Jira was responsive and supportive. The space was as described and all amenities were in order. This was a well organized space.

Great place in Redwood City, its close to a main street and easy to get around while there. The apartment is clean and well furnished, perfect for a family visit to the area!

This stay was excellent! You are right in Santana Row which has great eating and shopping and you also get an indoor parking space which is very convenient. Ginger and Justin were very kind and easy to communicate with! Ginger even takes the time to meet you in person and show you the apartment and make sure all your questions are answered which is a nice personal touch! Thank you Ginger and Justin!

The place is spotlessly clean and modern. The location in the fun, new urbanist context of Santana Row is fantastic with restaurants and shops just downstairs. It is also surprisingly quiet despite the location. While we experienced some challenges with the key fob for the lobby entry we enjoyed our stay. The place also comes with off-street secure parking which is also a plus.

Setting is in a more urban residential area. Still, it was quiet and private. I appreciated the proximity to family I was visiting. Thank you for making this comfortable location available. Rick

A very nice apartment in a great, walkable location with many amenities nearby. Located on a quiet street with a nice city view. Perks include a great farmer's market on Saturday, the "5th best croissant in the bay area" nearby. Access to downtown SFO via bus is ridiculously easy-walk four blocks to the bus, ride 25 minutes, get off in the heart of the city.

Lin and Michael are exceptional hosts. If every Airbnb host would be like them I would never stay in a hotel again. I hope their place is available for my return visit to San Jose . Thank you .

Nikil's place in San Mateo is in a very good location for accessing downtown San Mateo and the neighborhoods around it, which was important for us since we were visiting our daughter, who lives just south of downtown. That part worked really well. We had understood that 3 people could stay in the apartment but misjudged the size of the sofa, which we thought someone could sleep on. As it turns out, the sofa is a very small loveseat so that wasn't possible. It isn't possible for a third person to sleep there unless they are on the floor or in a port-a-crib. Everything else was fine -- comfortable and well-equipped. Nikil was very communicative. The building is pleasant and safe and we enjoyed being there!

This is an absolute gem, a retreat on the green slope of Panoramic hill, which makes you feel like you are in the country. 10 minutes downhill is the campus with all the amenities; a few minutes up hill are the beautiful hiking 'fire' trails. A glass on wine on the terrace, watching the sun go down over Berkeley, was a very special treat. Inside, the house is spacious, thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, with low key but beautifully designed pieces, in keeping with the Arts and Crafts heritage of the neighbourhood. Also, the layout and furnishings are very practical, and everything is there for a comfortable stay (eg the kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with consumables, the duvets and sheets are lovely). Initially, the noise of the heating coming on kept me up at night (I am a light sleeper), but then I turned it off, and all was well again. I can't recommend this place enough, am tempted to come back to Berkeley just to stay there again.

My family and I had a lovely weekend in this home! Much bigger than expected on the inside - well designed and clean. The location was quite central and getting around was easy and convenient. Neighborhood was quiet and parking was never an issue. Correspondence was prompt and easy. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

We've been dealing with a home construction project for nearly a year and needed a place to stay for the last three week sprint. Although this wasn't a vacation, per se, it was still great to stay local in such a nice location. Akeel and Lena were very helpful, including proactively pointing out the street sweeping days so that we wouldn't get ticketed. The place was great to stay in and was a nice, peaceful oasis from construction madness, at least for a little while.

This was our first time booking an Airbnb, and Joanne made it an excellent experience from start to finish. After we made the reservation, she reached out promptly and kept in touch leading up to our trip — even the day before check-in — which helped everything go smoothly. The place was exactly as advertised: very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for our family. Joanne’s communication and hospitality truly stood out. Everything was great! The unit had everything you could possibly need for a trip (stocked bathroom, stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels and blankets). The neighborhood was also very quiet, which was great because we're light sleepers. I would definitely recommend this spot and would stay again.

Great host- from the time we booked the Airbnb until the time we signed out (and after), Kwesi was always available, and genuinely interested in how we were doing G, what else we might need, etc. Great place- clean, quiet, beautiful, nice location.

We had an amazing time at Devin's. We came in for a work trip and Devin's spot was perfect for unwinding and had plenty of space for us to work aswell. The bed was comfy, the place was beautiful, and the spa bath was amazing! The kitchen was also well stocked with coffee and cookware. Devin was also very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely would stay again.

Rene is an amazing host that provided quick responses, great amenities, and support. The location is peaceful, quiet and walking distance to the nearest plaza for groceries and food. It is also a relatively short walk to the nearest light rail station as well. I had a long term stay of 4-months with three other people and we were all really satisfied with our stay. Although our stay was shortened prematurely by the COVID-19 pandemic, Rene was very understanding and provided us support for our safety until the very end. Whether if you're looking for a short or long stay, you will not regret choosing here.

The accommodations were nice and the area was quiet. It was a short walk to shops, restaurants, a movie theater and a 5 minute drive to a supermarket. It was a short walk to the lake which had a circumferential walking path. We particularly liked the locked parking garage. We will definitely come back.

We had everything we needed for our two night stay. It was very quiet and the beds were comfortable. Communication was excellent.

This was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. Tucked in a quiet, green neighborhood just minutes from downtown Palo Alto, the location was perfect. Peaceful & residential, yet incredibly convenient. Having an organic grocery store within walking distance was a big plus. The home itself is beautifully done, spotless, thoughtfully designed, & filled with everything you might need for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was cozy, and the entire space had a calm, welcoming vibe that instantly put me at ease. But what truly elevated the experience was Johana. She is one of the kindest and most considerate hosts I’ve ever met, warm, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect. Whether it was a quick question or a small request, she was always just a message away and incredibly thoughtful in her responses. You can tell she really cares. I would stay here again in a heartbeat & I am looking forward to it.
