Bel appartement, assez bien situé et bien arrangé ! Le baignoire extérieur est un plus appréciable ! Le logement est très bien agencé mais il est un peu plus petit que sur les photos. Nous recommandons !!

Previously booked this airbnb after a friend booked a similar airbnb next door to the current one last year when i came to Osaka. Really convenient and good pricing for an airbnb as its a few minutes walk from Shin-Osaka Station. Overall a good experience too since they have amenities which are able to accommodate the trip for me and my friends and a host which is responsive and friendly to our needs

A great place a bit out the way, I would definitely stay again .I would recommend to rent a car or a bicycle to get back at night. the local Transit shuts down 8ish. but a very nice place. just look for all the boats.

The place was wonderful, and description was perfect. It was walking distance to food, massage, and close to train station. I highly recommend if you are visiting Kyoto.

It is a gorgeous place located really close to Inari shrine and plenty of Izakayas. We had a lot of fun staying here as a group of friends.

A beautiful, authentic Japanese home. This was such a cool experience to stay in a house like this while in Japan. Beautiful garden, and a very large shower room, it felt like a spa! The host let us drop our luggage off before check in which was super helpful. Only minor inconvenience is that the main bedroom did not fully cool down, so it stayed warm in there. Overall, completely recommend and if we come back to Kyoto we will stay again!

This home was perfect for our family (parents + 2 college-age daughters). We appreciated the historical and beautiful home. The sleeping arrangements were particularly good - very comfortable mattresses, pillows, and linens. There were good safety features too, like flashlights around and well-lit stairs. We appreciated being a bit away from the crowds near the center of town but still near subways and buses. We stayed for a week and so explored the quiet neighborhood pretty thoroughly, and particularly enjoyed seeing a small school bus full of very sleepy preschoolers in their small straw hats a couple of times! We will definitely try to stay again on our next trip.

This lovely home was a delight to stay in. Lovely authentic touches, a great bathtub, good kitchen and serene and comfortable bedrooms. The neighborhood is great for biking, there is a nearby shopping street and plenty of conveniences. Emily and team were responsive, helpful and friendly. Were I to come back to Kyoto, I would absolutely stay again!

Jeg hadde et kjempe fint opphold her og vil absolutt anbefale stedet videre! Beliggenheten var nydelig - et rolig og koselig område, men samtidig nær både kollektivtransport og restauranter, noe som gjorde det enkelt å komme seg rundt. Selve stedet var hyggelig, med en hjemmekoselig atmosfære som gjorde at jeg følte meg komfortabel med en gang. Verten var både vennlig og hjelpsom gjennom hele oppholdet. Alt i alt en god opplevelse, og hadde valgt stedet igjen ved en mulig neste gang. Tusen takk for et fint opphold🩷✨

这是我住过最满意的二人民宿，所有一切都非常完美，住的时候处处都可以感受到业主的贴心跟用心，整个房子的设计感很强，牺牲了一些空间换取了更好的环境布置，我住了几天都不舍得走了，感觉都想买下这么用心设计的房子了。唯一一点小遗憾，美中不足的就是少了一个浴缸，不然就真的是一个五星级的家。一切都非常好

An excellent stay for our group with no problems.

Loved my stay at this listing in Kyoto. It was very comfortable and I especially liked the bath. If you are not used to sleeping on the floor on futons, like I was, you’ll be happy to know that you quickly get used to it and they were quite comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet with a very easy access to the local subway station, which can connect you directly to the Kyoto station so it’s very convenient. The host was very kind over messaging and I would recommend this place to anyone and will most likely book it again when I return to Kyoto in the future.

부모님을 모시고 조카와 총 7명의 가족이 숙박을 했습니다. 일본 전통 느낌의 인테리어가 마치 숙소도 여행지같은 느낌이라 너무 좋았습니다. 부모님도 쾌적하다고 좋아하셨고 특히 노천탕을 이용하며 피로가 풀린다고 말씀하셨습니다. 근처에 큰 신사가 있어서 도보로 관광이 가능했고, 관광지 근처 맛집을 걸어서 이용할 수 있어서 여행 동선에 효율적인 위치라 생각됐습니다. 또 근처에 마트와 드럭스토어가 있어서 연달아 쇼핑을 하고 일본 현지 분들이 먹는 음식을 사다 먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 개인적으로는 접시나 식기류가 너무 예뻐서 가족들과 아침 식사를 할때 마다 상차림이 너무 예뻐 보여 좋았습니다. 가족들과 좋은 숙소에서 추억을 쌓고 갈 수 있어서 감사드립니다..

I was traveling with my husband and my two daughters. This location was incredibly clean and very convenient to the Nijo train station. The bedrooms are upstairs and we found the beds comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. We loved the outdoor shower and tub. The washing machine is modern and does both washing and drying so it was easy to start a load and walk away or go to bed and return to clean, dry clothing. There isn’t really a place to unpack properly and there is no space in the bedrooms for anything except sleeping but we lined our suitcases against the wall and it worked well for us. I would definitely stay again if we return to Kyoto. Thanks for hosting us!

Mamoru’s wonderful traditional Japanese l home Nachiya was the highlight of our trip. We loved the traditional Japanese aesthetics and had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee, drinks & snacks, and local recommendations. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
