Located in the middle of the polder with unobstructed views, yet Middelburg and the beach are always close by. The house has been completely renovated and equipped with modern luxury, while the authentic elements have been preserved. The house is directly adjacent to the large garden.

Welcome to Studio Over Water. This beautiful room is in a quiet place 900 meters from the center of Middelburg, just outside the canals. The room is on the ground floor. Also easily accessible for people with walking difficulties. You have access to a room with a sitting area, luxury double bed, kitchenette and a private bathroom with toilet. You overlook the garden, which you can also use. Parking is free. Bicycles or scooters can be stored indoors.

The house is within walking distance of the historic city center. You'll love my place. It is a cozy, attractive house, with a small, sheltered garden on the west. You will feel right at home. My place is suitable for couples. The Anton Pieck-like street is a pedestrian area. Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity. Follow the navigation instructions. Middelburg is a monument city, Walcheren is also called "the Garden of Zeeland".
