Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Miraflores

We enjoyed our stay at Maria De Los Angeles' house. The accommodation was comfortable and very well located, a few minutes from the main area of Miraflores. The host was very responsive and promptly responded to all my questions. I definitely recommend it!

Very nice apartment in a safe area. The surroundings were great, a lot of parks on the seaside, shops and restaurants, 5 minutes away. The only little issue was that it took a while for the hot water to come, but it seems to be a Peru thing, so no concerns about it.

Excellent location, in addition the building both outside and inside with very nice finishes, very modern. Concierge service was excellent - very attentive. On the corner there is a kiosk with everything you need, in addition to being half a block from Larco Mar. I would recommend it to anyone don't look no more! You will love this apartment/condo.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Juan Carlos’ flat. We were there for a wedding week and enjoyed having a large, clean and chill space where we could get ready and spread out and sleep in ;-) There is one big king bed in the primary and a full bed in the second bedroom, and it was perfect for the 3 of us - a couple and a friend. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower, both clean and modern with lots of hot water. Depending on the season, nights get hot and muggy, and we appreciated the freestanding fan in addition to the AC. The street can get busy during commute time (Lima is famous for its traffic, haha) but the unit is quiet inside as it faces the rear, and there is a friendly 24 hour doorman who will buzz you in immediately when you come home, no matter what the hour. It is a very safe and charming urban seaside neighborhood, with the old town square and a street lined with incredible cafes only a 5 minute walk away. Thanks Juan Carlos!

I highly recommend this place! It’s close to every convenience, clean, and it is even better and more spacious than it looks on the pictures. About Arturo, I couldn’t ask for a better host in Lima honestly. He was perfect, easy to communicate with and available, give clear instructions and good recommendations. I had a good stay there!

Great location and great place

Had a wonderful time. This is the second time my family has stayed in the house and it felt just as good as the first time. The house had everything we needed and was just as described in the listing. Sofia was a wonderful host and quickly responded our questions. Highly recommend it.

incredibly responsive host, went over and above to make sure we were well cared for. I'm very thankful to have such a spacious and private area for the two families that stayed in the property. there were total and we never felt cramped. the back patio is a particularly nice space, and balcony for the king bed suite was super cool!

Excellent place, close to everything but at the same time quite quiet

A perfect oasis in Lima! This was the ideal place for me and my girlfriend—we value privacy, and the apartment is completely soundproof. The neighborhood is welcoming and friendly, and stepping outside to the stunning view of the historic Huaca Pucllana makes you feel like you’re living in a hidden oasis. As a chef who visits Lima frequently and has stayed at Monica’s other flawless properties, I can say this is now my favorite. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything I need, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to Wong, the best international grocery store in the city. The bed is super comfortable, the laundry room is a great bonus, and the living room—with its beautiful design, outdoor patio, and grill area as the centerpiece—is truly a work of art. Honestly, the space is so cozy and well-designed, you won’t want to leave. Take Monica’s advice on walking distance restaurants. Only the best. Great taste in all departments. Don’t cheap out in Lima. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

Excellent, very cozy house for large groups, beautiful courtyard with beautiful trees and flowers, and a turtle that was a sensation for my children. 100% recommended. Everything immaculate.

Location was great, close to the center of Miraflores and the beach. The bed was really comfortable, the space feels private even though you're sharing. Has a lot more character than a hotel.

Our stay was perfect. Francisco was very helpful the whole time, super nice and answers your messages/questions very quickly. The place is as shown in the photos: spacious, super comfortable and well located, close to several tourist sites. Highly recommended!

I'm glad that this place is available for visitors to experience the area. Its great. You might not find as much cookware as other places but it has what you could use for a quick breakfast meal. It's is a good area to check out the restaurants which is what you have to try out mainly. Good stay and friendly people

My stay was excellent! Zaamira was extremely kind and helpful from the first contact, always ready to help with any questions or needs. The space is great, well maintained, comfortable and exactly as in the photos. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Anything less than 5 stars in an insult, Luis and his team went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed. The check in was simple and quick, apartment is super clean, place is near everything and Internet is fast.

It was a cute place right in the middle of Baranco and Miraflores. The neighborhoods have a lot to offer! However Karina is what made the trip more memorable. She was always responsive and very nice. We felt safe in the apartment and there was a helpful front desk. Would recommend to anybody for a stay in Lima.
