Got to spend a few months here. It’s located in a great part in JVC. Very cozy and clean apartment. Really enjoyed spending time here. The host was very responsive and flexible. They also provided monthly cleanings. Will definitely stay here again when I’m back in Dubai.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures — modern, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The cleanliness was outstanding, everything was spotless. The host was incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, everything was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

I had a pleasant stay. Convenient location, 7 min walk from the metro. Beach area is 30 min walk or you may take a taxi. The studio is compact by Dubai standards, but it's ok for a solo traveler or a couple. All amenities are there. The building not brand new but well maintained. On the top floor there is a spacious gym and a pool for residents, only bring your own water and towels. The host was responsive. Will come again.

very nice reasonable place in dubai that was about 15 mins walk from metro. the company managing it where very nice to deal with and let me check out a few hours later at no extra cost

Amazing airbnb at a great location. It is very centrally located in Dubai and it has some great facilities on walking distance. The location also offers four high quality restaurants just around the corner on walking distance. The swimming pools are nice and quiet and the kids pool was great for our kid. What was very important for us, was that there will be no noise of either construction, neighbours or mosque's call to prayer. This place was perfect to avoid these noises and it was absolutely quiet. The only downside was that check-in and location information was only shared on the arrival day, which is difficult when you plan everything ahead and when phone coverage is not great when traveling. Still everything was great and it was a 5-star experience and a place to come back to!

Really nice spacious and spotless apt with toiletries and tea making facilities. Mistakingly I had booked a wrong date which was difficult to change but with Airbnbs help the host offered a solution, which I didn't take in the end as I had to pay extra. I was allowed to check in an hour early but found the check out at 10 am very early. Would definitely be a return customer.

Excellent stay in the apartment. Bannia was there for everything I needed and responded very quickly. The apartment has everything necessary for a normal stay. If you are from Europe and need a phone charger with G plug, that is also solved and the apartment has it. Clean and tidy apartment. All recommendations.

In one word: “A true home away from home” I stayed at Leileen’s apartment for 2 weeks on a business trip, and all was perfect. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the apartment very cozy and spotless, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen fully equipped. Leileen is an outstanding host, always quick to respond! I highly recommend and I will definitely come back during my next trip!

I stayed at Sandeep's apartment for a week with my family. The check in was smooth and Sara helped us with all our queries. Apartment has all the required amenities and well maintained. Lot of restaurants nearby. The views from balcony is amazing as well.
