We struggled to realize the location was actually in a secure complex setting. So we drove past the entrance a few times & also asked the guard where to go … but he did not know. So we drove around a bit before realizing the location was actually in the secure complex - Avignon. ( This may be on the information & it may be us that did not read properly !!) A wonderful stay … easy it book in & very comfortable & spacious. Great setting in Hout Bay & secure and also nice walks within the complex & play area for kids.

Ricardo's place was amazing - it looked like the photos and met all our expectations. It's walkable to the beach, restuarants, coffee shops and grocery stores. It is also close to one of the setups on the 'Hop-on Hop-off' bus tour. The sunset views from the balcony are stunning. Judith keeps the house meticulously and is friendly and helpful. she was there to meet us when we checked in, and was willing to let us drop our bags off early. All in all we and our friends really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Thank you

This place is worth every penny!

One of the most stunning Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at. The views from the master bedroom and rooftop decks are incredible and the best place in Cape Town to watch the sunsets. The private pool area is beautiful, the master bedroom is a real delight and the bonus upstairs areas are fantastic. Communication was so responsive and helpful. Always felt safe and secure

I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb, thanks to the outstanding hospitality shown by the host and the amazing housekeeper. From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly attentive, providing useful recommendations and keeping me informed about the weather, which really helped me pack appropriately. Throughout my stay, they checked in to ensure everything was going smoothly, which was very reassuring. The house itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, all thanks to the dedicated housekeeper who was not only accommodating but also exceptionally friendly. Very spacious I might add. Their efforts made the house feel like a home away from home. And then there was Sushi, the house cat, who added a special touch to the whole experience. Sushi was friendly and charming, always a joy to come back to after a day out. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a place where comfort and care are top priorities.

Highly recommended for any group be it families with or without kids! We were a group of 4 adults and three kids (1,4,6) and had an amazing team in the house. I'd even say the pictures dont to justice to it, as the view which ranges from Capetown over the ocean and then to vinyards and the mountains is absolutely stunning. The pool was a nice refreshments and it nicely heats up throughout the day (water is heated via tubes on the roof). The kitchen has literally everything in terms of utensils etc. Bedrooms: 2/3 bedrooms can be darkened, one will always be bright in the morning. The Masterbedroom with large bathroom and walk-in dressing room/wardrobe was absolutely amazing Host: super flexible, Blaise even organised a baby chair and bed for the little one (didnt have one before but reacted quickly to our ask); Willie as the "on-site-host" is always super helpful and flexible. We had an aircon-issue one day and he instantly took care of it; always reachable on w-app/call

We had the pleasure of staying at Rochelle and her husband’s beautiful house in Melkbosstrand for a work group getaway, and it was absolutely fantastic! Although we were only there for one night, we truly wished we could have stayed longer. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful—Rochelle and her husband met us at the house, explained everything we needed to know, and even let us check in early, which we really appreciated. The house was super clean and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was amazingly well-equipped, and the sea views were just breathtaking. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a getaway. Thanks again, Rochelle and your husband, for making our short stay so memorable!

Wow! What a lovely place to stay. Such a beautiful place!! Spacious- open and just beautiful. We stayed here with family - we were a big group and the space accommodated us all! It was great that each room had its own ensuite bathroom - everyone had their own space and never did we feel like we were on top of each other. Thoko- the onsite housekeeper was responsive and helped us when we needed it! The views were absolutely breathtaking- The beach is not too far to walk too for a cold dip- We enjoyed using the fire place at night to sit around and chat. Everyone was happy and enjoyed their stay, thank you Oliver. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

We have had a wonderful holliday in Cape Town. The house is really nice (better than the pictures) and Alma has been a great host. The house is perfect situated in Camps Bay, which is the best place to stay when you visit Cape Town. Close to nice restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. We really recommend this house and the host Alma.

This Villa was absolutely amazing!!! It was as beautiful as the pictures. Great and safe location. Host Melanie was proactive in her communication, was there to greet us when we arrived, gave a tour and was very responsive anytime I reached out. I would definitely stay at this location on my next trip back to Cape Town.

Wow. Absolutely amazing place. Stayed here for 3 nights with 5 adults and 5 children. Home is large, spacious and complete luxury. Would highly recommend if you are looking to visit Cape Town, but stay slightly outside the main city

She made us feel part of her community from the start. The house itself was absolutely perfect — clean, spacious, and set in a secure complex that gave us peace of mind. The design is incredibly thoughtful: cozy and intimate when you’re a small group, yet roomy enough to host more people comfortably. The most perfect beach stay in beautiful Camps Bay - we only stayed for 4 days but wish it was longer - a perfect home away from home. Everything was beautifully designed (actually much more beautiful and spacious than the photos) and it had everything we needed as a family with 2 young kids. The beds were so comfy and it was all spotless / everything felt very new. Gorgeous and private garden to play in and just a few minutes walk from the beach! Felt incredibly safe and Keira was very helpful with tips / advice. If we come back I would happily stay here for the entire trip rather than move around!

Markus and Clara were exceptional hosts. Clara kindly hosted a Braai for us one of these evenings. As a foodie and a restauranteur her cooking was exceptional. Thanks for everything!

Our stay at the villa was wonderful! The property was clean and felt very safe throughout our entire stay. The staff was great and made out stay very comfortable.. the housekeeping were efficient and kept everything spotless. Anytime we had questions or needed assistance the team responded instantly and make sure we were well taken care of.

We loved staying at this house.Lots of space and in a peaceful neighbourhood. Close to beach and shops. Will definitely go back to stay there.

Super mooi huis! Ligt rustig in een mooie wijk. Het kan overdag wel iets donker zijn binnen maar je hebt een fijne buitenruimte gelegen aan allebei de kanten van het huis.

Had a great stay as 22 Sir Baird Drive. The indoor swimming pool is a huge plus and the kids loved it!! Will definitely recommend.

The villa is absolutely remarkable - the space is beautifully decorated and perfectly laid out. We thoroughly enjoyed moments on the patio as well as lounging by the fire inside, making for an overall memorable and intimate experience. Bibiana and her team are so lovely, the welcome basket was a sweet touch and their attention to detail is impeccable. They remained accessible and helpful throughout our stay, even assisting with washing and ironing at our request. We never felt more at home in an AirBnB and relished returning to the villa during the day for some much-needed R&R. I highly recommend booking with Bibiana - between her hospitality, the views, amazing location, and value for money, I can’t pinpoint the best part. Thank you Bibiana, Anastasia, and Sheron for such a wonderful stay, we’d love to come visit again soon ☺️

Location was really good, not too far out of the city but right by the beach in a private residence. The house is beautiful nice size pool and lovely master bedrooms. We did have some issue with hot water first couple of days but Trevor has seen that we have been reimbursed for the inconvenience and was very understanding and responsive when this was raised.

We enjoyed staying at this villa, it was clean and safe and the hosts were responsive, helpful, warm and friendly. Whilst it wasn’t in the centre (town) it was fairly close in our opinion and it was also closer to wine farms. Quiet neighbourhood, felt safe, close to a shopping centre. Cleaners came every few days also. Enjoyed our stay, would recommend!
