This place was incredible. Having a FamilyMart 50m away from the house was so fun. Also the area is very walkable.

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

Chika was great, puts great effort into the air bnb and really wants you to enjoy your time here. I would definitely recommend this air bnb to others and would come back here any time!

We used it as a photography studio this time. They were also very polite in their advance scouting and communication, so I was able to use it with peace of mind. Also, the actual location was as attractive as the photos, and the pool and indoor facilities were very nice. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity to shoot in the future. Momoe-san was very communicative from the get go and was so lovely. She made us feel right at home and was available to answer any questions we had. Gotanda was a lovely area and the open play area was lovely to sit in with our son. Thank you for the hospitality! It was so comfortable to have a quiet place to come back to and it had all the amenities we needed. We didn't cook or use the kitchen but it was well stocked with lots of appliances!

Maiko's room was used for one night with a friend's family for lessons, as the children's recital was along the Keio Line and would take until late at night.😊 It was my first time staying in Sasazuka, but I thought it was a very convenient town with many restaurants, clothing stores, and miscellaneous goods stores in front of the station. There are both trendy and old-fashioned shops, and I got the impression that it is a great place to live. The neighborhood near the house is quiet and calm, and I was able to stay as if I lived in this town. Children tend to get excited when they are in an environment that is different from their usual surroundings, but the house was simple and very beautiful, so I was glad that we were able to relax before the recital! I had to bring a toothbrush and cosmetics, but I was able to stay with minimal luggage because I had everything I needed, such as shampoo and towels. It was also helpful that there was a convenience store and supermarket near the house.✨ Thanks😊

We loved our stay here! The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is next to a temple and has a calm, peaceful feel to it. It’s located close to many train stations/lines and was very convenient. There are many restaurants and convenience stores in the neighbourhood. There was some noise from a train line nearby, but it didn’t really bother us much. We’d definitely want to stay here again.

Love Y’s house it’s very clean and spacious and it’s very close to restaurant and convenience stores. Only thing is there’s a train track right behind the house but it doesn’t bother our family. Overall we love it

This is our home away from home in Tokyo. Each time we stay here, we’re welcomed with such warmth and generosity—delicious treats, thoughtful drinks, and even lovely gifts. This is our second visit, and we were touched to find that the host not only remembered our preferences but had also kindly kept some of our belongings from last time. Although we’ve never met in person, they already feel like family to us. We highly recommend this place and will always look forward to returning

Apartment was clean and spacious. Felt comfortable living there and did simple cooking as well. Host was always responsive to questions and check in/out was smooth without any issue. Location is slightly far from the ikebukuro station but still walkable and there was lots of shops on the way so it is not too boring to walk.

Excellent place and location! Very attentive and responsive host! Located at the end of Cat Street, is private, roomy and, very convenient with plenty to do in walking distance. The space is great, wish the weather would've allowed us to enjoy the outside space more but its a huge plus. A+ stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Yoko's place. Close to both subway and train stations. Very safe neighborhood even as we walked home at 11pm thru the back alley. We had little issue with locating the address but it is due to us not being familiar with Japan. Yoko responded right away when I messaged her and it was a smooth sailing after that. We would definitely rent her place in the future.

Perfect communication with owner, clear information, cozy accommodation for group of friends/family. Location is close to the subway, and not so far from Shinkansen Station. Big recommendation!

Highly recommended for family/group of 5, very clean and spacious. Location is very convenient, close to 2 train stations and Ginza Jujo Mall with lot of restaurants and stores. You will somehow experience the Japanese everyday life and observe Japanese culture staying in this community. Kazu is very accommodating and a friendly host.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb near Shinjuku with our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and located in a peaceful neighborhood, ensuring restful nights after our daily adventures. The proximity to the train station made our travels around Tokyo incredibly convenient, and having a 7-Eleven just over the road was a lifesaver for quick snacks and essentials. Our host was incredibly attentive and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local tips that enhanced our stay. Their hospitality made us feel right at home.  We highly recommend this place to families seeking a comfortable and quiet retreat in the heart of Tokyo.

Masaki's house was super furnished, the kitchen had a small grill, and as a welcome she even put beer and ginger ale in the fridge for us. We were very happy about that after the long journey! The house was huge with beanbags and sofa, a nice dining table with good light, we felt very comfortable. Right by the house was a footpath to the park, without cars. The park has a lake and you can walk along the river. It was only 15 minutes to the pedestrian zone, with many restaurants and shops. We would book it again immediately. Til next time!

Miho is a spectacular host! The home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family of 9. It was a perfect walking distance from Shibuya while also nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Miho was also very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. It was so simple! Miho also was very accommodating with proving a spot to store our luggage after check out for a few hours. They went above and beyond our expectations! If you are looking for wonderful place to stay near Shibuya look no further!! 🤩

Honestly, it’s a perfect deal. House is exactly like in photos. Bright, clean, fully stacked with everything you need. Loved the first floor window to be opened and have late evening munchies while watching people pass by. And on top of it all- quiet, beautiful neighborhood to explore. Close to either Shimokitazawa or Shibuya. We’ll def book it again when we’re back.
