands) 3. The terrace has a remote controlled fully retractable roof, so handy for shade. Overall, excellent!

We were lucky to be the very first guests at this apartment, and it was an absolute gem! Clean, well maintained, with some brand-new facilities. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to cook at home, and the spacious terrace with a stunning sea view is definitely the highlight. The location is quiet but well connected, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and scooter rentals . We were on a climbing trip — some crags are within walking distance, others are easily reached by scooter. Denis and Beatrice, who run the apartment, were wonderful hosts. Denis kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry, and they greeted us with a welcome basket of fruit and snacks. They live downstairs, are super friendly, easy to contact, and always ready to help. There are a few sweet cats outside the apartment that love to hang out — made our stay even more enjoyable! We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kalymnos!

Ioannis' place is situated right on the beach, we were in the downstairs apartment, fantastic outside space and the inside doesn't disappoint either, lovely airy space, great lounge, dining and kitchen space with two good bedrooms and a bathroom Great communication from Ioannis, we met his parents who showed us the property, explained everything about the place and made themselves available for any issues We really appreciated the welcome gifts and thoughtful touches Could not more highly recommend Ioannis' place and Emporios in general - it's just magical!

We stayed in this magical place for 2 weeks. The neighborhood is amazing close to the beach with excellent local restarations in the area. The apartment is amazing, with five decor and paintings depicting the surrounding places. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful view from the deck and bedroom. In addition, Emmanouela regularly cleaned our apartment and we always received some local specialties from them (fresh fruit, cake :) Staying in this place is an amazing vacation where we could relax after climbing in the surrounding rocks. Wonderful 3 night stay. Amazing views from the apartment of the bay with fort and windmills. Very well equipped and nice out door space which we hope to use when we go back.

Everything was impeccable!the house was just like the photos with a lovely terrace!!! Comfortable beds! all spotlessly clean! also had in the kitchen cabinets and in the fridge everything one needs for breakfast and not only....every kind of coffee and electrical appliances, washing machine, cleaners, shampoo, shower gel and many more! we had the communication we wanted and the service from the owners!!!! thank you!!!!

A beautiful home with beautiful surroundings. It’s close enough to the beach and restaurants but still quiet and peaceful. It is a bit of a hill to get up but my husband and I had no problem and it made for a great view of the area. The host’s were very kind and went above and beyond wherever they could. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay. Kalotina was lovely and very helpful despite the language barrier. The house was very clean and had lots of amenities for cooking and making coffee. Arginonta seems like the best location for climbing, especially if you don't like the business of Massouri.

The apartment is close to the port and easy to find, since the host provided us with GPS coordinates. It's clean and it has all the amenities you need. The kitchen could need some more cooking ware but we didn't cook much, so it was ok. We couldn't find the washing machine though but we didn't need it. We asked for some more shower gel and got it very quickly. The Wifi worked well. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the place has a beautiful view of the gulf. I would recommend the apartment and would stay here again when returning to Leros.

Stayed for four weeks for a rock climbing trip with my wife and two girls. The place is well built and brand new. Super quiet, and the beds are great, we slept really well. It's close to a good grocery and only a little drive away from the best climbing in Massouri. My wife could do a few hours of remote work a day on the desk with monitor provided and the wifi was good enough for meetings. We will try to stay there again on our next trip to Kalymnos.

From the moment we arrived Nomiki was helpful, kind, and friendly. She assisted us with check-in and showed us around the beautiful home. It has 3 floors, plenty of space, and lovely outdoor patio areas with beautiful views. She was always available and responsive to any questions that we had. She had great recommendations. The home is about 5 minutes walk to the downtown area. It is very close to shopping and restaurants. The WiFi was very good. The rooms and the bathrooms and linens were very clean. We enjoyed our stay very much and when we come back to Kalymnos we will stay here again.

My wife and I had a lovely few days in Maria's traditional and uniquely styled house in Telendos. Maria met us at the property, which has been in her family for generations, and was so welcoming and friendly. She is such a lovely kind person. The property was as described and as shown in the pictures. It is literally only a few yards from the waterfront. Restaurants / bars are within 1 minute's walking distance and a small, but surprisingly well stocked mini market, is also very close by.. Everything in the property worked well. There's a well-stocked kitchen, with too many items to list. The property has a good shower in the outside bathroom (wet room style) and even an outside shower to help cool down. Telendos is a very quiet & relaxing place and whilst there's some newer local property, or other homes that have been refurbished, the opportunity to stay in Maria's lovely home is one we are grateful for. We would stay there again in a heartbeat - and hopefully will!

We had a great stay here! The place is really nice, with big, comfortable rooms that worked well for our group. Everything was clean and cozy, and the space felt very welcoming. The TV and internet were perfect, which made it easy for us to relax and for those of us who needed to work remotely. The location was also super convenient, close to everything we needed, so it was easy to get around. The host was amazing! Communication was quick and simple, and they were always helpful if we had any questions. We would definitely recommend staying here!

We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was very easy, and Stamatis was a wonderful host, always available, very friendly, and checked in to make sure everything was going well. I enjoyed it very much. I would love to stay again. There is a clean and beautiful dental environment. It's very close to the sea. There was a friendly and helpful team. The mulberry tree was definitely a beautiful surprise. If you go at the end of May/June, you can eat plenty :) Maybe a few things can be improved. 1) The rooms could have been a little more enjoyable. It's very clean, everything works properly, but it could be a little warmer with a little touch. It felt like a newly moved house, as if it wasn't fully completed yet. 2) Breakfast was prepared with quality ingredients, but the portion was a little small for me. I think it's enough income for most people, though.

The accommodation was exactly as described and as in the photos - everything was clean, tidy and well equipped. The location is really great: it's less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are bakeries and small supermarkets nearby. Particularly practical for families: there is a kind of playground directly opposite the accommodation, so the children could play right outside the door and within sight. Host Michael was super polite, very accommodating and always helpful. You feel like you are in good hands. I can really recommend this great accommodation to everyone!

After reading the fantastic reviews we had high expectations and it was even better! We had a fantastic time from check-in to checkout. Vasilis and Manolis received us personally, warmly with a tour of the beautiful stay, a fridge with treats provided by Nia. There was even a welcome gift, so thoughtful! The stay neat, cozy and everything was provided for a pleasant stay. We slept wonderfully there! Quiet, air conditioning and the mattress was great! The cozy terrace was perfect for eating meals. With mood lighting in the evening. But what really made this place very special was the warmth and kindness of the family. They even had a surprise for my husband's birthday. They were always available but also gave us space. The perfect place for those looking for peace, Greek hospitality a warm home feeling, good location among the locals. Vasilis, Manolis and Nia are in our heart. See you soon and sincerely, thank you for everything🙏🏻 🫶.

Michalis was a real super host, he was flexie in terms of check in and also he proactively offerd me late check out. His flat is very nice and clean, he left me water, beer in the refrigerator and som sweet and salty snacks. Communication was very easy, his response time was fast. I will definey recommend Michalis apartment!

I want to thank the host and co-host for the beautiful stay... the place is in a very peaceful area next to the kos town, i’d say it’s walkable to kos town and it’s the center of the city with its beautiful lambi beach but definitely better if you are renting a car... There’s a supermarket like 5-6 mins walking for your daily needs and a beautiful turkish restaurant like 10 mins walking in the platani square. What i found really nice is the communication with the host and co-host. They were always there for recommendations and advices. The house was really clean with extra towels bed sheets and everything you look for in a vacation house. We definitely recommend Angela’s House for anyone who would a nice, quiet and peaceful stay near kos town with its beautiful surroundings full of trees and farm-like vibes.

Irene’s Apartment is very cozy and comfortable. The view is amazing!! We had a very relaxed time there. Her parents are super friendly and at the same time reserved. Irene helped us to find a car and the communication with her is pleasant
