Very homey and welcoming. Family enjoyed celebrating time together in all spaces of the house, especially the back patio where our young child made believe on the well-designed pirate ship. Friendly, kind host. We walked to adorable Rockridge and BART many times. Highly recommended.

This spacious home was absolutely beautiful for our stay! We especially appreciated the amenities that the home provided. Specifically, the pool and vast dining spaces were a perfect match for our large family. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, central to the attractions we wanted to see including downtown San Fransisco and the Winchester house. The homeowner was great with communication throughout the booking and check in/out process. Overall, we had a lovely stay in this gorgeous home.

Staying at this small house with pool was just what I needed. Enjoyed all aspects of my stay!

it's a wonderful house and the location is great too! walk to shops, parks, playground....etc also they provided lots of toys and kid books, my kids were so happy stay in there. Walter was really helpful and easy to communicate with.

The house was great for our family stay. Lots of space, all on one level, and beautiful outdoor space. We travelled with our kids and they had a great time in the pool :) Note there is extra cost if you want the pool to be heated. Thanks for a great stay!

This house was very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. The best part for us was the close proximity to SCU. Host was very responsive.

This is a fabulous space - clean, quiet and exactly as described. One thing I especially appreciated was that the host was both highly responsive and provided such clear and detailed instructions that there was little need to reach out to her. I would absolutely stay at Rene’s again. Great value.

Nga was the best host we've ever had. Responsive, kind, and an incredible asset in case of emergency. She ordered a surprise cake for a college graduate we came to celebrate and meeting her in person was a delight. Not only was her place perfect, but she was incredibly understanding when it came to our family's needs. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend Nga and her garden house to anyone staying in San Jose. Thank you, Nga, for an amazing time!

I come to San Jose twice a year, Joey's place is 10 minutes walking distance to my events, place is nice, quiet and clean. This has become my go to spot when I am in town for conference.

I stayed for one night and had a great experience! The location was perfect, easy to find and close to everything I needed. The place was spotless, very clean and well-maintained. I also really loved the neighborhood, quiet, charming, and a great spot to explore. Would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect location for what we needed for the weekend. The house was super cute & comfortable. The microwave though is a trek lolol but I saw the step stool right next to it! Good looking out! The house had everything we needed, fully stocked amenities. Other than that, it worked for our group of 6, and their couch is one ridiculously comfy couch! thank you so much for having us! It was also a plus to enjoy the patio in the morning for breakfast.

After staying at the place I can now understand why it has only 5-star reviews. The place is really charming and perfect for both long and short-term stays. This is the most fully stocked kitchen I've seen in AirBnB ever. The beds are large and comfy. The location is great. A very quiet and green neighborhood. A couple of shopping plazas along with the train station are nearby. Plenty of books, board games, high-speed Internet, and a big TV are in the house. I want to especially to emphasize how responsive and helping the hosts. Thank you for that! Overall, it's a great place and I would definitely stay there again.

It was very comfortable. Wonderful backyard. Great chill swing for my autistic son! I loved how private, cozy and quiet the neighborhood is. Wouldn’t mind staying here again.
